About this house rental
This sweet condo is tucked away in an oceanfront neighborhood in Narragansett. Located one block from a rocky beach (one of the best surf breaks in Rhode Island). This newly renovated townhome gives you access to the best summer activities that Coastal Rhode Island has to offer. We are a half mile from the Pt. Judith Light, a mile from 2 state beaches, and a half mile from 6 restaurants.
This unit includes all the amenities of home including a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and central A/C. There is an outdoor grill, picnic table and chairs, and a small fire pit in the yard, and a sunny yard space to soak in the morning cup of coffee or to enjoy the sunset while grilling up a nice dinner. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed, twin bed on top and full sized bed on the bottom.
*Minimum age requirement for booking is 26 years old.
*No pets/animals allowed. Owners have severe allergies.
*Linens and towels are not provided. Guests are asked to please provide their linens/towels or those items can be rented from a local vendor, such as Vacation House Linens. Vacation House Linens also provides beach and baby equipment rentals if needed. Their website is: vacationhouselinens . com. Each bed does come with 2 pillows and 1 bedspread, if needed. Plus there are extra blankets in the closets. Each bed has a mattress protector over the mattress, plus pillow protectors over each pillow. Beach Information:
The 2 main beaches closest to the house are Scarborough and Wheeler (aka Sand Hill Cove) State Beaches. Both are a little over a mile from the house. They are free to access if you just walk onto the beach, but you will need to pay to park. Parking Rates at the State Beaches are: $12/daily weekdays or $14/daily weekends, or $60 for season parking pass. The line to enter the parking lot can be incredibly long at times. It is worth planning ahead and getting in line early! We are also a half mile from the Pt. Judith Lighthouse and Camp Cronin. Camp Cronin has a nice small sandy beach that sits just inside the break wall (meaning there are no waves at this shoreline). It is free to park in the lot and just walk onto the beach. The break wall is also a fun place to do some fishing and/or crabbing.)
*There are countless additional RI beaches to explore. Check out Southcountyri . com or Visitrhodeisland . com if you would like more beach ideas/suggestions.
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, 2 parking spots, and their own private garden/yard area.
We live nearby, roughly 20 minutes away. We can be reached through the app, by text, or call if needed.
The house is located within walking distance to the stunning lighthouse and some of Narragansett's best coastlines, restaurants, and pubs including Ocean Road Bistro, Spain Restaurant, Matunuck Oyster Bar, Famous Aunt Carrie's, Iggy's, and the Bon Vue Tavern.
Also, check out Back Beach, an eight minute walk, for fishing, swimming (no lifeguard or facilities), and some of the most spectacular views of the ocean that you will ever see.
A quick run or bike brings you to either Sand Hill Cove (great for young children and children of any age) or Scarborough Beaches with big waves, each a two minute car ride from the house; both with lifeguards, bathrooms, and snack bars...or pop open a beach chair at the rocky break, one block from the house where you can watch the sun rise, wade in the water to look for seashells, and maybe see some ocean animals.
Walk or bike to the beach or to restaurants. Drive to several other beaches and restaurants, and other activities.

Cute place! Near a variety of beaches! My family loved the amazing seafood and the Salty Brine beach the most! Oh and spectacular views of the ocean ( walking distance). Wished there were more shops and things close by! Thanks for a great experience in Rhode Island!

Very roomy house. Bunk beds were really squeaky when the kids rolled over, but it wouldn’t keep us from coming back. In a cute little town!

We rented this townhouse for an extended Labor Day weekend. It was very convenient to stay here while moving my URI daughter into her house nearby. Townhouse was clean and comfortable. Meg was very responsive when contacted. Only concern was 2nd room bunk bed stability and noise. If you don’t need the top or have young kids then it would be perfect. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book this townhouse again.

We know Narragansett well, and we loved being near the lighthouse & the fisherman’s beach area. This was a very neat, clean and convenient home for our needs.

We really liked our stay. Not so much a walk to beach but very close. Place was very clean and Meg was easy to reach with any questions. Only complaint was upstairs bedrooms and bathroom doors squeezed loudly but other than that a great stay! Thank you Meg

Great location near multiple beaches and restaurants. Walked to eat dinner one night and to Camp Cronin at sunset. The property was easy access and the interior was quaint with all we needed to stay comfortable. The property manager (Meg) was easily contacted and gave good tips. Highly recommend and will look to book a future trip there.
