Super adorable cottage. The location is amazing with water views and walk paths. Close vicinity to downtown Falmouth w restaurants and shopping. Julie and Bob are amazing and responsive hosts.

This little cottage in Teaticket had it all! It was a clean and well-stocked property with everything we needed, including beach chairs. It’s close to the beach, a nice bay view with swimming, and not far from all the action in downtown Falmouth. We loved the nearby walking trail (as did our dog) and sitting out in the yard. The owners thought of everything to make it a pleasant vacation.

We’ve been coming to Falmouth for 30 plus years, we especially love Maravista. This year didn’t disappoint! The house was great, we hope to make it back next year during the same week as it will be our 35th anniversary!

We loved our stay at this Cape Cod gem. Morning walks with the pup, exploring the area, grilling out for dinner…. perfect long weekend getaway. Great home, great location and dog friendly! Perfection ❤️ We will definitely return!

This beautiful property in East Falmouth was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood was awesome, and we had a view of Great Pond from the front window. This location is close to everything – ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, charming downtown east Falmouth, etc.… We loved our trip and we loved staying in this lovely cottage.

This was perfect for our dog, since the yard was completely fenced in. The property was quiet and a very short walk from a beach. We had a few questions during our stay, and Julie promptly handled all of them.

What a delightful place. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house is homey, clean and comfortable. The walking trail by the pond is nice, and we enjoyed having breakfast on the patio while listening to the birds. It was early in the season so the gardens were not yet blooming, but must be absolutely gorgeous when they do. The owner was very attentive and made sure our experience was positive. Given the opportunity, we would love to have stayed longer.

I was visiting family who live @5 minutes away from this property. I awoke, showered & immediately went to the family house for breakfast. I ate all 3 meals at the family house so I really only slept & showered at the rental house. I did use the washer/dryer, which worked fine. Shower has good pressure. I slept fine.

This was a great location for a stay while taking in the sights. I wish there had been a gat on the backside of the property so that it was completely fenced in for our fur child. However we managed.

Overall it was great. Very clean and updated. Very quiet neighborhood with a wonderful walking path in the area. Only drawback for those with a dog, the property was not completely fenced in, only partially.

We had an amazing stay at Paysons Place! The property is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood right next to Great Bay. We spent our days out on my boat fishing, swimming and exploring MV and the Elizabeth’s, then walked our lab on the path along the bay every night after dinner. Julie was quick to respond to any messages, and the place was clean and well-maintained. 5/5 all day long!

This place was clean and homey. It had everything one needed for a comfortable stay. The location is terrific, especially with our dog. Fenced in yard and nearby access to a nice walking trail along the pond is outstanding. Especially quiet neighborhood. Owner is fine to deal with, responding right away to any questions. Highly recommended.

Cute little cottage, very clean, close to downtown Falmouth, the yard was not fenced in as advertised and the kitchen could use a cutting board, serving bowls, dead bolt locks on the doors, and covers or curtains on all windows and doors.

The location was perfect! Not a long drive from BOS airport. Close shopping and easy to get to the islands. Lots to see and do. This cottage is in a quiet neighbor hood and has every convenience you will need! Everything was perfect!

The cottage was very cute and clean! The location was great and the walking trail around Great Pond was lovely. My only recommendation is to get new mattresses, we moved to smaller bedroom for a little firmer bed, but really didn't care for the beds.

We really enjoyed our stay at 60 Narragansett in Falmouth. We have stayed at several other places over the years and this is by far the nicest place. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, was newly renovated and contained all new appliances as well as a myriad of amenities. There was a great walking path right along the water in which we were able to walk our dog twice a day. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We would love to stay at this place again.

My husband and I found this little cottage perfect in every way. Very well equipped kitchen, quite comfortable beds, ample linens. We go to Cape Cod virtually every year. We had stayed in the Maravista area once before, but had not discovered the beautiful walking path that runs along the western shore of Great Bay. So lovely!! Our hosts were incredibly responsive. And yet also respectful of our privacy. Being able to bring our little dog was icing on the cake. We had a wonderful time.

Our group of 4 senior gals would have stayed practically anywhere on the cape accepting 2 lapdogs at late notice, but as luck would have it Julie said yes to us & them so we were fortunate enough to enjoy the most incredible, perfectly & conveniently situated, cozy cottage stay anywhere! Just a hop/skip from 28 & "necessary" shopping, it was truly a comfy home-away & we lacked for nothing inside because every thoughtful amenity had been anticipated & furnished! The patio & sideyard provided welcome respite for us & our pets (& the perfect breakfast site), complete with beautiful landscaping & waterview. The neighbors & fellow travelers we met walking the trail & sitting by water's edge were so engaging & friendly, further enhancing our experience. Our profuse thanks to Julie & the Williams family for offering their darling Mara Vista cottage for rent & we sincerely hope this 1st visit will be 1 of many!

We had a wonderful time in Teaticket! Perfect location, very close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, and the center of Falmouth. We mostly biked everywhere which is perfect for us. The house is freshly renovated and very clean. We had everything needed for a great vacation! Thanks so much for having us!! Looking forward to coming back next year. Natalie, Greg & Oliver

Property was as advertised. Comfortable, quiet and relaxing, We enjoyed ourselves immensely. The overall neighborhood and beach area on great pond was a pleasant surprise. Great for all activities walking, biking, swimming and the ocean beach just minutes away. The overall booking and communication was flawless. Hope we get a chance to visit again
