Close to the USA embassy, pet friendly without extra cost, nice host

If you're looking for a place which is close to the USA Emabssy with a nice and friendly host, with a good price this is the place that you should get. I was staying there around 2 weeks with my cat. everything I needed they sent it to me so quickly. they helped me to change the money (dollar to dram) and on. بچه هایی که میخواید برید سفارت آمریکا، از اینجا دیگه نزدیکتر به سفارت وجود نداره، چسبیده به در سفارت. پیاده 2 دقیقه راه هستش. اگر حیوان خانگی سگ و گربه دارید هم هیچ مشکلی نیست و ازتون پول اضافه نمیگیرن. خانم و آقا مدیریت اونجا رو به عهده دارن و بسیار افراد خوبی هستن اگر بخواید و بپرسید کمکتون میکنن

I think it's better if they have some one who understands English but it's not a big deal because we used google translate.

Хорошее соотношение цены и качества для короткого проживания

Гостеприимная хозяйка. Довезли до центра на машине, помогли обменять деньги, показали , где находятся кафе и магазины. Близость к Американскому Посольству. Очень бюджетно

Неудобная кровать. Шумно, тк. окно выходит на проезжую часть.

Welcome and friendly staff. Safe, nice, quiet place. 20 minutes walk to the centre of the city. Clean and comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel for stay.

It was OK , just regular motel.

There's an air conditioner, which helped , a lot . The owner is respectful.

It's so far away removed from the city , that you have to walk a mile or 2 to get to a grocery store Ps-It's over priced that's for sure .

I’d recommend this place for the price they ask. But don’t expect too much.

There’s everything you need in the room. Owner is good to talk with and ask for the help. Hotel is located in quiet place.

Hotel is a bit far from the city centre (aprox. 20 mins walk). There’s no way to do laundry in the hotel (owner recommended laundry service but it didn’t help me). The building seems to be some kind of garage before - there are only small window in the room. 3-4 times in the week there were electricity shutdowns - and for entire day once. It’s pretty common in Yerevan but unfortunately hotel doesn’t have it’s own generator.

very good place for it's money

Friendly stuff, comfortable beds, good facilities, always hot water, fan. There were even paper dishes, which was definetly nice. Very clean room and clean and sofr linen.

Localtion is not very convenient. However you can get there by a bus. And by taxi for sure. If the window is open it's a bit noisy from the road.

Very average indeed. Left a bad taste at the end of my stay.

The bottle of water and a few apricots. The rest was very poor unfortunately. And for my last day on holiday - extremely disappointing.

I arrived and I was not given the room I booked. No aircon, no plasma TV, a smaller room. (Yes, I did book the big room!). I let this slide. Location is average, close food place buffet was poor (I caught a taxi into city to eat). What annoyed me the most is - I asked the owner clearly to book a taxi for the airport for 04:25. He said he would book Yandex and the cost would be 1500 AMD. He was banging on my door at 03:25 (go figure) - then he came back at 04:15 and took me in his "luxury" car and he wanted 5000 AMD. Thats a scam and unprofessional. This is my first bad review and Im not that hard to please.

Pleasant

This place is very close to the US Embassy (7 min walk), and it is ideal for staying the night before the visa interview. But anything passed that is too much.

It was too cold, and the heater did not generate much heat. The property owners do not speak English, although Booking.com says otherwise. No supermarkets, restaurants, or grocery stores nearby. The closest is a thirty minute walk.

Great value for money. Comfortable bed, takes about 10 minutes to get to city center by taxi, but taxi is very cheap so it is not a problem.

It is not far from center by distance but there are really no good places to eat or shops in walking distance nearby, so be prepared to order delivery or travel by taxi.
