Myself and another couple were in town for the Blues festival and stayed in this darling cottage. The location is wonderful, one block from the Crescent hotel and a few steps away from the trolley stop. The cottage is thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is well appointed. Check in was easy with great communication from the owner/leasing agent. We'll definitely be returning in the future.

During our recent sister trip to Eureka Springs we found the cottage location, interior decor and deck to be on point and we enjoyed them all. There are something’s that dampened our enthusiasm though.
The circle nature of the cottage floor-plan makes bedrooms and a bathroom into walkthroughs for bathrooms and the deck. The twin and trundle are uncomfortable. There are steps of various heights up and down throughout this path. The high kitchen counters didn’t made meal prep easy. The dining benches are as awkward as the photos suggest so we used pillows for comfort when the outdoor table and chairs were not an option. Be prepared for these things prior to staying here and you’ll enjoy your stay.

The cottage was amazing. Great location. We loved everything about it.

Perfect spot for a getaway! The cottage is absolutely welcoming with special touches, amenities and little notes everywhere to help with use directions. The hosts are precious, responsive and felt like family. Cottage is convenient to the Crescent Hotel amenities, trolley stop and easy proximity to everything in downtown Eureka Springs.

Our host was amazing the whole time we were there…communication was outstanding. We loved the Osage Cottage…purely delightful…had everything we needed and more!

We enjoyed our stay in Osage Cottage immensely! We had great communication with the hosts, and enjoyed an early check-in after our four hour drive.
"Eclectic" is a perfect word to describe the home. It is beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. We were impressed with the overall tidiness and cleanliness of the property. There was ample space for our group of five. Although there was only one (huge walk-in) shower, this was not an issue for us. There were plenty of spaces for us to get dressed and put on make up. We were so busy visiting, no one took the time to use the large garden tub.
A few of our favorite things: The incredible artwork and interior decorations, the turn table with classic vinyl albums (Fleetwood Mac was our first choice), the large and very beautiful farm table, the Ninja coffee maker (with plenty of coffee provided), and the comfy beds. We enjoyed the book about the history of Eureka Spring. We especially loved the location. We walked to Ermelio's for dinner, the Crescent Hotel for a nightcap, and on Saturday morning we had breakfast at Harold's before hopping on the trolley for the day. It's located between two trolley stops, which was ideal for us. The weather was beautiful and we saw at least 5 wedding parties at the Cresent.
This trip has been an annual tradition for our group for a number of years. Although we rarely stay in the same place twice, we are hoping to return to the Osage Cottage next fall, if not before!

Eclectic 'Osage Cottage' in Historic District is directly across the street from the Historic Cressent Hotel in Eureka Springs Arkansas. The home is imaculate but very homey. Perfect for relaxing and was very well stocked with kitchen utensils and upscale appliances for cooking. the backyard surrounded by bamboo hid you from the neighbors and offered a cozy fire pit and plenty of places to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. I would highly recomend this cottage to anyone wanting to stay in Eureka Springs and enjoy the sites.

Perfect location; close to downtown, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. It was apparent the hosts care and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable; snacks provided, quality towels, blankets, bedding, and amenities. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Osage Cottage this weekend. I can't say enough good things about it. The cottage was very cute and clean. It was outfitted with everything we needed for our stay including nice extras like a variety of coffees and add ins, a welcome basket with snacks, and a basket with all kinds of electronic cords, scissors, wrinkle releaser, etc. A sign and notebook on the kitchen counter provided us with all the information we needed about staying in the cottage. All the switches were labeled and there were tasteful signs throughout the home with helpful hints about staying in an older home. The owner was very responsive when we asked for a late check out, and every part of the rental process was easy. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone looking for a good place stay.

We decided to take a quick winter break trip with our children (ages 15, 16, & 21) to Eureka Springs. We all love the town and my husband and I wanted a quiet but fun getaway with just us and our kids for an early Christmas before all the hustle and bustle that comes with very big extended families on both sides over Christmas. We had such an amazing time! The location was amazing - literally right across from the Crescent Hotel. We walked over to enjoy all the Christmas displays in and around the hotel. Driving to Downtown Eureka for shopping took less than five minutes. The owners were so helpful and responded to our texts quickly. The home was so comfortable and fit our family perfectly. Plus it had that special Eureka Springs charm that we love so much about the town! It truly felt like a home away from home which was what we were wanting. Even the little amenities provided for situations you might not have thought about when packing were spot on. We will definitely be back!

Wow! What a wonderful place to stay. This cottage was absolutely beautiful. We loved all the little details throughout the property. Lewel and Reid are fantastic hosts and their communication was easily a 10/10. Loved the location of the property. So peaceful. Property was very clean when we arrived and there is little signs everywhere to tell you how things (appliances, lights, etc) work. Will definitely stay again.

This house met our needs perfectly. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies and there was great attention to detail throughout the home. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. I slept so well both nights! Highly recommend.

The place is fantastic and is everything and more than the pictures can truly show or words can describe. Worth the upgrade comparative to other places I’ve frequented in Eureka. Definitely gonna repeat stay at the Osage Cottage when I bring at least a couple hobbits friends with my travels. If shambling Eureka Springs day-in-and-day-out ain’t your race to run, this home away from home is more than enough to serve a great vacation stay in of itself.
*couple of logistical travel notes to the new visitors of Eureka
-Sitting directly across from the Crescent Hotel means that you are in walking distance to much of the higher altitude NW-ish historic district. Rows of white picket fences wrap along tite 90’ turns as you essentially walk through neighborhoods wedged into the mountain side - housing eats & treats along the way.
-The lower section (downtown historic) of Eureka can of course be walked to as well, but only for the avid hill climber or cardio enthusiast. Whether you are wanting the downtown wonders in the Sunlight or the nitetime wilderside of Eureka’s Moonlight fun, it’s only 5-8 minutes away depending on parking found. (Plenty of parking is located on First & Main areas), then you can walk most anywhere within 5 - 8 more minutes. To get there the ¡funnest! way ….
Leave headed south-ish from the Cottage’s tri-road-instersection… wind down the road a bit…. hang a left on OWEN (sign springs up on you behind some branches)…. then travel down a very steep road through about 3-4 intersections… until you arrive at the base…. At the obvious T …. Take a right…. travel just a bit you are in the fun!
**Eureka Springs is a precious spirit filled land of magical powers …. honor it and yourself while in its presence, and I recommend coming for an experience that is uniquely out if this world.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful place and very well-maintained for a historical home. The fireplace kept the home so cozy during our stay since it rained most of the week and stayed cold as well. We will definitely stay there again!
