A great property with well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

It was very clean, well equipped and maintained. It is near the bus and train stations and well located for walking to central city sites.

Occasional light street noise but not a deterrent.

Fantástico, para repetir.

Gran ubicación y muy acogedor, calidad-precio perfecta. La dueña fue muy amable y el precio es muy asequible.

Por poner algo negativo no me gustó el tamaño de la bañera, es preferible que sea una plato de ducha.

Sistemazione spettacolare

Struttura situata in calle Uria, la strada dello shopping, a nemmeno 10 Min a piedi dalla stazione Renfe e Alsa quindi comodissima per spostarsi Nelle vicinanze stop bus, ristoranti e caffè. Camera pulitissima, accogliente e profumata! Molto grande e luminosa ed arredata in bianco che le conferiva una maggiore luminosità. Bagno grande e ben sistemato Non c'è la doccia ma la vasca con tenda che per quel che riguardava jà mia stanza (n. 1) credo fosse nuova Completa di tutti i conforts, con cucina e lavanderia a disposizione - anche se non ne ho fatto uso. Carmen la proprietaria super disponibile e gentilissima in tutto Lo consiglierei a chiunque

Tenía todo lo que necesitaba por un precio bastante económico. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, el personal amable y la ubicación excelente.

Por el precio que pagamos estuvo todo bastante bien. Lo recomiendo.

Alojamiento confortable pero muy ruidoso

Habitación espaciosa y muy limpia en pleno centro de Oviedo. El personal amable y servicial.

Las ventanas. Se escucha absolutamente todo el ruido de la calle. No hace falta que la gente grite, que lo hace, sino que una simple conversación en tono normal se escucha perfectamente. No te digo nada si te coincide un sábado en pleno San Mateo, olvídate de dormir en toda la noche. El aislamiento acústico es muy deficiente.

Attractive decor, clean, use of kitchen with kettle. Good location and a comfy mattress. Good communications with owner.

Bathroom a bit dated, not many sockets for charging phones etc.

Amazing!

The room was so cozy and stylish! It's not big, but has everything for short stay. Wonderful view to the central streets. Perfect location: 3 min to the train station, 10 min ti the Catedral, and close to the big central park. Easy check-in. I would recommend it to everyone, it was amazing!

A nice room in a good location.

Very handy location, close to the old town, shopping and main attractions and only 50 metres from the train station. The room was spacious and clean and we had full use of a very well appointed kitchen. The staff were friendly and responsive.

The shower wasn’t great as you had to hold the shower hose in your hand.

Back again because we love it

This is our second time staying in this place after we got back from Picos de Europa National Park. We love it here, since it is walkable to everywhere. Carmen, the owner is so kind, letting us put our bag in the living room because we arrived earlier than the check in time. The place has communal kitchen, washing machine and dryer. (it helps a lot)! and it is a lovely building. Carmen was so Helpful during all 2 stays we had.

Relaxing, interesting, beautiful city able to be enjoyed while feeling safe in the accommodation.

The atmosphere of this perfectly located accommodation which has all the comforts of home. A great place to enjoy the city’s sights.

Great stay to continue my Camino de Santiago

A really beautiful room in the center, good shower,,great kitchen and cloth washing / drying room.

Due to the noise/ light difficult to open the window at night in summer when it is warm.

Beautiful room with balcony in Oviedo

Very strategic place in a beautiful old building. Easy to get around, walkable to historical places, stores, cafes and restaurants. Clean room with very nice view from the balcony. The special thing I notice is they have room for laundry with 2 washing machine and a dryer (it helps a lot!) and a fully equiped kitchen with 2 fridge so you can keep your food there during the stay. Carmen is very communicative and helpful, she wrote every single detail of our check in process and how to get in. It made our day in Oviedo !

Nice room, great location

The kitchen was really well equipped and we could use a washing machine and dryer. The location is great, and the self-check-in was really easy. There was enough shampoo and even two toothbrushes.

Really picky notice 😜: There was only one big pillow for the two of us. Everything else was great!

Excellent location in Oviedo

We booked 2 rooms for a 2-night stay in Oviedo, and were very satisfied with our choice. It's an old big apartment with 8 available rooms, and each of the rooms we booked (rooms 1 and 5) were clean and very comfortable with private and suitable bathrooms. There is also a private TV at each room as well as in the main living room which has very comfortable sofas, and there is a fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, a microwave and several cooking utensils available for the guests, as well as a cleaning room with a washing machine and a dryer. The location is unbeatable at Uria Street, just next to Campo de San Francisco and at a walking distance from all the interesting sites in Oviedo.

Would recommend as its comfortable, safe, good communication and very clean.

Safe, comfortable room and perfect for our needs in a one night stopover. Close to all facilities - shops, bus station, train station, old town, beautiful park. Instructions for entry from Carmen were excellent and worked great. Great kitchen and well equipped. Excellent sitting area, well equipped laundry.

Shower was fairly small but water had good pressure and heat.

Excellent location, good value and little gem.

The location was excellent. Enjoyed the privacy of the room, no cleaners coming in each day.. I was not disturbed by cleaners or other guests. It was quiet, able to sleep. Plenty of towels and toilet paper so very self sufficient. Room was clean. Enjoyed the balcony. Good value for money. Wifi good. The host was quick to respond. Self check in was very easy and code based which was great as I had a late flight into Oviedo so there was no pressure to get to the accomodation within a tight time frame. I really enjoyed the privacy of the room, a little gem.

Would prefer two pillows or more rather than the one long stick pillow.. A long mirror is required in the room, a necessity. The bathroom mirror was not sufficient to see yourself properly as it was installed too high up and there was no ability to see yourself in a full view. Some shampoo and conditioner would have been helpful. No air conditioner, room got hot being summer. Air conditioner should be added.

Surprise gem.

Not only a central location, close to the train and bus station (a little further) the rooms and facilities are spotless. The kitchen is fully equipped and little touches make this very welcoming as well as being value for money.

Everything!! Location was perfect, near train station and along the shopping street. Nearby there are good restaurants / tapas. Clear instructions for check in. Comfy bed, cozy room. Shampoo and hair dryer. Towels. There is kitchen and washing machines available. Perfect stay, couldnt ask for more!
