STUPENDO

Siamo arrivati qui con la famiglia alle 19:30, check in comodissimo. Inizialmente la zona ci ha preoccupato un po’, venendo da Torino siamo sempre prevenuti, ma in realtà è tutto perfetto, la POSIZIONE è comoda a tutto (tram vicino per spostarsi facilmente, pullman dell’aeroporto con fermata comoda), l’APPARTAMENTO era PULITO ed organizzato molto bene ed é presente anche l’ascensore. Presente anche l’ombrellone per la spiaggia 😀 Ultima cosa ma non meno importante, l’ host è gentilissima e super disponibile 😁

soggiorno meraviglioso

Struttura molto pulita ed accogliente, arredamento fantastico, nuovo e funzionale. Sia il letto che il divano erano comodissimi. La cucina aveva tutto a disposizione. Posizione ottimale perché dista letteralmente a 5 minuti dal centro. Marina è stata pronta ad accoglierci con una cordialità unica nel suo genere. Al minimo inconveniente, Marina, ci ha aiutati sempre col sorriso. Soggiorno davvero meraviglioso.

Premetto di non essere una persona che ama recensire, tuttavia stavolta tutto è andato storto. La stanza è stata venduta come un piano terra, invece era un "seminterrato" con finestre piccole e difficili da raggiungere, luce inesistente, letto ricavato in un angolo adiacente alla cucina, bagno senza finestra e con soffitto basso, nella pagina Booking la descrizione dell’appartamento indicava un “Appartamento- piano terra” invece il monolocale si trovava nel seminterrato, inoltre nella descrizione dello stesso era presente tale specifica: “la particolarità di questo appartamento è la piscina sul tetto” senza tuttavia informare del costo per utilizzare non la piscina ma una vasca idromassaggio, tale informazione è stata inserita successivamente alla prenotazione. Nella descrizione è presente l’indicazione generica di “vino/champagne per gli ospiti” non presenti nel monolocale; - il bagno microscopico non aveva nessuna finestra ed il soffitto era particolarmente basso, al suo interno secchio e scopa per le pulizie in bella vista; - il sito ufficiale della struttura presente sul web indicava ed indica ancora un costo di euro 85 a notte, di conseguenza per tre notti il costo sarebbe costato Euro 255, tuttavia mi è costato con booking Euro 380, ben Euro 125 in più, aperto reclamo a Booking, resto in attesa di risposta?!?; - le caratteristiche suesposte se conosciute prima avrebbero spinto ad annullare la prenotazione nei termini prescritti, avendo tra l’altro soggiornato con una compagna, sofferente di claustrofobia severa, la quale è stata costretta ad alzarsi tutte le notti in preda ad attacchi di panico con mancanza di respiro, tale condizione è stata fatta presente alla struttura non appena venuti a conoscenza delle caratteristiche tecniche del monolocale tuttavia è stato risposto di non avere disponibilità per il periodo. Lascio al lettore opinioni sul soggiorno!

Es la segunda vez que venimos

Pues empezando por la atención de Marina, el apartamento en si es muy cómodo y algo que destacar es que tiene televisión en todos lados y además son smart tv osea pueden poner Netflix o cualquier plataforma y tener el jacuzzi gigante al salir de la habitación es un lujazo

Great place to stay!

Location was great. Very clean. Quiet area. Staff very helpful and quick to respond. Super clean.

Didn't really like the spiral stairs, but it was okay. Not much you can do about that! Had to buy even simple things like salt and pepper... a little oil and vinegar would have been nice.

Très bruyant. Il y avait toujours un buzzer qui sonnait régulièrement. jour et nuit. Le lit est inconfortable, il creuse dans le centre et c’est très mal insonorisé

Absolutely perfect and could recommend!

the balcony on the rooftop is amazing, the apartment was super clean and lovely, couch and bed super comfy the localisation just perfect, near tram, so close to the sea and to the centre and to C6 line to airport! fantastic instructions on how to get into the room and super helpful reception kitchen was perfect, all needed utensils/pans/toaster/electric kettle/electric stove/wine opener/plates/pans, only thing missing was a bigger bowl or salad bowl air condition worked great view of the castle! absolutely stunning! quiet at night towels/paper/hair drier/shampoo only thing missing in the bathroom was shower gel, there was container for it, but it was unfortunately empty Shower was fantastic, working perfectly, no problem with water WiFi worked like a charm ... honestly I can keep going, we were really happy, perfect place for us, we spent a wonderful week, absolutely recommend

There was no place to air dry our swimming gear/beach towels. Our apartment had no balcony, there was no clothesline anywhere. We made do buying string and just drying wet swimwear in the bathroom. THERE IS WASHER AND ELECTRIC DRYER IN THE BUILDING, but unfortunately our gear could only be air dried so it was a small issue. Stairway is steep so if you have problems with walking make sure you get apartments located lower.

Hervorragend

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen, die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, mit dem C6 Bus vom Flughafen hat man einen maximal 5/10 min Fußweg. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, wovor wir am meisten Angst hatten. Auch das Personal war sehr nett & hilfsbereit. Da die Unterkunft sehr zentral ist, befindet sich in der Nähe auch ein Supermarkt/Bäcker bei dem man einkaufen gehen kann. Wenn ich nochmal nach Alicante fliegen sollte würde ich definitiv nochmal hier buchen. (Als einziges "Kriterium", wenn überhaupt, kann ich nur den fehlenden Staubsauger erwähnen.)

Budget friendly, acceptable

Good location, quiet neighbourhood. Easy to find on foot. Safe and secure accomodation. The apartment had plenty of kitchen equipment, fridge and washing machine was a bonus. Quite basic, but generally clean and what you would expect at this pricepoint. Good communion from the host, and good tourist info folder in the room too!

There was a very strong, nasty smell coming from the kitchen bin under the sink. It was very unpleasant and we ended up keeping the sink cupboard shut and using a different bin all together. At the time of booking, it didn't mention there was an additional cost for the rooftop jacuzzi - the listing appeared to include the jacuzzi with the apartment at no additional cost. On arrival we found that it was an extra €40 per HOUR. Extortionate. We felt mislead and it was too late to cancel, the host wasn't too forward in trying to resolve this. Also hot water in the shower is limited, not the end of the world but you just need to allow time in between showers for the hot water.

Me gustó la ubicación. Buena comunicación de transporte público en un barrio tranquilo sin ruidos a la noche.

Echaba en falta un balcón o terraza. El apartamento sólo tenía una cama de matrimonio y preferimos dos camas individuales y juntas. Se duerme mejor.

Solo si confías en tu suerte y no te toca subir mas de 50 escalones

Lo único la ubicación y que estaba nuevo, refaccionado

La falta de comunicación y la información inexacta de booking, nos tocó un edificio sin ascensor. Las instrucciones nos llegaron en forma tardía. Los mensajes los mandaron despues que llegamos y les dimos nuestro correo electronico cuando se supone que lo tienen en nuestro registro. A cada pregunta nos decian que todo se puede buscar por google. No dijeron ni lo básico. Lo deben dar por sabido. la nevera es muy pequena, no tiene freezer.. la cocina no tiene horno, tuvimos problemas con la puerta de acceso estaba rota la cerradura, quedamos fuera mas de media hora. La señora de la limpieza no habla español, ella tambien intento abrir y no pudo . Luego gracias a unos pasajeros que abrieron desde adentro pudimos ingresar. Ese dia no salimos asalir por temor a no poder entrar, dijeron que a las 2 horas v3nia un cerrajero, este tampoco la arreglo y quedo abierta. Salvo que yo no sepa leer o no sepa buscar ingormacion esconfida el lugar se ofrece con bañera de hidromasaje. No decía en la oarte principal que este era de pago. Nada mas ni nada mrnos que 40 euros pot hora. La cerradura sigue sin arreglar

Przemiła obsługa i cudowny apartament!

Wspaniały apartament! Świetnie wyposażony, było wszystko czego mogliśmy potrzebować. Kilka łazienek, co przy pobycie w kilka osób było super ułatwieniem. Telewizor i klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Cudowny taras z widokiem na zamek, duże jacuzzi, leżaki. Na duży plus zadaszenie tarasu. Przemiła Pani na recepcji, ciągle byliśmy w kontakcie, mogliśmy przechować bagaże, wydrukować karty pokładowe. Bardzo dziękujemy!

Net appartement maar duidelijkere info geven over faciliteiten

Heel net appartement en rustig gelegen maar toch te voet snel in het centrum en bij verschillende eetgelegenheden. Op 5 minuten van de bus- en tramhalte. Voor vertrek gedetailleerde info van de eigenaar op welke manieren we van de luchthaven aan het hotel konden geraken.

We zaten in de kelder met vensters op plafondhoogte waardoor je niet naar buiten kon kijken. We hadden dit appartement gekozen omwille van de jacuzzi maar er werd vooraf niet vermeld dat dit ons 40 euro per uur zou kosten wat we schandalig duur vonden. De sleutel voor de kamer werkt met codes, maar wij kwamen aan om 9 uur en wilden onze valiezen al stockeren, maar konden niet binnen in het complex terwijl vooraf werd verteld dat dit geen probleem zou zijn. Gelukkig waren er andere gasten die ons binnen hebben gelaten.

Nice property at 20’ walking distance from the beach

Overall very good stay! The owner was very kind- we had small issues with the draining water in the shower and she offered to fix it right away!:) The C-6 bus station from the airport it’s 5’ away by foot; position very good towards all the sightseeing.

Stor, välutrustad, ren, modern lägenhet. Lugnt område, nära både centrum och havet. Snabba svar på frågor via WhatsApp.

Ingen reception, inte ens vid incheckning. Att skicka passuppgifter via WhatsApp kändes osäkert. Ingen balkong, trots att den fanns på presentationsvideon, ingen vidare utsikt. Lite vilseledande information i videon.

Great option for a well-equipped, clean, self contained apartment in a fantastic location

The lovely clean apartment was fantastic and met all our needs. It wasn't huge but was big enough to cook and eat and relax on the sofa. The apartment included everything we needed to cook, including helpful things like salt and cooking oil. They also provided washing powder which was extra thoughtful. It was in a great location within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and attractions and very close to local bus routes. The booking and key pick-up arrangements were very easy and smooth and Alina was very helpful and gave us a late checkout. Highly recommend this apartment.

It is a very good location, nice and clean apartments.

Our apartment was in the basement and had only three very small windows located almost to the ceiling. It is only in one apartment if you choose any other apartment you wont be disappointed.
