BRAND NEW CABIN! Just five miles to the new All Season Tamarack Resort and even closer to Lake Cascade. Located in a quiet subdivision, walking distance from the lake. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains from your front door with a covered front patio or from the back yard hot tub or patio, with a hot tub. The cabin is centrally located on the route to Tamarack Resort and west of Donnelly. It's 12 miles from McCall. Tamarack Resort is 5 miles away and Brundage Mountain is about 20 miles away. Jug Mountain Ranch and Golf Course is 10 miles up the road.
Outside, the home is surrounded by a spacious yard and is close to Cascade Lake. Enjoy views of the west mountain range, Tamarack Resort and Jug Mountain. The patio area features a gas grill and a hot tub. Enjoy s'mores and endless stars around the outdoor fire pit.
Outdoor attractions like Payette Lake, the Salmon and Payette Rivers, Jug Handle Mountain Bike Trails and four golf courses are all waiting to be explored. McCall and the nearby historic town of Roseberry are simply charming, offering fun for the whole group.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Pets: Not all properties are pet friendly. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for "drain and fill."
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!

The house is fantastic. We had a great stay!

Everything was as expected except one small thing. Online said the 3 rooms had a king in one, 2 queens in another, and bunks in the third. All were true expect for the 2 queens. It was king, one queen, and bunks. I was planning on the 2 queens for the number of people staying. At first I was a little disappointed but we ended up making it work. Not a huge deal but plan on this bed number change when booking. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. The neighbors were very friendly. It was a great location to the ski resort. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The management company was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful place to stay for our family's last ski weekend of the season. We were in the hot tub at the beginning of the day to loosen up muscles, and afterwards to recover. The house was clean, comfortable and well decorated. The extra touches made it feel like a home rather than just a hotel type atmosphere.
When we checked in, I had to email about getting the Internet to work. The management team was quick to respond and incredibly patient walking me through steps to check the TV, router and extender. This was important to some of our family because of March Madness.
The beds were FANTASTIC. Plenty of pillows, blankets, etc.
There was not an extensive list of to-dos before checkout and no unreasonable rules for the house. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

We have a great time with family as this cabin. Our only complaints would be the cleanliness of the master bathroom the toilet wasn’t clean and the shower had a lot of orange mildew and some mold in it from not being properly cleaned between guests. And the unpredictability of the hot water. It went from cold to scolding hot there really wasn’t a good medium temp while showering.

It was a funhouse for us and our kids. There were many things to do. We loved having the fire pit and the hot tub. The TV upstairs for the kids was a bonus also. Great memories were made at this house for our family. Thank you

What a great house! Perfect size for two families. Close to everything. We were visiting with friends in Cascade and Mc Call so it was perfectly located. Great nights in the hot tub and by the fire pit. Will rent again in the winter to ski at Tamarack.
