Comfortable stay in a new apartment

It was really spacious and big, comfortable beds. Also on the roof there is a nice pool. Kitchen is well equipped and the private where is located is safe and quiet.

During our stay the elevator was not working which made our time a bit inconvenient when we were packing up and down, however it was not the property’s fault

Great for a short stay, but not for long term. No windows in the living room.

Pros: Quiet, gated neighborhood, felt safe, quiet at night, enjoyable sleep, good location, charming neighborhood, comfortable bed, nice apartment. We didn't use the kitchen, so I can't comment on how well it's equipped. The pool is nice. Wifi speed was great. The apt was very clean and spacious. Enough room for 2 people. AC worked great.

Cons: The biggest con is that the living room doesn't have any windows. The window view from the bedroom (apt 401) is very pretty, blue sky and green trees. Elevator is not working, so we had to carry the suitcases to the 4th floor, no water jug at the apartment and was not provided when requested, the hot water in the shower takes forever to get warm. Staff is not on top of their work. We had to message to ask for the check-in instructions. Minor issues. All in all, recommended for a short stay but not for long term.

Limpio y personal atento

Es un lugar nuevo y limpio, todo es moderno, la atención de la encargada fue muy buena siempre al pendiente de nosotros. Y nos proporcionaron utensilios que requerimos.

Lo único es en la regadera salpica un poco el agua, pero supongo es por el concepto moderno del medio cancel. De ahí en fuera todo en orden.

Wonderful value, great location

It was so modern, new and stylish, the pool was fab.

Bed settee not quite put together right but was able to manage, probably first to use it as everything was so new. Manager was advised as said would look before next guests.

Great Apartment for a 5 persons family.

Location, feels safe, large apartment, parking.Pool is great.

Kitchen can be equipped with more tools like cooking pots, pool area- has not enough beds and the 2 that exist not comfortable.

Amazing Location & View …. 5min walk to the beach

The property was amazing!!!!! The rooftop pool & view is one to see for yourself…. Check in was a breeze & it’s a gated area… 100% safe

very disappointing property, staying there was waist of money

The pictures showed apartment with windows to the street, we got apartment with windows to the wall and other apartments' windows. We have stayed in February, building was still under construction, no elevator, no railings. Rooftop had just 4 bean bags and not fully working. Other residents where smoking next to our doors. Apartment was dirty when we checked-in. Couple days there was no water at all, once for more than 12 hours, next time for 4 hours. There were ants in the bathroom and not properly working wifi. No iron, hairdryers in the room, you need to go and ask them.

Great Location and Lovely Apartment

The area is perfect: supermarket nearby, beach and restaurants nearby. The area is very safe. The room is very nice: comfortable bed, spacious living room, and beautiful view.

The pool lacked shade (umbrellas or awnings). The hot water took a long time to come out. The fitness room doesn't have machines.

Ok for party people who do not care much about noise and cleanliness.

The area is safe (in a closed urbanizacion) and theoretically quiet. Unfortunately there is construction work going on in the house in front of TOH HOUSE which was pretty noisy sometimes. And on the weekend you also hear the sound from the party locations if you leave the windows open. The manager is very nice and tries to fix things as quick as possible.

The noise mentioned above was quite annoying. The hotel itself is also partly under construction (attention if you travel with kids: at the stairways from 1st to ground floor the stair railing is missing, you can fall 3-4m). For the comparably high price there is no cleaning service included. The cleaning lady put a broom in my hand and told me to clean it myself. We've been waiting for 2 days for clean pool towels (the 2 who have been at the pool area have been very obviously used and just rolled back together - they have been dirty and smelly). It was in generally not very clean.

Nothing it was horrible.

No water No reception No good communication Bed sheet stained and full with hair When the water came at 1 am the shower head was spraying in all directions. Construction started at 7 am and the windows have no sound isolation at all!

The flat is very well equipped, big and comfortable, the swimming pool on the terrace is good.

It's under renovation, so expect a lot of noise and dust in the hallways, and the elevator hasn't been installed yet.

The kitchen was missing some appliances for example no bottle opener or bowls. For a full kitchen, there was a limited supply of dishes.

there is a serious problem with the lock of the main door.. had to call a locksmith to get me into the property.. I was locked out of the property overnight and the managers on site returned the payments for the night.. please fix the issue with the door

it was very frustrating to stay at this place. payed 800€ a week to stay on a place that was full of cockroaches and stained bed sheets. instead canceling and going to another place we accepted changing the apartment. 1. bed sheets stained again. 2. not enough kitchen tools 3. no water pressure in the bathroom sink and toilet. 4. no washing machines, no way of hanging wet clothes or even towels 5. the towels werent changed not even once, one week with the same linen and towels wet and moldy 6. one ac control for both units, you control one and the other one goes the same way. 7. the top ceramic cook sometimes wouldnt turn on. isnt even attached to the kitchen counter. 8. same with the oven not attached to the kitchen furniture overall a very disappointing place to stay, way overpriced for the quality.

The complex is still on construction, you have a hole in the middle of the building where the lift will be, you can see the dust when going to your apartment and the price of the apartment is not the same as advertised on booking. For the same price I could have rented a hotel but I couldn’t cancel my booking. Not a nice honeymoon stay

Excellent place to stay

Rooms are furnished to a very high standard, with brand new and top branded kitchen appliances and utensils. Furniture is of good taste. Powerful air con and shower. Rooms are very spacious. The apartment building is inside a gated residential area, very quiet and feels secure. Excellent Aki and Soriana supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Onsite staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. The building is in the final stage of completion without a lift yet, but as a aparthotel it is functional.
