Comodità e accoglienza top, a due passi dalla torre!

Struttura comodissima a due passi dal centro, la torre si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. Zona tranquilla, pizzerie e supermarket nei dintorni, host molto simpatica e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, consiglierò molto volentieri questo appartamento a chi dovesse venire a Pisa anche solo di passaggio.

Spacious and nice apartment at perfect walking distance to the city center.

The property is very spacious. Everything is very well organized and all you need is prepared perfectly for you.

I recommend this place.

The host very friendly and courteous, Tommaso and his father welcomed us and handed over the keys. They gave many helpful hints. Breakfast was left on the table by the host - toast, jam, etc. Great location about 20 minutes peaceful walk to tower and cathedral. The flat is very large, we were 3 people and it was very comfortable. There is a street in front of the block with many paid parking spaces between 8am and 2pm. Note the colours of the parking spaces - white - free, blue - paid, yellow - spaces for goods suppliers only, red - no parking. The flat is great, contact with the owner prompt. Thanks to the host's kindness, we were able to move in earlier so we could freshen up and explore beautiful Pisa for longer. The flat is perfectly clean. The free wifi internet worked perfectly.

Lovely decorated spacious apartment just outside city walls

The apartment was very spacious just outside the city wall. Host friendly. Nicely decorated. The apartment was nicer than in the photos. Would definitely recommend.

Very happy with my choice

Great location (very close to the tower and to the city centre), very clean and spacious rooms. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. I loved having breakfast in the balcony 😊

Superb

The apartment is refurbished and decorated to a very high standard. There are lots of lovely vintage items in the apartment, which we thought was a very nice touch. We loved the breakfast basket and bottled water left for us in the kitchen.

We have no negative comments. We loved staying at Vintage House.

Great location, very clean, lovely host

The location was good - a ten minute walk into central Pisa, supermarkets nearby, pizza restaurant just down the road (a real boon on our first night) and parking readily available. The building has a lift, so no trudging up and down with shopping and suitcases. The flat is very clean, has free wi-fi and the host is extremely helpful.

It's OK, but there is room for improvement

The owner was really friendly. It's a very big house, which is perfect if you're traveling with a group. The shower pressure is nice. There are some kitchen basics, so you can prepare your own meal. It's a 15 minute walk to the tower. Parking is only paid between 08:00 and 14:00 at low costs. In some rooms, there are mosquito screens, so you can open the windows (it's a noisy area though).

There is an additional €25 cleaning costs, which was not clear before we booked. We found out when we got the confirmation message. I never booked a house where there were additional cleaning costs, I don't think it is very polite to charge this. If you do charge it, it should be in the total booking price. Also, I think €25 for cleaning is a lot for 2 people who only stayed two nights. We did not like the bed, it was too soft for our taste and really squeaky. Without earplugs we constantly woke up from our own and each others movements. The bedroom was very hot and there is no airco, some good (standing) fans would have been nice. Sometimes there was a strange (sewer?) smell in the apartment. We thought the living room could have been cozier.

Nice, spacious with two bathrooms! That is great when you are more people.

Could have used an aircon. but it was OK without.
