**Extended stays and off season snow bird discounts available! please send inquiry for more information and special discounts**Welcome to our beach house, happily named ‘Seaglass Getaway.’ Take a 3 minute ride on the provided golf cart to enjoy lazy beach days, stay in and relax with family and friends, walk to the neighborhood playground or crabbing pier; the Seaglass Getaway will provide all your needs and wants. This home can easily accommodate 8 guests in the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The home features an elevator from the ground level to the main level, which is available for handicapped guests only.

Spacious entry, powder room, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in laundry room, breakfast nook, living room with large Lovesac sectional, dining room, master bedroom with ensuite and private balcony, blowup mattress provided for additional guests

My family and I really enjoyed our stat at Sea Glass Getaway! It is convenient to the beach and restaurants. The golf cart simplified the trips to the beach and made for fun, easy access. The house is comfortable and allows for togetherness and separateness when desired. A wonderful trip!

After Hurricane Debby changed our original vacation plans, we found this house and messaged the owner with a few questions. Martin messaged us right back with helpful responses and we booked the house for our trip to the beach. Martin was very helpful in communicating the check-in process and details to ensure we had a smooth process for a next-day check-in. Throughout our trip he was always available if we had questions. The house was beautiful and clean with all the amenities we were looking for and more. Specifically the golf cart for riding to the beach and the fenced in back yard for our dogs to run around while we enjoyed the outdoor entertainment space. Overall I would highly recommend this house and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

1. The property look as good as it was on the website. 2. Outside area was spacious and nice to sit at during the day or evening. 3. Elevator was great option and we had other adults and one-handicapped adult that used the elevator during our stay. Overall, this property meet/exceed our expectation and we would stay here again, if we are vacating in the area. Enjoyed it very much.

Would definitely stay here again. Loved the downstairs area, plenty of seating for low country boil we hosted with other family that were staying close by. The home is spacious & has anything you could need in kitchen for cooking dinner in. Owners were always responsive with any questions I had. The best communication I've had with a vrbo property, Martin was always just a text away if I had any questions and he was able to help me with even adding an extra night for my parents because THEY DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE! The house has everything you need. Open area for your family to gather from the living room to the kitchen. The elevator was a life saver for my father who has trouble walking. He said it was such a relief to have that option. The outdoor space, even in our February visit was everything we could ask for. We sat out by the fire, we grilled our steaks for our sons 16th birthday. The area was fabulous as well, the golf cart made this 100 times more fun, we were able to drive around and check out the area and drive to the beach. The kids loved the arcade on the main strand. There are so many great things I can say about this place, all I can say is we will be back and if you are thinking about booking this house. DO IT!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house! From the beautifully decorated open floor plan to the thoughtful inclusion of everything needed for a perfect beach week, including chairs and an umbrella, every detail was impeccable. What made our stay even more special was the warm welcome extended to our dog, who was just as comfortable as we were. The proximity to the fishing pier, where live music played every night, added an extra layer of charm to our evenings. And the cherry on top was the owner's generosity in providing a golf cart, which turned short trips to the beach into exciting adventures. The home was awesome, we stayed July 8-15 2023. The home was perfect for our family! We enjoyed the elevator for luggage and groceries. The outdoor space has a tv and fire pit we used for Spores. We used outdoor shower a few times which was nice coming off the beach. The golf cart was used multi times a day. The only thing the house didn’t have was crab leg crackers and little utensils for crab legs . The host were amazing! We hope to be back next year!!!

The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured with all of the comforts of home- everything from every needed kitchen appliance, utensils, and serving ware to extremely comfortable bedding & a Roku TV in each room, and the property has the extra luxuries for a great vacation experience- awesome six seater golf cart, amazing outdoor area with fire pit, grill, and TV. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better property or a better host in this area!

Beautiful newer construction home away from the hustle & bustle of the main garden city beach rd. Electric 6 seater golf cart was great to drive to the beach in in a bout 3 minutes. The house was very clean and well maintained. Supper comfortable living room eating area, and sleeping arrangements. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor living area under the home with tables, chairs, fire pit, grill and most important a smart TV to hang out with the group and watch. The owners checked in on us before and during the stay, and if I had a questions or concerns, it was very simple to connect with them via the VRBO messaging. All & all a great house and town. Great location for the beach or hit the road and explorer the area. Highly recommend this home....

Accommodations were great. Enjoyed the LoveSak couch and the golf cart. So busy, didn’t have much time to enjoy the lower level, but appreciated the corn hole game and swimming pool. Appreciate the extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, along with soaps and shampoos.
Improvement opportunities:
1. Couple of box fans available for use.
2. Connectivity to internet seems intermittent, which caused movie streaming interruption.
3. Deeper cleaning needed, ie ceiling fans, countertops in kitchen, stove top and inside microwave, along with stairwell entrance.
4. Extermination may be needed—saw 4 palmetto bugs—one in microwave.
5. Replace frig shelves in door as this would have provided additional space for groceries.

We enjoyed our stay in Martin and Chelsea's VRBO and felt that they were truly wonderful hosts! Our family especially enjoyed the outdoor living space that consists of ample seating, large table, corn hole boards, grill and fire pit along with a t.v. We appreciated the outdoor shower after coming home from a day at the beach. We really enjoyed having access to a golf cart that we could drive to the beach. The house was spacious enough for 7 people and each of us felt that our beds were very comfortable to sleep in. We had such a great vacation!

We spent a month at this amazing home that had absolutely everything we needed! Both the inside of the house and outside were perfect for relaxing and spending time with family and friends. We had a lovely New Years at the property - the golf cart was such a nice feature! We had no idea before going what a difference that would make! We vacation a lot and this is one of the nicest VRBOs we have ever stayed in. The house fits the description and pictures. The location is perfect. You can ride the golfcart to the beach or park which was so nice and it’s about a 20 min car ride to bigger attractions such as Broadway at the beach. (Which isn’t a bad drive at all - literally a straight shot.) The house is located in a great area with plenty of options for dinning or take out along with Walmart/target. I have been nervous in new locations, but this community gave off good vibes. Chelsea and Martin are phenomenal host with great hospitality. The house is stocked with whatever you may need. My only regret with this stay was I wish I booked more nights for I wasn’t expecting to find this awesome of a stay and location. Our family enjoyed it.

This was the perfect cottage for our group. The home was nicely decorated for the holidays. The hosts, Chelsea and Martin even put up Christmas trees other holiday decorations which really set the mood for the season. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and quick to address any issues. Unfortunately we hit a few days with record setting cold so couldn't take advantage of the outdoor spaces and fire pit. The home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and the beach (again too cold to take advantage of that :-( ). We would definitely stay again iif the opportunity arose.
