About this cottage rental
Newly renovated beach cottage. Bring the kids and the pup for a fun-filled yet relaxing vacation on the quiet south end of Isle of Palms. Bella Trenta is just a short walk to the Ocean. After a fun-fulled day at the beach, enjoy cooking in the the fully stocked kitchen or head to the business district for an evening out. Sullivan’s Island and all that is has to offer is also close by. Pet Friendly.
Don’t forget to check out the amazing sunsets at The Boat House restaurant roof top deck 1 block away…A favorite in the LowCountry.
Isle of Palms is a beautiful barrier island near Charleston that has a relaxing air of a beach town but only 20 mins from downtown. Being on the southside of island it’s a short bike ride or golf cart ride to downtown IOP or Sullivans Island. Plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from on both islands. Besides gorgeous, wide beaches, IOP has a marina for renting kayaks or boats. There is also a Rec Center on the island that includes a playground, tennis courts, sports fields, basketball courts and a dog park.

4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals
* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Well-decorated older beach cottage with a large yard for children. There is a smaller fenced area for your dog. Heavily shaded with a small front porch which needs re-screening. Has just 1.5 baths which was fine for the 2 of us. Our king bed was very comfortable. Linen, including bath towels were quite nice. If you have severe allergies to mold, you may need a rental with newer windows. These need to be replaced. Clean ceiling fans! When do you ever see that? Dining for 6 with extra chairs to add two more. Amazing kitchen counter prep space. We were comfortable and were comfortable when 3 family members came over for a meal.

Great location. House is beginning to show signs of wear. Front porch screens in disrepair so not inviting to sit there. Yard never dried and 3/4 was under water and not useable with our dog.

This cottage is in a great location on the quiet side of the island which is very convenient to walk to the beach. The house is super cute and clean . I stayed here with my boyfriend and used the extra room for my parents to stay in. The 3 bedrooms are close together but nice. We used the middle room for our luggage so there was enough privacy /space between the other two rooms. The front porch is really nice and the house has a great layout. I would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved the location of this house. Although it is a couple of blocks from the ocean, it’s in a very quiet part of the island. I enjoyed running over the bridge to Sullivan’s Island, such beautiful scenery. The house is just as described, very tastefully remodeled, and very clean. You will need to bring everything you need to cook or brew coffee. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots/pans/dishes/utensils, but not coffee filters, cooking spray, etc. we also LOVED the fenced in part of the yard, so convenient when traveling with our dog. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend!

Loved everything about this home and will definitely return! You are tucked into a beautiful part of the island with great access to the beach, Sullivans island, or getting downtown. Previously we’ve stayed in Wild Dunes and while it’s gorgeous, it takes a bit to get back in there. As people who like to be able to go out and about this location was way more convenient. The house has been beautifully renovated and we loved being able to watch our favorite teams first football game of the season on their huge tv. Also, kudos for a comfy bed, stunning neighborhood, and friendly neighbors. The only “even better if” would be if there was some way to improve the water pressure in the shower. Not sure that’s doable, but I’ll continue to return regardless.

We loved your sweet cottage! It was clean upon arrival, had a well equipped kitchen and was delightfully quiet with great beach accessibility. Our only 2 complaints: there was an extremely strong mildew smell from under the main bathroom sink and the king bed was really noisy squeaky and not terribly comfortable. We were sorry we had to loose a day, leaving due to Hurricane Ian for safety reasons. We hope you are all safe and that the area sustained minimal damage.

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying in this cute cottage. Everything was clean and well maintained. Starter supplies were provided, so we didn’t need to purchase anything except for a few food items. We would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking entire meals. We were most impressed with the cleanliness and well appointed rooms. The home is set back on a double lot, which creates a secluded feel. A short 5-6 min walk to the beach access in 2 different directions. A shout out to Jeremy at IOP Escapes who went above and beyond in fulfilling a very unique request. We had a short but fulfilling vacation in this property.

Great escape
Loved our stay at Isle of Palms. The house was perfect for my wife, 22 month old and 17 year old niece. Located in a perfect part of the beach. If being away from the crowded downtown this is for you. My 22 month old son absolutely loved running up and down the beach without the parental worry of running under others setups. My 17 year old niece loved the convenient walk to the beach for all her photo opportunities. My wife appreciated the ease of getting downtown and restaurants on the island. I personally enjoyed the spacious kitchen and grills. Screened in porch was great as well. This is the perfect getaway and was a much needed breather for my family. No stress or worries cause this place has it all.

Beach Cottage Review
We stayed at the property for a family vacation. Myself, my husband and 3 kids. The location of the property was perfect. We were able to walk to and from the beach. The only complaint we had was the tremendous amount of mosquitos. I completely understand this isn't a property owner's issue, just a SC beach issue. I contacted the property management office and they came right out. They came out and fogged the outside of the property and also left a few cans of fogger incase we were to need to use it ourselves. We vey much enjoyed our stay. The house was the cutest little beach cottage!

Great family vacation home—5 stars
Absolutely a five star vacation home! Great location. Quiet. Easy access to beach. But what impressed us the most was the quality and quantity of amenities and attention to detail down to the silverware and fully equipped kitchen. Nothing lacking. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms are modern and updated. House is wonderfully decorated but not cluttered. IOP Escape Property managers were terrific! Prompt response and very helpful information when needed. Our family will be back!

Cute Cottage Near Beach
Very convenient location, only a few blocks from public beach access. Good value for the price, especially relative to other options this close to the beach. House is nice, but we saw some bugs/flies in the interior. Bathroom doors are slatted, so don't book the house if you aren't comfortable with those you're travelling with. The fenced in side yard is great for those travelling with a dog.
