Welcome to our private first floor apartment, located just a 5 minute walk from all the excitement of downtown Kalamazoo. This modern and renovated classic office building offers a unique and private space for you to enjoy during your stay.
As you enter, you'll find a secured parking area with a convenient garage door-protected entry, making it easy to park your car and enter the unit just steps away. No need to worry about lugging your luggage or groceries up flights of stairs. And with local nightlife, shopping, and restaurants just blocks away, you'll have plenty of options to explore during your stay.
Our property is also conveniently located near Bronson Hospital, Kalamazoo outdoor mall, and several local breweries. The apartment includes a laundry room, full kitchen, pull-out couch, office space, wifi, and a 65" smart TV for your entertainment.
You'll have full access to the entire apartment, including gated parking and a secured building. Our downtown location is close to all the entertainment, restaurants, and shopping you could want, as well as major employers like Bronson Hospital, Pfizer, and KVCC's downtown campus.
Public transportation is available, or you can easily call for a Lyft or Uber. And if you prefer to explore on foot, most attractions are within walking distance. Entrance to the VRBO was easy to access. Interior had that WOW factor. Very clean throughout. The Bed was

home, my wife was willing to trade ours for theirs! So many extras to appreciate, Heated Bathroom floor, high

Very much enjoyed this rental! Very clean and stylish! Loved the area and closeness to many places in walking or driving. The outside is decieving to what is inside. But we felt safe in area and enjoyed ourselves.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here while visiting family in Kalamazoo. The apartment served as a home away from home. The fully equiped kitchen allowed us to host a family dinner, as if we lived locally. Very walkable, right next to the Kalamazoo Mall. Thanks for making family time so easy and comfortable!

This apartment is a diamond in the heart of Kalamazoo! It is located within walking distance from restaurants, bars, common event sites- both seasonal and year round, including the State Theatre, and unique shops, including the renowned Michigan News Agency. It is beautifully decorated and includes every amenity you could need. It is secure and includes private, off street parking. We can not say enough about this gem. We travel to Kalamazoo often and hope to make this space our home away from home! Kudos to the property managers and we look forward to our next visit!

Excellent stay! The place was clean and comfortable. It's close by to the Kalamazoo Mall and plenty of restaurants, activities, and amenities. Relatively quiet considering you're in the heart of the city. Parking is secure and off of the street. We have no complaints and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The outside will fool you, the inside very artsy and cool. Lovely…
My only advice, Don’t Smoke anywhere near the unit. I put my friend up from Australia and didn’t go over the rules. His smoking by the door got him evacuated immediately, no refund, basically paid for three nights and got to enjoy for 12 hours.. Obey the terms! These hosts don’t mess around.

Nicely renovated apartment near the downtown. The thermostat was very finicky and kept resetting to 62°. Other than that no complaints.

This is a new remodel perfect for two people or a small family. Walking distance to everything downtown has to offer with secure parking! We will be back.

This was my second stay at this property! Love the updates inside. From the outside, you would not realize how nice it is done on the inside! Everything was very clean! The only complaint we had, was there was only a half roll of toilet paper and no extra which we didn’t know until getting back late at night. Contacted the manager but it was pretty late at night so I didn’t expect to hear back until morning. Which is what happened. He offered to bring some, but we were already checked out!

We had an excellent stay here - the place was very clean, easy to access, and centrally located in walking distance to everything we needed. Communication was super fast and friendly, and Matt was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!
