Loaded with character and charm, this spacious home boasts a private office, newly designed kitchen, and professionally landscaped outdoor space. Great area near restaurants (2 miles), nice park for walking just a block away. Bedrooms perfect for us and two teens. Dog enjoyed sitting in the backyard. We saw two rabbits come out in the backyard each evening.

Our family stayed here just under a week and enjoyed the house! It has a great location for activities in the suburbs but still convenient to the city. Close to highways. The house had plenty of space inside and out, and had some very nice updates particularly in the large kitchen area. And the private backyard is a great place to play with kids or relax with friends and family. Drew and Tina made the process very easy from booking to checkin and checkout. The house was great and we’d highly recommend!

It is clear from the moment you visit that Tina and Drew take great care of their property! This location was perfect for our weekend reunion - clean, quiet, absolutely gorgeous backyard and close enough to everything we wanted to do. Description of house was as stated on site, in fact we found it roomier. Back yard was big and our pup was very happy roaming around. Appliances were modern and easy to use. Bed were comfortable and layout of house was convenient to accommodate different sleeping schedules. All our concerns and questions were answered within minutes.

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable and convenient. We were three generations in town for a family wedding. Thanks to our wonderful hosts for providing us with a quiet refuge for family time amidst all the hustle and bustle of a long wedding weekend.

I recently stayed at this home with 3 other family members who were in town from Florida for a memorial service. We all agree that it was the perfect place for us! It was super clean, had everything we need, and there was plenty of space to hang out and enjoy conversation. I had to prepare food for the memorial luncheon, and the kitchen had everything I needed -- with plenty of space for food prep and storage. The back yard is a lovely oasis for morning tea and relaxation. The proximity to major roads like Route 309 and the PA Turnpike made day trips very convenient. The owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this property and the hosts!

This was a perfect place for my family to stay. We have two toddlers and the backyard and firepit were both big hits with the kids. Communication was easy, prompt and helpful. Would definitely stay again for a future visit.

This home was perfect for our family visiting for for graduation. The indoor and outdoor spaces were great for entertaining and relaxing. Drew and Tina were excellent hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond by welcoming us with a bottle of wine. We hope to be back!

Our stay was incredible! I had mentioned to Drew & Tina I was staying as home base for my wedding. When we arrived, there was a bottle of wine and lovely note waiting for us. They were very responsive when I had questions. The house was very clean and the kitchen had plenty of basics to help cook meals. Highly recommend!!

Nice renovations to indoor space, especially the kitchen. Lots of space to hang with a group of 6. Outdoor space was beautiful and tranquil and a great addition. So many great small villages within 10 - 15 min drive. Pretty area.

I had received 5 Star assistance from Tina early on in the reservation process - she went above and beyond to correct my error! The house is exactly as pictured except for the backyard where pictures do not do it justice!! It was a little slice of heaven for our early morning coffee and for relaxing in the evenings! The house was very welcoming and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. Would highly recommend. In fact, I hope to stay there again on our next trip "up north"!!

Tina & Drew were easy & quick to communicate with. Everything in the description was as described and much better! The sweet welcome letter & treat was a nice surprise. We especially loved the gathering area. If you were in the kitchen, dinning room, or living room you were a part of the crowd. The beautiful backyard came with comfy seating, and fire pit and to our pleasant surprise 3 beautiful deer that loved the foliage and flowers as much as we did. All of the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. When we travel back to the Philadelphia area, we will hope this gem is available for our next stay.

The property is recently updated and spotless. The mattresses are very comfortable. We stayed with friends. The open floor plan home lends itself to sharing time and conversation. The yard is very pretty and the outdoor dining area perfect for relaxing with drinks and dinner on the grill. Tina and Drew were attentive and accessible.

Property is exactly as the images appear. Clean, cute and plenty of space for all our guests. Our favorite spot was sitting on the back patio every morning for hours. Such a relaxing space. Also a couple great spots in the kitchen and office if you need to get away to catch up on work and have privacy. Although the home is on a busier road we were surprised with how quiet and peaceful it was. Great visit to Oreland!

We stayed here with our family for a long weekend. The house is beautifully decorated, updated and very clean. The backyard was fantastic for sitting out for morning coffee, having a small cookout or letting your kids run around and play. Communication between Tina and Drew was easy and fast. Check-in was seamless. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect, Relaxing, Beautiful Property In Philadelphia Suburbs!

I can’t praise Tina, Drew, and this property enough! We were looking for someplace local to stay for a week while my elderly parent’s house was being painted. From the very beginning the hosts were extremely kind, informative, and willing to work with us; while also being extremely prompt and they were prompt and attentive to our every question and need. Not only did the rental look EXACTLY like the photos in the listing, but also,the home was even more lovely in person AND dog friendly! What a find! The one-floor, open lay-out of the property was perfect for my mother who walks with a cane, while the three very neatly and well-appointed bedrooms and office were perfect when we each needed some alone time or to work. And best of all, the fenced in yard was a dream for us and our dog as we enjoyed the beautiful weather, gorgeous landscaping, and retractable awning that provided shade when needed. The pillows and beds were super comfortable, the washer/dryer easily accessible, and the hosts left plenty of towels and essentials so we didn’t have to worry about bringing more than required for our week there. The home was so peaceful and beautifully decorated, we truly felt like we were away on a relaxing vacation even though we were just 30 minutes from center city as the location is conveniently located by Route 309. When we ran into some scheduling issues, Tina & Drew were more than accommodating as well and made sure we were well taken care of. And let’s not forget what a surprise when we arrived to a lovely welcome note with goodies and kind wishes for a wonderful stay at check-in! Was the perfect way to kick off our week in our beautiful retreat. I cannot thank Tina & Drew enough for their kindness, hospitality, and for sharing their beautiful space with us while we went through a very stressful ordeal. My family and I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying at this location again in the future! Was truly a joy and blessing for all of us :)
