Perfect location. There were 5 couples in our party so it was great that we had our own bathrooms. The living room area was a good size to host 10 peppe.
Parking not great, however you have to accept that if you want a centre of town location

The location is excellent. Easy walk from the station, right in the centre of the town, a very short walk to the river and walls.
A superb variety of individual restaurants and shops literally within 100 yards and not much further for more.
There was plenty of seating for socialising or TV watching, though we didn't use the sitting room at all as we talked and ate in the dining area due to the ample, comfortable seating.
Beds were comfortable and 5 bathrooms a great bonus.
The welcome snacks, Prosecco and milk were greatly appreciated.
We would all have liked a small towel to supplement the bath towel.

superb location right in the centre and easy walking distance of shops, bars and good restaurants. rooms bright and clean. good kitchen facilities.
parking is not possible on the street but we found alternative parking close by. the terrace is lovely but lacks proper outdoor furniture and the fire pit advertised is burst and cannot be used.

I liked that there was also a bbq and 3 floors and the rooms were so nice .
It was amazing.

The house was nice, everything was at hand that we needed.
Unfortunately none of our group would stay here again.
This accommodation is described as luxurious but it’s not, it’s nice but not luxurious.
We had an issue with the heating, the ground floor (kitchen, dining room and lounge) was always really cold, when we emailed to raise this issue we were told the following;
‘Unfortunately, the property sits above the historic tunnels and there is a 30 foot drop underneath it’s hard to insulate, and with it being an older property it may be more difficult to heat up compared to a newer built house. But he’s taken on your feedback and says he’s considering putting in a larger fire’.
The ground floor was unbearably cold throughout our stay.
Also, the top floor en-suite shower leaks, this is not a small leak as it left a huge puddle on the floor. This was all depending if you used the hand held shower head or the ceiling fixed shower head. The hand held one did not stay in position either, it just slid down pole to the bottom.
There is chipped mugs and cracked glasses, all those reasons are why we all agreed it is not a luxury house.
There was conflicting information regarding check out time, email advised 10am and welcome pack advised 11am. 11am suited us better so we went with the information in the welcome pack. The cleaners arrived approx 10:15am and asked when we were leaving, when we told them 11am they became argumentative with us right up to the point we showed them the information in the welcome pack. They then left. The cleaners clearly had an issue with this but surely it should have been taken up with the owners and never with the customer. 10am check-out does seem rather early considering check-in is 4pm.
There is no instructions to use kitchen appliances ie oven and microwave. We eventually gave up on the microwave!

Lovely modern and spacious accommodation, the hosts were very friendly and happy to be contacted with questions. Central location. Was very happy
The only thing that we would change would be the addition of a chain or ability to double lock the front door as we had a 3 year old who could reach the latch. we ended up sharing a room with him as we feared a night time escape attempt!

The spaciousness of the house and the locality to restaurants and bars are excellent. Also the close proximity to the river Tweed.
Berwick has nice walks a plenty a shops with something for everyone.

Beautiful house, nice hamper left by the host. We had a power cut on the Sunday night and it was fixed in under 20mins.
There was no spare toilet rolls and only 1 extra black bag. We had to go and buy more.
The bins had not been emptied from the previous stay. We were warned that they were rats so because we didn’t have anywhere to put the bins we had to keep them in the house.
There is a fire pit but we had to buy logs to burn, which was fine but I wish it had been previously mentioned.
Beds were listed as king size but they were doubles.
