The location is perfect. Everything is nearby.
Marc and David they were very helpful and when I asked for late checkout. They didn’t mind at all
The bathroom drainage needs a bit of attention and the WIFI wasn’t very strong in my room.
Just a suggestion: it will be great if there is a small curtain on each bed because it creates sense of privacy.

Location is the best! David and Marc was very nice with us.

We had warm welcome. Location of the apartment is great. All was clean. Internet is fine for work.
Our room without window towards exterior was very hot and bunk bed didn’t help.

Marc and David put great effort in making their guests' stay as comfortable as possible. They are very nice, friendly and helpful hosts.
The property is in 5 minutes' walk from the beach.
The only window in my room gave to the common area inside the building. I guess any foreign person will find it somewhat hard to get accustomed to some features of Spanish architecture.

The house is nice, next to the beach, it has what you need for a short stay. You can rent the surfboards from the owners, which is quite convenient.

Great location for surfing, less good if you're looking to do anything else, quite far from the main area. The check in people were very nice, bed was comfy, no problems with the wifi.
I stayed in a room without a window, I knew this beforehand but I underestimated how dreary this would be. There is an internal window that gives everyone in the kitchen a view into your room, you need to leave this open for ventilation otherwise you will melt, it's not great. Also, an ant issue in the kitchen could be addressed.

Reasonably clean and the bloke who ran the place was apologetic enough!
WARNING WARNING WARNING!
Despite the illusionary grandeur claimed by its pretentious title, The Wave Temple (WT) turned out to be nothing more than a small ground floor flat in a nondescript apartment building. Clean enough! So far so mediocre. But here’s the issue… Apart from the room to the front, which has a small window directly on to the street / pavement and steel barred for security reasons, none of the other spaces anywhere in the property benefits from what could be fairly described as a fully functioning window. And I mean none of them. Zilch! The room we stayed in didn’t even have an air vent of any description. We were there in January when the temperatures were just about bearable, I shudder to think what this space would be like in the heat of summer. So unless you are one of those people who enjoy sleeping without breathing, i.e. dead, a stay at the WT will mean packing your own oxygen supply.
And the 'Surf' element? Well that amounted to a couple of second-hand surf boards on a rack, a flea-bitten sofa, and a warped breakfast-bar / table. The Wave Temple… The Poky Confessional more like.

The position close to the beach was great. Comfy bed, even though it was up a ladder! Nice sitting area.
The room we had didn't have a proper external window, though we had an air purifier which stopped it getting stuffy at night. We realise many Spanish properties are like this though.
It lacked an outdoor seating area, but the beach is so near it didn't matter that much.

Really friendly and caring owners! Close to beach. Quiet. Good kitchen.
There could be some pictures on the walls to make it feel bit more colourful.....

The owners are awesome. If you go to Las Palmas you should definitely stay here, especially if you plan on surfing as it's super close to the surfing area of the beach.

The owners have just opened this place and do their best to make sure you have a good time. The place is very clean and there are desks and cupboards in the rooms. It is only 2 minutes to the beach and there is space to store your board and wetsuit. The next supermarket is right there, as well. It is also quiet at night! Good place for surfers, couples or also if you are traveling alone and don't want to be in a busy hostel.

The hosts created this place with love and easy-going-nice taste. They were very accommedating throughout. When we asked them to change rooms (because one of them doesn't have a window yet - they are planning on changing that now ;)), they immediately let us. Very good location if you're planning on surfing. Good vibes. I would go there again.
