30 Lade Braes is a beautiful period property, nestled along the peaceful Lade Braes walk. This leafy, pedestrian path meanders through St Andrews, set back from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, whilst still providing direct access to all the towns amenities.
Only a 5 minute walk to the centre of St Andrews and a 10 minute walk to the famous Old Course, this property has been extensively refurbished with a new kitchen, top of the line shower rooms, appliances, walnut wooden flooring and tastefully decorated with custom manufactured furniture throughout.
Sleeping up to 8 guests across 3 floors, there is also a front and enclosed, sunny, back garden. The perfect holiday let for golf groups, families and larger groups of friends.
You are welcomed into a huge living/dining /open plan kitchen area on the ground floor, with 3 twin/super king bedrooms and a high spec shower room on the 1st floor
Stairs lead you down to the basement level, where there is a garden apartment with a twin/super king bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, newly refurbished shower room (walk in shower, Hansgrohe taps and shower fittings) and patio door with access to a terrace and back garden. The apartment is connected to the ground and first floor floors flat via internal stairs.

Lade Braes walk is a stunning woodland path that takes you from one end of St Andrews to the other, with a great kids park on route, it is a lovely safe location for families with children or for family walks. overall we enjoyed our stay at Kingask's property very much. The house was recently renovated, very clean and orderly. We appreciated the quiet location which was quite central to numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, and grocery stores.
