About this apartment rental
The wild and beautiful island of Kea is one of Greece’s most desirable spots, with dramatic coastlines and lush, green terraces. This six-bedroom home is an eco-friendly dream, a farm tucked into the side of a hill with a series of studios dotted around the acres of land.
Most of the studios have their own little kitchenettes, making this a great choice for large groups who want their own space. You’ll find huge windows that let the light pour in and showcase the magnificent countryside views, as well as cosy features like a wood-burning fire. Each bedroom is comfortable and stylish, and each has its own private terrace area – you can slip away for a secret cocktail à deux whenever you fancy it.
The grounds have to be seen to be believed. The farm is nestled in the hillside with glorious panoramic views of the golden-hued surroundings from every angle. Chickens and guinea fowl roam free – so you can look forward to fresh eggs for breakfast – and 250 trees provide olives, figs, pomegranate, almonds and pistachios, among others.
This sunny refuge is just a ten-minute drive from the beach, and twelve minutes from the quay. Whether you’re planning on spending your days paddling in the crystal clear Aegean sea or setting off on a coastal tour by yacht, there’s plenty to keep you entertained. The vibrant harbour’s bars and restaurants come alive in the evenings.
It’d be perfectly understandable for you to want to spend your whole stay at the villa though. The beautiful pool has great views and is long enough for you to get your laps in. The Jetstream system can make it more of a workout for you, while the hydro-massage jets help you unwind. Laze by the pool, get in a yoga session on the balcony, and dine until late under the stars – this is not the kind of holiday you forget quickly.
