This LOVELY 1910's built bungalow gives you the old-time charm but with the beauty of a completely remodeled home. The brick chimney flue, reclaimed sliding door, & the original archways will etch their way into your hearts as a must-stay when you are in Manhattan.

This home provides you the privacy you desire, a view of Manhattan Hill, Goodnow Park, and is less than a mile from downtown, Aggieville, restaurants, shopping, and the Kansas State campus. The pet fee is $25 per pet, per night.

Mallory’s place had all I needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner, beds were very comfortable and the decor was charming. We have Army kids nearby and would t hesitate to stay again!

Mallory had every little thing you can need. From snacks to water bottles, great Myers soaps and lotions. Comfortable bedding and nice comfy couch.. felt at home there and that’s all you can ask for when your away. Thanks 😊 for making your place so special.

The house was beautiful with tons of extra amenities. I needed an iron and ironing board and Mallory had them waiting for me when I arrived. The house was extremely clean and well kept. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable. Close to campus and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome stay in Manhattan, a big chunk of that was due to this incredible VRBO find! The house had everything you could possible need, from kitchen supplies to bathroom necessities that are easily forgotten when packing. We will be telling all friends and family to book this place next time they come to town.

This was the perfect place for a 50th birthday getaway trip to connect with an old friend. We had room to sit and visit in the living room, could prepare some snacks in the kitchen, and had our own bedrooms. This was much better than sitting in a small hotel room. The location was close to both downtown and Aggieville. It was extremely clean and had lots of little extras. The host quickly responded to the couple of messages that I sent. I would recommend this place.

The property is just as cute and charming as the pictures. There were so many amenities provided from sound machines to snacks and games, as well as many personal hygiene items in the bathroom. A lot of thought, care and personal attention were definitely given to this property!

The property was just as listed and beautifully remodeled. My husband and I stayed there over Christmas to visit our daughter and grandkids. We were traveling back home from Idaho and ran into some bad weather. Mallory was very understanding and willing to work with us if we didn't arrive on time. Would stay here again!!

We loved our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Mallory provided all the extras the kids LOVED the snacks. It was just what we needed to reboot after the holidays. We enjoy taking our kids back to where it all began.

Everything I needed to feel the joy of Manhappiness once again. The house was elegant and cozy. The layout was similar to a house I lived in while in MHK. It was close too, yet just far enough away from the amenities that I could enjoy walking if I chose too. Thank you for being such a great host and offering such a wonderful place to stay!

The property was even better than advertised! The house was decorated perfectly and was a quaint and comfortable place to retreat at the end of the day. Location was great and the owner was very communicative and was there to help with any issues. Look forward to staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mallory‘s home. It was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as listed. It was a great fit for our family, and we would definitely return. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, there is great parking in the back, and the park across the street is lovely as well.

This cute and comfortable house was everything my family needed on our trip back to my hometown to visit family! Usually we get a hotel but this was so much better for our fam of four + dog to comfortably spread out. Close to stores and restaurants and a nice playground across the street. We had a few questions as we got settled in and Mallory was very responsive and helpful. I'm sure we will stay again!

My wife and I were blessed to be able to spend a couple nights at this property. The property was very clean and very welcoming. We are thankful that the property owner takes such great care of it and is always available to answer questions when needed. Any time we make a trip back to Manhattan, we will be looking to stay at this property.

I came to Kansas from Arizona for a funeral with family. I decided to book this rental and I’m so glad I did. It was absolutely beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was every bit as advertised and more. If you’re thinking of booking this home, do it! You won’t be disappointed:)
