This was our first time ever renting a VRBO and definitely will not be our last. Everything was perfect! From the kindness of our host, the softness of the bed, the cleanliness and home feeling of the place. We were able to get away, enjoy time together and it was down right amazing! Highly recommend!

Had a great stay with our pup. Great location to explore downtown Cañon City. Owner was great to work with. Nice quiet spot, good neighborhood. Would recommend.

The property was clean and parking was easy. Plenty of room for two people. It does have a kitchen if you are staying and want to get your own food/drink.

This is a very nice, private unit with all of the amenities that you need. It was very hot out, July 2024, so the AC unit in the bedroom was greatly appreciated.
I would stay here again when visiting Cañon City.

We stayed here for two nights in June 2024, very much enjoyed our stay and the property. Our host was kind, the bed was comfy, and the location was great.

We stayed at Joanna's place during a two day visit with our grandson.
We were quite comfortable. It is not a large place, but has everything you need at hand.
Short List:
It was very clean
Bed was comfortable - more on the firm side
Kitchen was stocked with all our needs including coffee
Water pressure in shower/bathroom was great
Location was quite nice - within walking distance to the downtown area; was quiet and we felt very secure
Has a couple of outdoor areas to enjoy - backyard patio chairs
and porch swing
There is parking for your vehicle right out front
Joanna was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any and all inquiries. This is always a huge plus if you ask me.
We were pleased to have have stayed at her place and since our grandson lives in Canon City, may very well stay there again in the future.
Thank you Joanna for sharing your place with us.

The location is safe, quiet and also near to historic downtown (just about 3 blocks away). The place is clean and cute - just perfect for two people. Joanna is very responsive and very informative.

Great little place to stay for the night. So close to downtown, attractions, and festival. It was perfect for our one night stay. Well stocked with towels, kitchen items, and even bicycles for guests to ride.

We were excited to find a property that had a place for the dogs to go outside so we didn't have to leash them every time and we thought this place had that. However, when we let them outside we realized that not only was there multiple ways for them to get out of the yard (hole in the fence, giant opening under the building next door), but the yard was also just a full of mud. So, we had to do some good cleaning once letting them back in and did not let them out back again. We only took them out front on leashes in the rocks. Also, we both found the livingroom and bedroom a little uncomfortable. The couch is hard and doesn't face the TV, so the angle is weird and the bed was pretty hard for both of us. After a long day of hiking it would have been nice to have a comfortable place for both of us. There was some good as well. The owner left snacks for us, allowed us an extra dog as long as we didn't leave them alone, it was very close to everything downtown, and check in was a breeze. Also, communication was great. However, for the price, I do not think we will stay here again.

Nice place to stay with my pet for one night in Canon City. Close to the original downtown but convenient for the rest of the city as well. The bed was very comfortable. My only disappointment was that there was no coffee or tea provided, but I should have noted that in the listing. Definitely would stay again.

Our stay was very pleasant. The lodging was clean, neat, and comfortable. The location was convenient for walking to Main St. and the Royal Gorge RR. The neighborhood was litter free, and appeared to be safe. The historic Main St area was very interesting, clean and inviting. Business owners were very friendly!

I just returned from my trip. The place is exactly as listed and centrally located to a lot of what you would want to see in Canon City especially close to Main Street. Check in was simple and contact with the host was the right amount.
If you are looking for a place to stay while in town, I highly recommend. Only note would be if you are more than 2 people it may be a small space.

It was a reasonable distance to everything we did within Canon city and the Royal Gorge area. Not a very big place but luckily we only slept there and didn’t want to hang out as there was no outside space.

The host was very informative and responsive! The space was cozy and matched the online description perfectly! It was a a short walk to the Main Street where all the restaurants and shops were. 100% would return!

Loved staying here! We booked it just to stay overnight for our visit to the Royal Gorge and was amazed how accommodating the owner was. They were super responsive and friendly throughout our stay and provided great amenities making the place feel truly like I was staying the night at my own home. Would definitely recommend checking this place out if you get the chance :)

My wife and I stayed here for one night while traveling back home from West Colorado. The rental was very clean and the host, Joanna, was extremely nice and informative. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed walking a few blocks to Main Street for dinner. While we didn’t spend much time here, we can certainly recommend this to anyone that values cleanliness and convenience in their VRBO rental.

This was a very convenient place to stay for the Royal Gorge- only a few miles, and the Royal Gorge Railroad- only a few blocks. Nice and clean. Older, but nicely decorated. Quiet.
