1-Bilgiler tamamen YALAN!!! Teraslı, nehir manzaralı diye kiraladığım king suit odanın hiçbir manzarası yoktu ve terasa açılmıyordu! 2-Sanki tüm ev sana aitmiş gibi fotoğraflar gösteriliyor ancak sadece küçücük bir odaya sahip olacaksınız! 3-Mesajlarınızı okuyup size cevap bile vermiyorlar. Umurlarında değilsiniz! 4- en ufak bir nehirdeki dalgada sanki 7 şiddettinde depremle uyanıyorsunuz 5- komşular 2 gün boyunca sabaha kadar müzik son ses gürültü yaptılar

Замечательное место для отдыха! Всё чистое, комфортное и уютное! Джакузи-выше всяких похвал) Мы некоторое время потратили, чтобы разобраться с нагревом воды и в итоге выяснили, что через включение фильтрации начинается нагрев и можно оставаться в ванной, а она будет нагреваться. потрясающий вид на закат и рассвет, в реке плавают уточки и гуси. Очень удобная кровать.

В целом, все очень понравилось, но в нашем номере не было столовых приборов. Было два стакана, чайник и небольшая тарелка. Ложек не хватало-мы купили йогурт на завтрак, пришлось выкручиваться😅

Unforgettable vacation experience with its view, comfort and hospitality of its owners

My family and I recently spent a four-day vacation in Belgrade. We spent part of our vacation at the Swan, a rental house located on the Sava River. The house is a bit far from the city center, but it is in a very convenient location for transportation. The house is decorated in a modern and stylish way and is equipped to meet any need. The best part of the house is undoubtedly the balcony with a river view. Watching the sunrise and the silhouette of Belgrade from the balcony is a magical experience. The owner of the house was helpful in every way from our entry to our exit from the house. If there was anything missing in the house, he provided it immediately. This also made our vacation even more enjoyable.

As an improvement for the house, I would say that an agreement can be made with the restaurant next door and a discount can be provided from this restaurant for the guests staying at the house :)

Perfect getaway. Our stay was during winter and it still was amazing. Definitely planning to come back during summer.

The location was great, quiet and intimate with a spacious room, a comfortable bed and a hot tub perfect for two. The room has an exit to your own private dock. Free parking was easy to find, just a 3 minutes walk from the location. The staff was friendly and the self check in instructions were very easy to follow.

Everything was great. I don’t get why people complain about the lack of the bathroom door. It’s obvious that the room was designed for a couple, so there was no issue for us. A small suggestion, it would be great if a coffee machine could be purchased in order to be able to enjoy your morning coffee on the dock 😊

Nice view and clean room, but no door in the bathroom..

The view at the terrace was nice, and the room was clean and has nice interior.

There's no door in the bath"room", so you cannot expect your privacy while you're doing your own business sitting on the toilet... And there was very loud music coming out of the speaker at the terrace in the morning, which was connected to somebody's bluetooth atm, which was not from us. And the whirlpool spit out only very little water..

Beautiful place at the water front

Beautiful location, spacious room, sundeck on the water, air-conditioning. Private but still with access to public places if you wish so. Excellent communication with the owner.

I'm personally prefer walled, closed toilet. I would more specific address description. Quite tricky to get first time right with the taxi.

This place 💙💙💙💙 I’m in love with this place!! It was a perfect accommodation, I’m glad that I booked this property:) very clean, easy to make check in( we got our password for the access) good host:) even I didn’t see him, he was a helpful person with a good speaking English, lovely decoration, very comfortable bed, perfect ambiance of the room. Amazing view in the balcony you are in the lake, I was very happy to stay there.. we love the ducks ands swans in the lake.. good choice for us to be there..

It was snot in the city center of Belgrade, but not difficult to go.. we manage to use public transport and taxi… not a problem at all ..

The view was incredible. The room was very clean. The streets were silent and there was a park nearby. we had a chance to experience the locals. The housekeeper always answered my questions and was fast. He checked on us if we are happy or not. Thanks.

There was only one chair to sit on except the bed. I didn't realize that there was no door for the bathroom. Also, the jacuzzi was not hot enough for us, unfortunately.

a different experience with a lot of positives

Swan is a different experience, little far from old town but it is in an amazing environment, situated on the river. All around is nature and wonderful views. Plus, you have many restaurants and bars in walk distance (again on the river). You can reach the center via bus or tram. You have to walk around 10-15 minutes to the stops. If it does not rain, the terrace is great.

Especially during the weekends, it is noisy from the near bars. The living room does not have curtains. This should be solved. The house is on the river, so it shakes when the boats pass by or when there is big waves on the river. The kitchen should have more cooking stuff. Currently it is more focused on party and drinks. This will make life easier for other people who would like to cook and eat at the amazing terrace.

Everything was fine and great hospitality.

Everything is existed and all pictures are represents the room exactly. Everything was fine with a helpful hospitality. Beautiful paysage of the Sava River. You can wake up with the sound of a ship who carries coal. Parking lot is public and it exists between the local neighborhoods. When you park your car you need to walk 5-10 minutes on asphalt. If you need to go to the bus station, first stop is around 10 minutes to walk.

There is no coverage in toilet and shower and only one hole is working in bathtub. It was sufficient but it should be fixed.

Exceptional

On first place, it's the location!!! Next to the house is full with bars and restaurants. Water taxi station to Ada next to us, also. The interior is really fancy and the bed and pillows are soooo comfortable.

Probably the host can leave some instructions for the jacuzzi, because we didn't manage to heat the water enough. Also, some roulette or curtain on the glass wall would be nice to have.

Chill spot minutes away from downtown

Apartment is located in the beautiful spot on the river Sava in Belgrade. Has a stunning views from the terrace which is equipped with chairs and sunbeds. Gives you a feeling of being away from the city but you are actually only a couple minutes away from a downtown. Place is very spacious, furnished with style and has literally everything you need. Will definitely come back.
