Unkompliziert und eine tolle Aussicht

Die late check-out Option bei Verfügbarkeit. Der unkomplizierter check-in nach meiner last second Buchung am späten Abend. Die grosse Terrasse und mega Aussicht, auch durch die vielen Fenster. Gemütliches Sofa. Ausgestattete Küche.

Horrible experience. Would never recommend.

The view is nice

The apartment was dirty. There were dirty down duvets in the closet with hair and stains from the previous guests on it. The bathroom had hair from previous guests in the soap tray, in the glasses, and in the corners of the sink and on the floor. There were spider webs on the ceilings and dust on all the furniture except the table and the kitchen. The mattresses and cushions were hard as rocks No soundproofing whatsoever. On the second night, neighbours arrived at the apartment next to us. They were yelling, and it was as if they were standing in our apartment. The administrator had nothing else to say other than that the cleaning lady was having personal issues. Customers should not suffer under these kind of circumstances. Nothing was offered to make up for the horrible experience. A great disappointment and absolutely no value for the money spent.

Éventuellement une machine à café avec quelques capsules, c’est pas ça qui coûte très cher et ça serait un petit plus

Äußerst sparsame Ausstattung der Wohnung, Bettzeug selbst für den Sommer eher unzureichend, dünn, keine zusätzlichen Decken, kein Duschvorhang über der Badewanne, Küchenausstattung sehr unzureichend, keine Eierbecher z. B. Keine Kaffeemaschiene, keine kleinen Löffel, keine Gardinen, e i n Kochtopf, kaputte Rollos. Ortsbeschreibung unzureichend, wäre ganz leicht : Poststation und Raiffeisenbank im gleichen Hauptgebäude !

We had a good stay in Cademario!

The location was the absolut best! Overlooking of the mountain’s and Lugano - really impressive and spectacular! Also the cute town itself and the area is good for hiking and exploring! The apartment is very open, big and spacious,the matraces and beds are very good, also with balcony! Its peaceful and quiet there,we had a good sleep :) Kitchen is alright, everything you need! Im an easy going person, so would recommend it to the ones who are too!

The smell of the apartment! It would need a refurbishment.

Overall I was satisfied with my family to stay there.

The location was awesome and it was perfect for 5 or 6 member in a family.

I didn't like the process of single mattress into a double bed.It was uncomfortable for sleeping.

Everything was excellent. The View on the lake and the mountains is fantastic. Nice restaurants and a small shop in walking distance. I will return for sure.

Good but didn’t sleep because of huge spiders

The property is actually really nice and everything looks new, the owner is available and the check-in went really smoothly.

Unfortunately we didn’t sleep at all because of all the spiders, we passed the whole night trying to get rid of them and it was a shame as the view of the apartment is great and it would have been a great stay if only the place could have been a bit cleaner.

The location and the apartments itself

That we were not given the information to enter the booked and paid property in time. We had to wait for 30 minutes, then cancel the booking, go almost to the bottom of that mountain. And only after that the host sent us the codes. Very disappointed about this case.

Superb

Rudimentary but with nothing missing. View is awesome, restaurant (500m up on the road) was good, parking very comfortable, everything was as advertised.
