Great sea-view room in a good location. Staff very accomodating.
Quite pricy compared to our other stays on this trip however it was Cancale on a Friday night in June and I guess this commands a premium.

Nice stay. Friendly people. Nice restaurant with sea food!
Booking by booking.com: i am pretty sure I booked a room with sea view. But I got a room without sea view. Very desappointed. The problem comes from Booking.com, not the hotellier.

Very nice traditional hotel in perfect location near the beach. The kindness of the staff is exceptional. The scope of the breakfast is very extensive and of good quality. I highly recommend the restaurant of the hotel for lunch and diner.
Not an problem for me, but the stairs to the rooms may be a problem for older or handicapped people. There is no lift.

We enjoyed a very warm welcome back to this, a great favourite, perfectly located overlooking the sea. Large windows, which open wide for lovely views and a big side of Ozone, our sea view room was a great size with a very comfy bed.
The food here is delicious - try the lobster ravioli and the Grand Marnier soufflé- outstanding! There’s no problem parking in the car park opposite as long as you don’t arrive at lunchtime in high season.
A wonderful experience again - thank you.

location, room with sea view and excellent restaurant

What a superb experience! We loved our sea view room with its large picture window, beautifully framing the lovely harbour. Freshly decorated and spotlessly clean with an exceptionally comfy bed, the room exceeded our expectations and it would be my first choice for a repeat visit. We ate the most delicious soupe de poisson and moules marinières in the elegant restaurant and enjoyed a very tasty breakfast including eggs and crêpes. Staff were wonderful - friendly, helpful, really welcoming. The location could not be more perfect. Car parking is fine with a public facility across the road. We paid 12 euros for 19 hours and could see the car from our room. Can’t wait to go back and maybe next time tackle the giant seafood platter.

The room was nice and clean and had a beautiful view. That one english speaking lady was very nice and helpful too. Unfortunately, the impression of overall very poor communication could not be offset by a good room and a nice view. I wouldn't stay there again.
The impression of the property was completely destroyed by the rude staff (a man who I tried to speak to on the phone). He didn't speak any english and instead of trying to find someone who did he just hang up the phone the first time I called! So rude! On my second or third call he finally had an idea to find someone who spoke some english. That lady was very nice, helpful and friendly, but unfortunately the impression was spoiled already. Before the call I also sent few messages to the property regarding late arrival time, but no one answered! Also, in the evening my partner asked another member of the staff whether there were any ventilators available as it was too hot in the room. He was told that someone will come to our room later, but noone came.
