Beautifully restored Grade 11 listed property a short walk from the beach front.. Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: 42" Smart TV, Netflix, BT Sports, Woodburner, Sofa Bed (Double) (Flexible Sleeping Only)
Kitchen: Electric Oven, Induction Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, 28" Freeview Smart TV
Bedroom 2: Bunk (3ft) Beds
Bedroom 3: Bunk (3ft) Beds. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack.. Enclosed garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Children’s play area. Parking permit for 1 car in car parks; additional on road parking. No smoking. Please note: The garden is at the rear and is not accessible from within the property.. Sunny Shores is a stunning former fisherman’s cottage situated close to the beach front and local amenities in Aberdovey. There isn’t a better location to be for those looking for a seaside escape. Set within the southern reaches of the Snowdonia National Park, excellent for those walkers visiting the area. Aberdovey is a thriving seaside fishing village with brightly painted houses which seem to cling to the shoreline, and has a history dating back hundreds of years. It offers miles of beautiful golden sandy beaches with a fantastic selection of water based activities available including sailing, fishing and windsurfing. Golfers are also well catered for with an 18-hole championship golf course located at the western end of the village, which welcomes visiting players. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the wonderful opportunities for walking and bird watching available in the surrounding area. A myriad of visitor attractions are within easy reach including the Vale of Rheidol Railway, Talyllyn Railway, the Corris Craft Centre and King Arthur’s Labyrinth. Beach 100 yards. Shop and retaurant 300 yards, pub 100 yards.
Sunny Shores can be booked together with adjacent Pebble Cottage (UK32243), and Westhaven (UK32244) to accommodate up to 13 guests, but please be aware Westhaven is about 175 yards away.

The garden is directly at the rear of the property but inaccessible from inside the cottage - you will need to turn right out of the front of the cottage, walk past Mousehole and up the slate shale path (take care - it can be slippy) and around the corner until you reach the gate at the end which is the garden. Be very careful with dogs and little ones as there is a drop to the right of this path.
Pebble Cottage (UK32243) and Sunny Shores (UK32245) can be booked with Westhaven (ref UK32244) to accommodate up to 13 guests, but please be aware Westhaven is about 175 yards away from Pebble Cottage and Sunny Shores.
