My Family and I were more than impressed with our stay here! This was my first Vrbo rental, and if other owners and properties are like this one, I’ll probably never stay in a hotel again.
The property was exactly as described in its listing. There were absolutely no surprises. The property was super clean. The furniture was very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.
The owner was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions.
Overall, an A+ or 10 out of 10 rating for sure.

The property was nice and had good WiFi and nice TVs too. The master bed mattress was in need of replacement and was soft and saggy. Also master bath showerhead needs to be replaced. Could not find a garage door opener remote. Furniture outside needs replacing. Good location and very nice home. Would rent again if the mattress were replaced.

This house was huge, but I guess everything in Texas is bigger. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes and supplies, but the coffee pot was leaking so don't add water until the morning or it will all run out by morning. The beds were comfortable, and I was able to work virtually at the desk in entry area (good enough internet). The patio was lovely and yard decent sized, but the landscaping was in dire need of a mow and weeding. Overall great experience for meeting up with the grandparents, plenty of space for the 7 of us. Highly recommend Los Jalepenos restaurant in Little Elm nearby.

The home was very nice and roomy. Master bath shower was a bit small but it sufficed. Neighborhood is different but it was a close straight shot to the event venue where the boys were in a wedding so it worked out perfect.

We had such a great time! House was clean and very quiet, had all the toiletries needed and more. It felt homey and welcoming. The location is great anmd has many stores, coffee shops and restaurants around. We will definitely rent again.

We stayed for a few nights. Mostly used the house for sleep. It was a quiet neighborhood. Overall satisfied with stay. Would stay there again. Hopefully we were good guests.

I rented this home for five adults as we were attending a wedding in Texas. The booking process was great. I submitted payment in full and sent the information requested in terms of whom was staying at the home. I did not hear anything back from the host. I did not get alarmed as I rent through VRBO often. The week of our arrival, I received an automated message from VRBO stating I should have received information regarding my upcoming stay. I had not so I sent a message to the host. The host did not respond so I called and left a voice mail message. Two days prior to my arrival, I tried to contact the host again and no response. I later called VRBO and they were able to connect with the host. The host apologized for her lack of response but her reason for not responding did not make sense. After our stay I did address the communication concerns and a few minor things the host may want to address within the home. I did not want to write a bad review. I wanted to provide the host with the opportunity to address my concerns privately. Unfortunately, the host never responded to my post-stay private message. There are some communication concerns with this host, minor things within the home, but otherwise the house was as advertised and well appointed.

Very nicely laid out home. Spacious open area for living area and kitchen and 3 bedrooms separate from owners suite. Furniture and decorating are nice and kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking things. There was a half a pot of coffee in the coffee pot and a towel with coffee grounds and discarded cream packets on the bar when we arrived. I had no problem cleaning that up but that was a little disappointing upon arrival. Front flower bed needs weeded but it's over 100 degrees every day there now so I understand. Other than that everything was as pictured. Hosted a baby shower and the space was perfect! Gabby, the host/owner was quick to respond when emailed. It's a very comfortable home for a family.

This home worked great for our group. We were a group of 7 adults in town for our kids soccer tournament. This worked great as comfortable place to sleep and to be able to relax and hang out together after long hot days on the sidelines. The home even fit us well when we brought the boys over for a dinner with us. Great location for Toyota Soccer Fields and also close to many conveniences. Clean and well stocked with your day to day needs. The only reason for not a perfect rating was I felt we got our check in instructions too late. We were getting stressed out not know how to access the home until moments before check in. I would have felt better knowing access instructions before we got on the airplanes to travel to Dallas.

A 5.0 rating should really mean clean. Everything was is it’s place, but not clean. (Host - please be sure to tell your cleaning crew to sweep and mop (with a clean mop); also, between guest stays, please wash all small rugs in bathroom and by beds. I don’t want to step out of shower onto a very dirty rug.) I don’t mind starting the washing machine as you asked, but I would ask that you be sure your future guests have a clean floor to walk on. Otherwise, why the cleaning fee??

Beautifully decorated home and all the amenities you need! Very quiet and four bedrooms! Plus patio area in back too. Great with washer and dryer included as well. Gabby is a wonderful host! Very responsive for every need! You won’t go wrong booking this home!

House was as advertised, plenty of room for the five of us. The house was near plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. We were all very comfortable in the house. Gabriela was quick to respond to all of my questions and was very accommodating. We were there for a college graduation but would not hesitate to stay here again.
