A little smaller then the pictures show, however, nice place. Kitchen amenities could use to be updated but all in all but delightful stay.

We loved this place. It was great to have separation between the bedroom and the dining room. We were able to hang out in the morning and let our daughter sleep in. The location was great - just a few minutes and you’re at the beach. There’s great running paths too. Safe and a perfect fit for a family of three. We also enjoyed hanging out on the back deck.

We really enjoyed the layout of the place, especially being able to wake up early, close the French doors to the bedroom so our daughter could sleep in, and hang out in the kitchen area. Great access and just a few minute walk to the beach or the coastal path for runs. Really cute place in a safe area.

We were very worried about our stay given the poor reviews regarding noise but we experienced none of that. The location of this gem is perfect and met all of our needs. The only change I would request is a better set of pots and pans as the ones in the unit are old with flaking teflon. That can’t be good to cook in.
A broom to sweep sand off the floor would also be helpful.
Communications and overall attention to make sure our stay was comfortable was very much appreciated. It was truly a joy to stay in and the location for us was perfect!
We will definitely return.

We were in town for a wedding and had our 4 year old daughter with us. This spot was the perfect alternative to a hotel room where we would all be in bed at the same time. Here, we had the affordability of a hotel but with the extra kitchenette space so that parents could stay up later + the extra daybed so that we all had our own space to sleep. This fit our needs to a tee.

We’ve stayed at this property several times and the location is just perfect. Walkable to the beach, restaurants and a local market. We like this unit in particular because the shared deck and bbqs are just outside the front door and the space feels very open. Having the attached kitchen is also a huge bonus. The room is clean and attractive. Be sure to keep in mind It’s a historic building, not the Hilton-so plan your expectations accordingly-there’s no a/c (and you don’t typically need it) and it’s quirky but it has everything you need. There’s a coffee maker, stove, toaster oven, mini fridge, dishes, pans etc. And it’s wonderful to have off street parking!

The location was amazing and the place was cute, but we were kept up late and woken up early by the neighbors yelling, stomping and banging around. This is definitely more of a party pad and less of a relaxing place to stay. The drain stopper in the bathroom was broken so we had to continuously lift it up in order to drain the sink. This was quite annoying and also gross.

Property is in a great location — quiet neighborhood except for trains a few times a day. I like trains so I didn’t mind. As mentioned in the listing, walls are thin but our neighbors were pretty considerate. About 1.5 blocks to the beach but an easy walk. The unit doesn’t provide any beach towels or chairs so we borrowed from friends here, but you can also rent items or purchase at the local drugstore if you’re going to spend a lot of time on the beach. Kitchen is small but functional with a mini-fridge and small coffee maker. Price reflects the location of this unit.

The place is very cute and convenient, but we were kept up throughout our house stay by sounds from neighbors. One of the nights was unlucky, due to a loud party, but the other night seemed like a normal conversation — just incredibly paper thin construction

Excellent place to stay. Near all the local attractions. Beautiful yard

Great location! Small with unique qualities for being an old structure. Some cobwebs and a must odor probably due to age. Love the outdoor space on patio!
