Pent og rent rommet men dyrt og ikke god lydisolering.

Takk for renholder som holder rommet rent og lukter godt hver dag i oppholdstidsrommet. Gi applaus til renholder 😊.

Prisen skuter til værs til helgen som ikke er god måte tjener penger på kunde. Dårlig meg lydisolering.

Conveniently located

Reception staff was nice on the first and last day but staff in the afternoon did not speak English (lo mush so that did not understand our question of whether there was breakfast). We asked for an upgrade because the standard room which we had booked did not have a window. The room we got on the 3rd floor did have a balcony. Location is good, a cafe on the corner and close to front beach. They kindly booked a taxi for us.

Our balcony ("mountain view") was facing close and quite derelict buildings. Beds could have been more comfortable. No breakfast was served. Strong smell of smoking on selected occasions, perhaps from neighbouring rooms?

Very nice

Hotel mới xây nên rất mới và đẹp, trang trí nội thất rất sang, đầy đủ tiện nghi, tầng tiện ích có hồ bơi rất đẹp. Khuyến khích mọi người đến trải nghiệm nơi đây.

Chắc có lẽ do phòng lớn và máy lạnh hơi không đủ công suất, nên vì vậy độ lạnh không đủ mát, chỉ là một trải nghiệm nhỏ mình gặp tại phòng. Còn lại mọi thứ rất hoàn hảo.

Khácn sạn gần trung tâm lẫn gần biển, đi bộ ra biển 5p. Phòng sạch sẽ, đủ tiện nghi. Có hồ bơi và bãi đậu xe

Nên có vách ngăn giữa giường ngủ với nhà tắm/wc. Bảo vệ ca chiều thấy xe tới không hướng dẫn mình xuống hầm. Mình có hỏi hầm đậu xe của Kim Minh hay Spa, thì bv ngồi cười và hất đầu kêu xuống đi. Không phải mình xin phép, mà đang hỏi.

Grey/black decor was awful. Some Staff were not very helpful or friendly Hallway areas to rooms were not clean and needed updating.

Nice stay

The room is nicely furnished. Stable wifi so I can work. The staff is friendly.

There were only 2 pillows. I was thinking of 4. The door lock of the balcony was broken but the staff reassured us that it would be safe. No place to hang wet towels/clothes.

We really enjoyed our stay there.

The room is very spacious. The staff were accommodating. The location is excellent, you can walk to the beach and all the local food stores.

Minor details could be fixed. Like the armchair, details are peeling off.

clean room, best quality compare with the price

disagree with the hotel asking for a 50% deposit through their own account number. We had to pay the difference fee to choose to pay directly without a card but the hotel still asked us to deposit 50-100% of the room rate to keep the room. Even though we had a deal with the hotel that we would keep the room for me without paying because I went at a time when it was not a busy time but I still don't feel your hotel did the right thing because the policy is different from what you guy are showing on Booking

The cleaners were amazing

Reception charged for early check in, and then over charged me 700k dong. Was also a sour look on her face everything we went past her , how about the Reception woman spend less time on her stupid nails and more time on how a hospitality person is meant to be with guests, you're charging way to much money for only a room , and a pitiful pool. There's no restaurant, gym ,mini bar. No milk for coffee. No where to hang towels. No out furniture for the balcony. You're a 1 star hotel at best, also the owner is noisy, drawing chairs on there floor ,can also hear the neighbours TV.the hotel is not on the beach front ,the beach it's near is bad as well, Rubbish everywhere and sad to see .

No breakfast, not convenient hangers in bathroom. Glass door of the WC is quite sensitive for certain people
