Breakfast was great.
At check in the staff argue about the payment of the room's. I had payed for the rooms and show the staff the proof of payment but still insisted I hadn't paid. Then the room I was allocated didn't have working air-conditioning and it took 2 hours to get a new room. The new room was a downgraded room and didn't receive any kind of apology from the hotel for the stuff up. Not very good customer service. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

From the moment of check-in the service was professional and friendly, greeted with a welcome drink on arrival and big smiles. The room was massive, clean, modern with everything you need for a long term stay. I loved the small desk area and free snacks and drinks provided. The bathroom was large with a great pressured shower. The bed is super large and comfortable, breakfast is more basic as it's made to order, but this also ensures your meal is fresh, higher quality and tasty. The service in the breakfast room is very friendly and professional. The location is about 20mins out of the main centre of Chiangmai, we stayed here to be close to family, but loved the surroundings that we explored.

The hotel looks beaaautiful! I really loved the interior. All the facilities looked very clean. The swimming pool was also very nice. The staff was very kind. There was a welcome drink at the reception and also nice (and free) welcome snacks in the room. If you need a few relaxing days, this is a really good hotel. But I would take a Grab to the center for dinner.
The breakfast options were limited. You had to choose from the menu. I did not like the artificial pictures on booking.com but honestly: they match the reality because the rooms looked awesome in real life! I only think the bed is a bit hard… but that’s personal preference I guess :). The location is not that great but you can take a Grab to the old city (+- 15 to 20min). Calm neighbourhood but nothing to see over there. The little bar behind the reception was closed.

Brand new hotel (opened four months ago), immaculate and beautifully-designed. Very friendly staff and great experience overall. Rooms can accommodate only two persons but you can get interconnected rooms. Some have a small balcony. Quiet location, about 10 minutes drive from the old city, so you'll need some means of transportation to get in and out (we had a rental car). Great value for the money!
Breakfast options are very limited, but the staff does its best. Credit card payments are added 3% surcharge.

Cleaness, comfort & staff friendliness. It's recently renovated, thus, quite new.
Facilities aren't fully ready. No laundry service at this point. The elevators are out of function after heavy rains. Hopefully the problem can be fixed for long-term uses. Breakfast is pleasant but choices are somehow limited.
