Unit 1 is located at the front of the complex, showcasing the beautiful views from all levels.
This brand new, stylish and beautifully furnished Fingal Bay holiday unit has a spacious open plan living area with a split system air conditioner, stunning water views, wall mounted TV and limited Wi-Fi (10GB per booking).
A fully equipped kitchen with an additional kitchenette downstairs both with convectional microwave cooking facilities, dishwasher, induction cooktop and family size fridge/ freezer. Two bedrooms downstairs both with ensuites fitted with showers, toilets and vanities and the bonus of a complete linen package and bed making. Upstairs features a stunning 2 way bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles and free standing bath, shower, toilet and double vanity along with one bedroom including a ceiling fan and access to the main bathroom.
The laundry is complete with front loader washing machine and dryer located in the garage.
Both upstairs and downstairs living area opens out to a large balcony with outdoor dining, a great place for alfresco dining while enjoying the ocean views across Fingal Bay. Carinya is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and shops, a little further down to Fingal Bay Surf Club, Longboat Café and Fingal Bay Bowling Club.

Lovely property in a great location but expensive.

House is new and very clean throughout. Well setup and nice with the large flat screen tv's.
Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable though which spoilt our stay. Also, both hotplates in kitchens (downstairs kitchenette and upstairs kitchen) didn't work which was annoying as we had purchased food to cook as it was raining (we wanted to stay inside and have some home cooked meals).
Due to the fact that my whole family couldn't sleep well on these beds (and thin pillows) we left 1 day early. We paid for 4 nights, stayed 3 nights
