Level 1: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Bedroom with 2 Twin/Twin bunk beds and bathroom (sleeps 4) | Laundry Area, Garage for Golf Cart, Fenced-in Rear Patio With Propane Grill.
Level 2: Queen Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Open concept Kitchen, Balcony, and half Bath.
Level 3: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2)

*Check Out – 10 AM (Central)
Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's.
Four portable beach chairs are provided in the garage for your convenience.
The home is provided with one golf cart. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver)
Small Dogs may be allowed, so please inquire about our pet fee and policy for your fur babies.
The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles.
No RV's, trailers, buses or oversized vehicles allowed.
**Pool is heated to 80F from Nov - March.
All TVs in the home are Smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable T is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your passwords for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.
Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions are provided.
Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. There is a fee of $300.00 non-refundable flat fee. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.
This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.
We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
