Lovel room with separate entrance. Comfy and stylish with thoughtful owners. Would highly recommend.

Room really clean and well decorated, had our own entrance, lovely bathroom, and room had a fridge too and little eating area and tv area too. Not too far to walk into the centre from accommodation. Owners made sure we were settled in and really responsive to a question I had about parking. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much for a lovely stay :)

Amazing.

The ambience and care that has gone into the decor is to be admired. They got it spot on. Making the stay a wonderful experience. Cerrain hosts in Barmouth could learn a valuable lesson in integrity and honest hosting.

There was nothing to dislike. Amazing place.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, perfect for people working away from home. Cosy homely feel.

Really happy with this find. Having stayed in the Shrewsbury area a lot the last couple of years I am also sad I didn't find this sooner. Good location and cosy facility with complimentary coffee and snacks. Will stay again.

Potential to make your own food. Not that I wanted to during my stay, a small cooking facility would make it usable for prolonged stays.

We had a wonderful celebratory (birthday) break. Would definitely stay here again.

It was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully provided resources we hadn’t expected. The location was perfect for exploring. The owner was very helpful .

Excellent place to stay

This is a warm, cosy, comfortable and well appointed suite. It's tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. It's a very good location, just a 10 minute walk into Shrewsbury.

This is more a niggle than a dislike. Hooks to hang clorhes and a shelf for toiletries in the en-suite would be desirable.

A super choice for my short-term stay

Being less than 10 mins from the town centre, this was great to go sightseeing. The room was beautifully furnished with everything that a traveller on a short term stay would need. Mine host, David, was welcoming and helpful and the price I paid was an absolute bargain. One review I read mentioned that you could hear other guests in the upstairs room walking about - this is true but I did not think this was a major problem, I just turned the tv volume up! Would not hesitate to book this accommodation again if I return to Shrewsbury!

Cherry Tree Guest Suites: Shrewsbury

Met the hosts in passing, who were friendly and helpful. Close to main house and above 2nd suite ( but stay was very quiet) and our suite felt private and intimate. It was comfy and cosy (weather was sub-zero): able to alter temperature and extra blankets were available. Some crockery, glasses and cutlery were supplied and an info pack was appreciated. Nice to have free tea and coffee. Great location. Within walking distance of different parts of the town.

Enjoyable, warm and cosy stay close to town.

Location was fine. Car parking was a good thing. The room was cosy and warm and good wifi, tv etc Easy to get taxi for evenings out.

Need some hooks on bathroom door as nowhere to put robes, hang towels etc A little toaster would be a nice addition to the kettle and coffee machine and a few more coffee pods needed as two black coffees over two days isn’t much. Hadn’t expected a fridge so that was a nice surprise. Despite the description saying it was sound proofed, we had what sounded like big people above us walking around at all hours so the noise woke us up regularly unfortunately. No road noise. I thought we would be on a higher floor. Had that been the case we wouldn’t have had the footsteps over our heads.

We only stayed one night but found the accommodation to be very pleasant, clean and comfortable.

Accommodation is really nicely presented, very clean and comfortable. Pleasant 10 minute walk brings you into town and plenty of taxis back in the evening.

Perfect stay - cannot be faulted!

The property was exceptionally clean, great free parking, walking distance to the centre and provided lovely toiletries! It was an added bonus to discover the Tv had things like Disney plus and amazon music! Owners of property couldn’t have done enough for us, even sent a message to check everything was okay on check in and to enjoy our evening. We will definitely be booking in again when back in Shrewsbury. Thankyou :)

Lovely room. Excellent facilities. Quiet location.

The mattress was on the softer side (we are used to a medium to firm). Limited on-street parking and could not get our car onto the drive past the owners’ vehicles after going out for dinner. In the room, there was a table laid for 2 people with cutlery, crockery, glasses, etc but no kitchen facilities beyond a kettle. Would be good if you planned to have a takeaway for dinner, but if meant for breakfast a (mini) fridge would have been useful.

Best place ever stayed

Everything, was the best place we have had the pleasure of staying in, very helpful and friendly was amazing. Had maps so we could find our way round. Definitely will be staying again. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Would like to thank them and wish them the best.

Unique studio apartment near centre of Shrewsbury

Lovely friendly people who were knowledgeable about the area. The studio decor and soft furnishings were uplifting, and stylish.we enjoyed sitting about the studio in these relaxing suroundings

Modern and attractive decor good roomy accommodation parking good shower

No windows to open at night the French doors were good but can’t open them during the night for security reasons but they did have a very good fan which we used.

Peaceful, comfortable and convenient stay

Aesthetically beautiful room. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Location was just right and the recommended pub and breakfast worked well. Easy walk into town and quiet at night. Shrewsbury is stunning.

I should have realised that the bathroom was downstairs. Not a problem, but a just bit awkward in the dark without waking each other.
