Welcome to Belmont 604, a 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront condo, right on the boardwalk, in the heart of Ocean City. You will love waking up to the view of sand and surf, just you, the seagulls, and the sunrise, and falling asleep to the enchanting lights of the ferris wheel. Inside you will find beautiful decor to relax in, flat screen TVs in every room, gas fire place in the living room, a gourmet kitchen if you feel like cooking, and a washer and dryer if needed. The back bedrooms have views of the bay, the inlet, and Assateague Island. The condo comes with 2 assigned spaces in the gated parking garage. Belmont Towers is a secure building with 2 elevators, a fitness room, a sauna, and an outdoor pool open before Memorial Day to after Labor Day.

Condo rents Saturday to Saturday during high season.

No smoking/vaping, and no pets please.

Must be 25 or older to rent, and must be one of the occupants.

Sheets and towels are not included, you can bring your own or purchase linen service.

We had a wonderful stay at the end of July! The location was perfect with easy access to the boardwalk and beach. We had quite a surprise when we looked out our balcony on Monday night and saw a beautiful firework display right in front of us! Raluca was wonderful to work with and responded quickly if we had any concerns. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, and it was great that there was hand soap, dish towels, paper towels, etc. to get us started for the week. The condo was clean and all appliances were newer and in great working condition. The only improvements I would suggest is updating the mattresses and cushions on the dining chairs. They are all starting to sink in the middle from use. Otherwise, everything was great! We would definitely stay here again!

We were there with our 4 sons all in their early 20’s and it was a perfect location. We usually stay in North O.C. but I wanted to try something different. Once you shut the doors, you can’t hear the noise of the boardwalk which had been one of my concerns. Having a bathroom in each room was a definite plus. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. It was great not having to drive that much as everything was at our fingertips on the boardwalk. Raluca was very sweet and prompt with her responses. We plan to book again when the calendar opens up for next June.

This wasn't our first stay in Ocean City but our first time using vrbo. Everything went smoothly! Raluca was our host and she notified me 5 days in advance with all the necessary "check in" information etc. We did not have any problems with anything although we didn't use many amenities in the room (stove, dishwasher, washer) as we were busy enjoying Ocean City for the few short days we were there. Looking forward to our next trip! Thanks Raluca for a great stay!

From start to finish the is stay was amazing! The condo is exactly as pictured at the best location with great hosts. We can thank them enough for allowing us to love their condo for my graduation and Mother’s Day weekend. We are already looking to book with them again. Thanks again.

We had a great time at "Sunny's Nest". The view from the balcony is perfect and I enjoyed sitting outside with my book in the comfortable adirondack chairs. The inside is very spacious. There were only 3 of us so spread out in all the rooms, but this unit can fit more people comfortably. We had all we needed in the kitchen and the location of this building is the best. We have stayed in this building before and prefer to only rent places at this location. The boardwalk is right below and great restaurants all within walking distance. The unit was very clean and we brought our own linens to use which was very easy. We would definitely stay here again when travelling to Ocean city and book if it was available. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful view and the perfect location everything is within walking distance! Sitting on the balcony watching all the white marlin open charter boats come in was breathtaking! We can’t wait til next year!

Perfect for the family that likes to do rides at the park, short walk to park. Nice pool, clean rooms. The only downside is the parking garage, tight fitting spots if u have an suv or truck

The condo is very nice. Everything is as it looks on the photos. Excellent location and walkable to many different activities. Nice touch having toiletries on hand when we first checked in. Communication with the owners is very quick and much appreciated. Environment was very clean, good air conditioning. Beds could use some updating. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely book this condo again.

This property was beautiful and so convenient. We stayed during Springfest. It was so close to walk to events and go back to condo for bathroom and drinks, etc. The property was clean, and gorgeous. Beds were comfortable, everything worked and nothing was broken. We are already looking to rent same unit again

We had a great time.....the Boardwalk is RIGHT THERE so the kids loved runnng down for funnel cakes, fries, candy, popcorn, etc. LOTS of action, even in the fall. We had a classic card parade and an Ultimate Frisbee Tournment right below the balcony. Great property and super hosts! The only "negative" is because you are right on top of the boardwalk it is a bit loud.....the beach groomers are out there at 7 am with earth movers beeping as they back up and the revelers are noisy on their way back from their night on the town.....but if you want to watch the sun rise out of the ocean, have everything Ocean City has to offer within a two minute walk and watch the action from your balcony this is the place for you! Warning! If you are on a diet (or even of you aren't) you WILL smell the popcorn from Fisher's right below you!!! Again, we had a great time!

Spent a week at Raluca’s place with my family. The condo is spacious and the view of the ocean can’t be beat! There are plenty of utensils/plates/glasses and enough kitchen items to make meal prep easy. The space was pretty clean but the tile floors could have used some attention since our socks got pretty dirty after walking around. The blinds in the master bedroom were mostly broken and took a lot of fidgeting to get up and down which was a bit frustrating - blackout shades would be really helpful in this room since the lights outside are very bright at night. Note that this is a very lively section of the boardwalk, so the living room and master bedroom are pretty noisy until 11-ish. Overall we had a great stay and would be happy to visit again!

This location and condo was spectacular! No need to look any further. It was spacious, clean and accommodating in all aspects. Absolutely beautiful views of the beach and boardwalk from the balcony, the pictures don’t do it justice! And you even get beautiful pool and bay views from the other side of the condo. This location is also perfect if you have kids because everything you need is steps away from the condo. The property manager Raluca was so pleasant to speak to and replied back quickly. I can’t give this place a better rating. My family and friends made countless memories here that we will never forget! We are already talking about planning our next trip!

This condo was fantastic, clean, cozy, well maintained. The only downside (and it wasn't the owners' fault) was that a rare 85 mph winds thunderstorm popped up and the condo flooded at the front window. But we kept it mopped up and the owners responded quickly and apologized. Evidently that window was due for replacement and stock is backordered. Not their fault, it is the maintenance department of the condo building's fault.
