Pet Policy: Mae's Haven welcomes well-behaved dogs under 75 lbs, with conditions for their stay to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the home. Dogs must be crated when left alone, are not allowed on beds or furniture, and must not scratch the flooring. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 is required prior to arrival. Approval is needed for more than one dog, with an additional fee applicable. Failure to comply with these rules, including bringing a pet without prior approval, will result in a $500 penalty per unauthorized pet and the possibility of being asked to leave immediately.
This property is managed by a reputable North Carolina Real Estate Firm. As part of your booking, you will be required to sign a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement to ensure all terms of your stay are understood and agreed upon.
