Very clean and nice house.

The location was amazing. It was very clean. Janna was great. I would definitely stay there again! Restaurants to not miss within walking distance: Bluebeard, Milktooth, Amelia’s bakery. House was clean and stocked. Great neighborhood to exercise in too!

The house was roomy and convenient to the IU Natatorium for the state swimming championship. All the beds were comfortable and provided enough room for 3 couples and 1 teenager. The kitchen was well appointed with multiple coffee options, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, paper towels, snacks, and dishwasher tablets (we did have to buy a couple of dish towels). The bathrooms and showers were all clean and nice. As the property notes, the plumbing is old, so we were careful and didn't have any problems. There was plenty of parking on the street that we felt was safe since the police station is directly across the street. We didn't use the garage.
The back bedroom was slightly cold. There is a small space heater, but we chose not to use it, adding blankets instead. Overall, we had an incredibly fun time and really don't have anything to complain about. We recommend a visit to Amelia's breads for bread and baked goods. They had delicious croissants, biscuits, etc.

Really nice place to stay near Fountain Square. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the use of the garage. Special touches such as snacks and it was decorated for Christmas. Good communication with the host thankfully, since we locked ourselves out, and there was a lockbox with a spare key! It was nice and spacious. We’d stay here again.

Both our stay and our host deserve a 5 star rating. We had invited our son, daughter-in-law, and three grandchildren to stay with us in this 4 bedroom/3 bath house. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms of varying sizes. One has an en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom. All 3 of the bathrooms are full baths with toilet, sink, and shower. Some also have a tub. This was a great arrangement for our family. The house is very clean and well kept up. The location of the house is excellent. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants. My husband, son, and grandson went to see a football game at Lucas Stadium, which is close by. Access to the house is through an access code which makes it easy to check in. The host, Janna, is wonderful. She promptly answer all our questions, which were many. She is a very kind, and gracious host who supplies everything you need including plenty of toilet paper (which not all hosts do) and a big jar of candy (which was a big hit with our grandkids). We were there in November when it was a bit chilly. The heat worked well, but we were unable to achieve the same level of warmth in all parts of the house. That was not a big problem. There is a small garage available, but it seemed to be a little hard to maneuver our van into it, so we parked on the street, which we had no problem with. We had a great time at this lovely house in Indy.We loved our stay there!

The house was clean and comfortable. The access was easy. We parked in the garage and on the street. The access code to the house was easy to remember - nice touch. The check out chores were easy to follow. Thank you.

The home was nice and clean. It’s nicely updated and in a very good location with lots of restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the city.

House was as listed - very good location, quiet neighborhood, lots of close by entertainment and food.
Clean and comfortable!
It didn’t bother our group, but there are steep stairs up to one bedroom. I wouldn’t advise this for people with mobility issues.

The house is exactly as pictured! We weren’t sure what to expect for the location, but it was really nice. We felt safe and the area was great! We walked to fountain square many times, and even walked to downtown Indy! The only “complaint” we would have, is that the yard was not kept up, the weeds were knee high, and the grass needed mowing. We like yard games and sitting outside, and couldn’t really do that. The beds were great, the kitchen had everything we needed and more, and everything was really nice. We would definitely come back if we travel to the area again!

Very spacious and SUPER clean!! Ample parking, located directly across from police department. Everything was new. This is an older/historic home that has been totally remodeled. Lots of space if you are travelling with kids, couple or larger family.

Hands down this was THE best experience I have ever had! This house literally had everything! I felt like I was at home! The furniture, rugs, design of the home was beautiful! AND it’s located across the street from the police station, so it’s super safe! It was super clean and came with all kinds of cleaning supplies!! I will be booking this same home next year when we travel to Indy ❤️

My group consisted of 4 couples in town for an event at Lucas Oil Stadium. We were happy to be a 10 minute drive away from the stadium and have a full kitchen, convenient free parking, and a garage! It did snow while we were there, so it was nice to have a dry place for our vehicle. I think it’s technically a 2-car garage, but getting in & out is tight because of a fence on the alley, so you could fit a standard car and a motorcycle easily but not 2 cars. And it’s probably not long enough for a van or pickup truck.
My husband and I took the bedroom near the front door. It has a king bed and an en suite with shower. If you can get up the few steps into the house, this room could be handicap accessible. Two things we didn’t care for were the barn door on the bathroom left large gaps, making the bathroom not private, so if two people stay in this room, they need to be close. For instance, I wouldn’t feel comfortable having my boy/girl teenagers share it. The other issue was the 2 windows face the street and the blinds don’t completely cover the windows, so could be a minor privacy issue (although it’s not a busy street), and the street lights cause the room stay pretty light at night. But the bed is very comfortable. There’s plenty of room to walk around, it has 2 closets, outlets to plug in cell phones/cpap/etc, Roku tv, and convenient to kitchen/dining room.
The other 2 bedrooms on the main level share a full bathroom. The back bedroom has some privacy from the kitchen/dining area and is set up nicely for a couple with a child. It has plenty of space for a pack-&-play or air mattress and even some toys!
The other room with its own bathroom (2 sinks) is upstairs. It also has a king bed. There’s a barn door at the bottom of the stairs, near the back/side door. The stairs are a bit steep but carpeted, and this room could be tricky to control the temperature. But the bathroom has a real door and the 2 sinks is nice for a couple or 2 kids.
All-in-all, my friends and I were all very happy with this property. The neighborhood was clean & quiet. The property was clean & comfortable and convenient to downtown Indy. I appreciated vents in the bathrooms, fans in the bedrooms (you have to use the remotes to control the fans & lights separately), good water pressure, new appliances, good counter space in the kitchen, plenty of space to gather together or have personal space, plenty of towels & bedding, washer & dryer, garage access, & good neighborhood.

Everything was listed accurately and there were no surprises. I had a few questions and the host was very prompt with replies. Fully recommend this location as it felt really safe as it is literally directly across the street from a police station and plenty of people walking around even into the evening hours. Only word of caution, which has nothing to do with the property itself, is the Indianapolis streets are very narrow, full-sized trucks or SUV's would not be easy to navigate.
Overall this is an easy property to recommend if you are looking to stay in Indy.

Janna was an excellent host, she answered all my questions kindly & promptly. She went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms had all the necessities. The house was very beautiful inside, walking distance to Fountain Square and all it’s shops. Thank you so much Janna, if we are ever back in Indiana we will definitely try to stay there again.

This house is beautiful. The updated kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need to start your vacation. There is filtered water right from the sink so we didn’t need to buy bottled water. The bed we slept on was more comfortable than the one we have at home! The bathroom we had was so fancy with dual shower heads and fogged glass which brought natural light in. My friend loved the deep soaking tub in her bathroom. The dining area and living room was spacious enough for our group of 7. The location of the home is a few walking blocks from bars, small stores, pizza and ice cream! We felt completely safe in the home and around the area. Janna is a great host. She responds very quickly if you have any questions. If we come back to Indianapolis, I would definitely stay here again.

More than we expected!
Place is clean and super close to downtown. The neighborhood is going full renovation and will continue to improve. The price is very reasonable.

Janna was an amazing host! From her open communication, the necessities needed to be comfortable in the home, to making my kids feel "at home". We came in town for my graduation and the commute was less than 10 minutes from the venue, which was a plus. The neighborhood has something for everyone in walking distance, and an added bonus, the police station is directly across the street! I felt safe enough to park on the street although we did have access to the garage. This was the prefect home away from home! I must rave about the cookware..... the best pots and pans I have ever used, I'm mad I forgot to write down the brand, but they were amazing to cook on and clean! Thank you again Janna for everything! I'll definitely refer others staying in the city.
