La ubicación en la plaza del ayuntamiento

Las escaleras para subir a la habitación 15 , sin saber la edad de los huéspedes y sin que haya ascensor no es lo más recomendable

Coqueto hotel en el centro.

La ubicación, el edificio en sí, la atención hasta llegar al hotel, la explicación paso a paso de cómo llegar, checking in, etc. Tuvieron la amabilidad de atenderme vía whasapp ya que no encontraba mi habitación. Cafetería frente al hotel.

Las puertas son antiguas y aunque van con la decoración del hotel no aíslan nada, deja pasar tanto la luz como el sonido. Igual con las ventanas y se escucha absolutamente todo.

Hotel mucho encanto

A pesar de que el hotel no tiene personal de recepción, resultó muy fácil hacer el check-in. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero para pasar un periodo breve son mas que suficientes. Lo mejor es la ubicación en el centro de Carmona.

Estupendo , inmejorable ubicación.

El personal estupendo, sobre todo Cristina muy atenta y cariñosa y Jose Luis que nos realizo el chequin por teléfono , la habitación estaba muy bien solo que al dar para patio interior no son las vistas que tiene a la plaza, aunque los patios si son muy bonitos , hay un pequeño café en el cual te puedes preparar café , infusiones etc... en general nos gusto mucho y volveremos .

El colchón estaba nuevo sin problema pero si la consistencia muy dura , únicamente todo lo demás estupendo .

En general muy bien.

La habitación y el sitio muy bonito, la ubicación excelente.

La mala insonorización de la habitación, a las siete de la mañana se ponen en la plaza a colocar las sillas y las mesas de los bares y el camión de la limpieza a darlo todo, y la verdad que no es un despertar muy agradable.

Interesting experince

The location is in the old town center above the main square. The rooms are beautiful, decorated in a retro style with antique furniture. The interior of the hotel is nicely renovated. There is a possibility to make coffee in the lobby.

The room was above the main square where it was lively until late at night. The hotel does not have parking.

Carmona is lovely and this hotel is very nice.

Nice little hotel in a great location. Easy check in and we were very happy to have a lovely rolltop bathtub.

wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.

on entering, it looked like a Moroccan ryad.

The floor felt sandy. The mattress was a good 10inches too short for the bed. There was not enough lighting. The shower doors didn’t meet so water escaped all over the floor. The green light over the entrance door was so bright it made it hard to sleep. The chairs on the terrace were incredibly uncomfortable. At breakfast on day 2, we were given exactly the same bread roll we had chosen the day before. There was cheese, and the ham and the tomato were cut so thinly, you could have read a newspaper through them. And the serving lady was chewing bubble gum and blowing bubbles while we ate. And i don’t like hotels where there is no one at reception and the place feels deserted.

The hotel is well and centrally located. Many Bodegas, Restaurants and historical places etc. are in close proximity. If there was an issue the staff was availble via WhatsApp, always very polite and helpful to solve problems. Also public parking in nearby possible.

There were some core times when someone was at the reception, however evening times did not appear to follow a regular pattern. Therefor when there were issues communication via WhatsApp was necessary. The free Wifi was not working all the time. Moreover bins (other than small ones in the bathroom) were not available, there is no fridge in the room, toilet paper was not changed regularly, no desk was available in my reserved room, and in contrast to what is listed in the facilities, there is no shared kitchen - a bar is inside the hotel but works indepently.

Wonderful ambiance, perfect location. Simply but tastefully decorated. comfortable rooms. lacking some facilities that you might expect front more expensive hotels.
