NOTE:
GREAT NEWS!! The north & south tower pool / spa are open as well as direct beach access!
This luxury oceanfront condo is one of the nicest condos along Daytona's coastline.
As you walk in to the condo you will feel right at home with the detail oriented design & furnishings.
The kitchen is straight ahead & boasts all new stainless steel appliances with every kitchen amenity you could think of inside the cabinets.
Bedroom #2 is right to your right as you walk in boasting a queen bed, smart tv, and private bathroom.
As you move towards the living room bedroom #3 is on your right hand side in the middle which has a full bed situated next to a twin overlooking a smart tv. Perfect room for the kids.
The living room opens up to an expansive dining/living room with a beautiful sectional couch that looks directly at an 70" smart tv as well as the beautiful direct oceanfront balcony with a slider right in the living room for easy balcony access.
To the left of the living is the deluxe master bedroom featuring a king bed, smart tv, and private balcony access. The master bedroom leads to a huge master bedroom that has a walk in shower, garden tub, his/her sinks, plenty of cabinet space, and a large walk in closet.
AMENITIES:
This beautiful condominium has a connected sister building and because of that you have access to two of everything! Two fitness centers, Two pools, Two hot tubs, Two billiards tables, and two wonderful community rooms where you can sit with your friends and family and play cards or enjoy a nice conversation while viewing the ocean through the large glass windows!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Minimum age: 25
1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.

EARLY CHECK IN: Is not available (If the unit is ready earlier our check in agent will let you know)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals at a residential building.

PARKING:
We get one reserved spot in the garage and a second parking pass for the top deck. This top deck spot is first come first serve.
KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.
CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am
HOUSE RULES:
1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)
2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.
3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.
4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.
5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.
6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.
8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).
9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)
10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.
11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.
12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.
13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)
14. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one spot on the outdoor top deck. (top deck parking is limited)
15. Checkout is 10am.
16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.

This condominium was very nice and was a perfect fit for our family. The direct beach location and close proximity to many restaurants helped make our vacation a great time for all. It was great that the building had all of the amenities operating once again.

This condo is very impressive. It's large and bright, with plenty of sunshine coming in from all the windows. The view of the Atlantic Ocean is phenomenal. Though the balcony isn't wide, there's room for four to hang out comfortably. A small dining table and chairs would make it much better.
The front entrance to the condo offers a gorgeous view of the Halifax River across S Atlantic Ave.
The bedrooms need more night tables. In both of the bedrooms we used, we had to use the dining room chairs as makeshift night tables.
I highly recommend this condo for a wonderful stay in Daytona Beach. We hope to be back again next year. (Porto Fino is a great Italian restaurant about one mile up the road.)

This condo is beautiful! When you walk in the view of the ocean are breathtaking. It is spacious and has pretty much everything you need. The residents in this complex are so friendly and make everyone feel welcome. The property manager was very responsive to our needs. On our stay we had a tv not working and he was quick to replace the tv. Our only complaints were parking. We knew from the description of property that there was one reserved parking space in the basement parking and one spot on top was first come first serve. Which we thought meant, there was a spot just not a designated spot. There are definitely not enough spaces to accommodate a second vehicle if you go during a peak time. The other issue was the elevators. When we arrived one elevator was down, which was ok just made for a little wait but as we were departing the second elevator went out and we had to haul our things down 7 flights of stairs, which again was fine, but if you have a disability could be challenging. Overall, we really enjoyed the condo and enjoyed seeing the sunrise each morning from the balcony and the sunset from the front balcony. The construction crew worked hard every day to get the sea wall repaired and the pool repaired.

Our vacation was interrupted by hurricane Nicole. After the first week we had to evacuate. The condo is beautiful and directly on the ocean. We were refunded from the day of evacuation with no problems. Host (Lucas) was wonderful to deal with.

This beautiful end unit, 3 bedroom condo on the 7th floor of the north tower really is stunning! Immaculate with beautiful decor! Our two week stay was super comfortable. Amazing views of the ocean. Pool time, beach time and visits with family was very relaxing. Wonderful ramp out to the beach through the building garage - was especially helpful - some of the condominiums and hotels in Daytona Beach Shores area do not have ramps, only stairs - so this made going to the beach so much easier! A super clean and meticulous unit is what we always hope for and this unit did not disappoint. Great, easy communication with host and check in/out process. We are looking forward to staying here again!

My family and I really had the best time! This property has every amenity you could possibly want and the secured property makes you feel safe. This condo is absolutely perfect with all the latest appliances as well as comfortable beds/pillows, large flat screen tv's and a kitchen with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal so you really get spoiled! Another amazing feature we loved was the rocking chairs on the balcony which were super comfortable. We will most definitely be staying here again!
