About this apartment rental
Welcome to Villa Number Ten
@caymanislands_vacation_rentals
Escape to this little piece of paradise and relax on the quiet and lovely sandy beach just steps away... Located in the quaint village of Bodden Town, away from the hustle and bustle of 7Mile Beach, and within walking distance to some shops, fish fry on the beach and a few restaurants. Modern finishes equipped with a full kitchen stocked with the basic essentials like coffee and spices. The condo is also stocked with shower soaps, beach toys, coolers..etc. Smart TVs, Bose soundbar, Alexa, video games, board games, books and more.
People from all backgrounds welcome!
***SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Please note that the condo is better suited for 4 guests or 2 couples as additional guests will have to sleep on the basic and not so comfy futons in the living room and a queen blow up mattress which is not like sleeping on the gel memory foam mattresses in the bedrooms. If you would like to save money on accommodations, the unit can sleep up to 8 as I do not charge extra for extra guests so please be mindful if you are tryng to save and do what you can to keep the condo clean and tidy***
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on the same page .
Only in the summer months, there may be some sargassum/seaweed on the beach that Mother Nature gifts us which is out of our control and the landscaping team works diligently to remove as much sargassum as they can on a daily basis. There are several beautiful beaches around the island that you could explore.
A rental car is not included however highly recommended as the island is too beautiful not to explore.
LOOKING FORWARD TO HOSTING YOU SOON! :)

My husband and I love the Cayman Islands and this was our first family vacation since the pandemic. We chose this apartment because we wanted something low key and away from the tourist hub and what a great find. The apartment is very clean and has everything you could possibly need, especially if you’re traveling with kids. Plenty of clean towels, beach/pool toys, and every utensil you’d need in the kitchen. My girls loved having a tv in their room and being able connect to our Netflix and other streaming accounts from home.
There was a lovely little beach shack less than a 5 min walk that serves amazing Caribbean food, and I really liked that the area was a mix of locals and tourists. Very quiet, safe and pleasant area. I will definitely go back.

Our nine days in paradise were absolutely spectacular! The condo was perfect and we loved the location as the entire island was within 20 minutes of driving. Our host was very responsive when we arrived and throughout our stay. We hope to come back soon! Our favorite beach on the entire island was this one! Sometimes we had the entire beach to our self. We enjoyed snorkeling. Everyday was a new adventure and saw different marine life including many conch, lobster, puffer fish, a small sting ray, a barracuda, and many species of fish. The best snorkeling was to the left and close of the sand bar near where the waves were braking. We saw a sea turtle at Spotts beach which was within about 10 minutes or so drive. Cove beach was also close by and fun. The pool was the perfect temperature and very clean. I would highly recommend some inexpensive water shoes if you choose to snorkel without fins. It was also nice to see a "pay it forward'" sun screen bucket but would highly recommend bringing sun screen as the sun is very strong and the sun screen is quite expensive on the island. Hurley's about 15 minutes east is the best store for groceries.

The property was very clean and just as listed. The property owner was very accommodating and friendly. You are about 30 minutes from Georgetown and 30 minutes from Rum Point, so be prepared to drive. This was not a problem for us as we had a car and felt comfortable driving the island. The beach was clean and we almost felt as if we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. One item I would suggest is the property place a mirror on the end of the driveway, it is very difficult to see when trying to get out. Good snorkeling. We love being away from the limelight so this property was perfect for our family. Would certainly suggest this to all.

Our flight arrived much earlier than check-in, but our host responded to a message immediately and we were able to drop our bags inside and enjoy the beach while the space was cleaned. Arrived to discover the location and space were much nicer than the pictures conveyed! Well stocked kitchen for cooking, actually included amenities for small children, beautiful view of the beach from the walk-out, beach and grounds were well maintained, and the snorkeling was spectacular. Will definitely be looking to stay again the next time we vacation in the islands!

We enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze villa #10. The beach is beautiful with crystal clear waters and sandy entry. My 5 year old and 10 year old enjoyed splashing at the beach and making sand castles. We also enjoyed the pool. The apartment is well stocked and the location is convenient with rather easy access from the airport and to the other parts of the island to explore. We would definitely come back !

My husband and I took our daughter here in vacation. 20 years ago my husband and I lived on the island while he attended medical school and I worked, so we knew we didn't want to be near the touristy areas and we also knew which grocery stores we'd be shopping at (we have celiac disease so we have to do our own cooking most of the time). The townhouse was very spacious, the beds were comfy, and the entire place was clean. It was literal steps to your own private beach, but the seaweed was bad during our stay so we mainly stayed in the pool. It was surprising to discover that in the 20 years we'd been gone that all of the good beaches had been taken over by the resorts, 7 mile, run point, all of them, so this property was much appreciated for its quite, white sand, ocean views. Check-in was a breeze as all information was provided prior to arrival. Would 100% recommend this property.

4 of us stayed for 1 week. The property was very well located (for us) and easy to find. It is very well outfitted with a lot of amenities. Everything we needed was there. The snorkeling out in front of the property was great. One of, if not the best prepared fish meals we had while there was a 2 minute walk down the beach.

From before our stay the host was very informative, responsive and accommodating. The place was easy to find and across the street from a great bakery . The overall outer appearance of the property is as pictured and parking is just outside of the door. Upon entry there was an area of beach supplies and Lysol spray. The home is fully equipped and loaded with all essentials needed for your stay and the beach including chairs cooler umbrella towels and even sunscreen ! The home has central air and is steps away from the beach with a nice patio overlooking the ocean. Everything was clean and in working order. There is even a baby gate to ensure safety at the top of the stairs. Our group consisted of two adults and three children and had adequate space for them. We felt safe and secure the entire stay and would definitely recommend this property for couples or families! Thank you again !

Overall the condo is very nice. Big kitchen (not really good cooking pans) open living room is nice and 2 bedrooms and full baths upstairs. Communication with property management was 100%. Parking is good you have your own spot, check in and out was great. The Condo has a big TV, with Netflix. A few negatives to consider (keep in mind I am in my 50's); mattress killed my back, it is very hard. Couch downstairs is super uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. Upstairs bathroom shower did not have hot water, it was luke warm at best... they tried to fix, but I think to them luke warm is hot. There was a big stain on the curtains in the living room and was unpleasant to look at. None of these things bothered my 18 year old - so keep that in mind!! Everything is very very expensive. If you stay in Bodden Town, rent a car, but know that they drive on the wrong side of the road if you are from the USA . The beach had so much seaweed and smelled. The pool is not the view right out of the condo that I stayed at. The local food is amazing, but mosquitos will eat you alive after dark! Rum Point was the prettiest area and would of rather stayed in that area. Governors beach was the prettiest!! 7 mile area is really busy and dirty. Too many people from the cruise ships. There are also chickens everywhere, I didn't mind it at all, but some might. Overall the Caymans is way to expensive and it didn't really wow me - I will not return- Hope this helps...

If you’re looking for a place that’s away from the majority of the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. We were able to travel to all parts of the island within a reasonable amount of time. The property was clean and had a lot more amenities than we were expecting. Livia provides an entire beach set up, to allow your relaxation to start right when you arrive. The only thing you really need is food! I highly recommend snorkeling out from the property, it was probably some of the best we saw the entire trip. If you’re looking to swim with some sea turtles, check out spotts beach. We saw cuttlefish and nurse sharks over near sunset house. Be careful when snorkeling, it is possible you can get stung by the little jellies out there! Our favorite spot to eat was Peppers up near 7-Mile beach. I highly recommend doing the bioluminescence tour as well. There’s only 14 spots in the entire world you can see it. I think this was a wonderful place to stay and if we were to come back we would stay here again. You are near the main road and can hear some traffic, so bring yourself a sound machine and it’ll completely drown that out. From what I can tell, if you’re staying near the beach you’re almost always likely to be near a street and will hear some traffic! Speaking with Livia was very pleasant and she even checked in to make sure everything was up to par. Due to availability she also allowed us to check in early after our flight. Highly recommend staying here!

What a wonderful place to relax for the week. What we enjoyed the most about staying here: enjoying coffee on the balcony, the semi-private pool, the semi-private beach with shore snorkeling, the inviting and bright space.
Livia is very responsive, even offering to make restaurant reservations on our behalf. I'm so glad we stayed here.

Very nice, would’ve given five star if not for the heavy truck traffic 50 feet from the building.

We had a great stay at Livia's place! She was helpful and prompt with any questions we had for her.

All good except restaurants were 20-40 minutes away. Traffic to the west of the property was hard to deal with.
Front door patio light was burned out. TV’s were difficult to navigate. Did get the downstairs on but never figured out the bedroom TV’s.
Sliding screen doors were difficult to open and close.

We had an amazing time during our stay! We planned a girls trip for 3 of us and this condo was perfect! Livia was so helpful and accommodating during our stay. She always replied quickly and we never had any issues with anything. The condo was so clean and so easy to walk to the beach and pool area. We loved being on the more local side of town. We visited the Czech Inn Grill down the road and it was SO GOOD!!! All of the locals we met were so friendly and helped us get around the island. We are already planning our trip back for next year!

This condo was the perfect spot for our family for our time on Grand Cayman Island! The unit is spacious enough for for everyone to stretch out, steps from the beach and a great spot for both swimming (ocean and pool) as well as snorkeling (with a protected and fish-filled reef just feet off the shore). Our family enjoyed the short walk down to the pier for sunset fishing and viewing and the short walk up the beach to the islands best hidden gem of a restaurant - The Czech Inn! Tell George we said hello!
Liv was super responsive to the questions we had both before and during our stay and check in and out were a breeze. Bodden Town is also a great location to stay away from the bustle of Georgetown and 7 Mile, yet only a short drive in to access all of that. We also enjoyed a day trip to the north since you are located mid-island. Be sure to cross the street to the Cayman Cigar Co to say hello to Ms Brenda!

Pros - The rental was as described. The space had just about everything we could have wanted: enough beds/space, pack’n play, high chair, sand toys, coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, adequate kitchen cooking items, laundry, soaps, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. The rental also supplied a nice basket of snacks upon arrival. It was also nice to have the option of pool OR beach every day. The staff kept our portion of the beach cleaned/cleared daily. Communication with the property manager was excellent and she was incredibly responsive!
Location - although farther from Seven Mile Beach, we liked that it was quiet and we had the beach/pool basically to ourselves. You do need a car rental though since there aren’t many places within walking distance. The snorkeling right at our rental was some of the best! For instance my family saw the following right there: tons of fish, lobster, eel, stingray, and SO many conchs (the size of your head)!
Cons - The beds were comfortable, but the living room furniture was not at all comfortable for sitting on (although my daughter said the futon was ok for sleeping). Some things that would have been a nice bonus: kitchen rags/towels (we were supplied with one scrub sponge). Since we had never been to the island before and sometimes locals can provide the best recommendations, a list of recommended/suggested close places would have been nice since there wasn’t anyone there to ask necessarily (ie. grocery, dining, food carts, activities, etc).

Great unit on the beach. I could have sat outside and enjoyed the breeze all day. The weather was perfect. The unit is clean, comfortable and as described.

We had a amazing time in Grand Cayman and this property was great for our family and price. We enjoyed the the layout of the condo, pool and being on the beach was a treat
Our favorite part was enjoying the locals around us from the fish fry on the beach and fresh coconut water cut by our neighbors given free to our 12yr son.
