Hubby and I loved the place. It was all that we needed. We didn't want a motel as most do not have a dining table and sofa. The place was clean, spacious, and close to several beaches. Loved the king sized bed and the screened patio area. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is clean, very nicely furnished and super comfy. It is near the Legacy Trail so we were able to bike over to it (great ride). The internet was spotty; host will address. The host was very helpful and responsive to questions. Convenient location for trips to downtown and the beach. Overall a fun weekend visit to Sarasota.

My daughter and I travel to Florida for a lacrosse tournament and this space was perfect for us. It had everything we needed including extra blanket and towels. The neighborhood was easy to access and we loved the availability of the dryer to dry our beach items. The surrounding area had all you would need including retail shops, restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores.

The house was clean, organized and smelled so good. The owners left us a ‘ welcome home’ package that was a nice touch. The lanai was relaxing g. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house came with all you could need. It was a very enjoyable stay and we are very appreciative of the owners. Thanks for a completely relaxing weekend….

Checked in.. the Host charges a cleaning fee.. but the place was dirty. I had to use Clorox wipes to clean nasty fingerprints off of doors and walls. The floors were not clean. I had to use a clean towel to clean the floors. The shower curtain has mold and mildew all over
the bottom of the curtain where it has been resting wet. The patio was full of bugs and leaves, and the advertised putting green for golfers is all but destroyed by weathering. And cleaning people did not even sweep That as well. They clean the appliances were attempted to clean the appliances, and it just had foggy white marks all over all of the appliances. I wipe down all of the furniture and clean the glass top table, as it was foggy as well. I did find glade plug-ins under the sink. I put those in the wall as quickly as possible, as it smells like a toilet in the bathroom, they should not leave the toilet scrub brush with nasty toilet water residue on the bottom just sitting there it made the whole place smell like a dirty toilet. I am not a perfectionist, but I do clean homes for a living and they should really think twice about who they have cleaning their place on the positive side, the location was wonderful. The neighborhood is super quiet the bed however will need to be changed. It is not comfortable and has a lot of low spots where people have been sleeping. It definitely needs to be updated. I would say the stay here could be hit or miss, depending on if it’s clean !!!

Had a wonderful stay it was only a 15 minute ride to siesta keys and very quiet and clean bed was so comfortable it made it hard for me to get out of it. Had one issue with the entry pad but it was user error and one call to the host it was all good. Id stay again and my dogs were comfortable too and the yard was nice. Wish the oranges were ripe they would have been great

This is a great place. Wonderful location.
The screened in lanai was wonderful. The full kitchen / family room with separate bedroom. Nicely located for beaches or town.
