This is a very nice quaint apartment. Very clean and well kept. You do have to go down a flight of stairs as it is a basement apartment. Very well designed space! Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We were moving our son into college and stayed one night. Would definitely stay there again.

Super cute, well-appointed property. Very strong AC! Wouldn't recommend if mobility challenged. Stairs are steep. Very Quiet. Great value.

Great place for a stop on the way to Colorado.
Definitely beats a hotel.

It was a nice stay for our visit with our son. It was nicely furnished and lots of nice touches. The coffee bar was much appreciated. Location was convenient and quiet. Would definitely stay again. If you have trouble navigating stairs this one is not for you. But they have others right there that I am sure are equally nice.

Our family comes up to Manhattan for football camp every year. This house was close to campus and Aggieville! This adorable NOOK was the coziest place for our family. We will definitely book here again!

This is a perfect spot to stay at a reasonable price if coming in to town for a sporting event at KState. Very close proximity to sports facilities. The shower is a bit on the rustic side, but it fits the bill. As mentioned in the description, it definitely has a basement vibe and you can for sure hear the people moving around above you. Unfortunately the people renting above me when I was there were up and moving at all hours of the night and early morning so it was difficult to sleep. But that is nothing the owners can control, so it’s something you just need to be aware is a possibility when renting. Overall I’d stay again if back in town for another sporting event and hope for quieter occupants in the rental above!

We headed to town to see our son play in a lacrosse game. The property was just as it was advertised. It was clean and was perfect for a short stay. Everything about reserving and accessing the property was simple and easy.
Thank you - we will be booking again.
