Spectacular views from every room, 1 shaded balcony and 1 balcony perfect for tanning. Private townhouse in a residential area, free from congested beaches and traffic jams. 1 of 5 townhouses uniquely positioned on a beach lot so that you can see the beach from the front and back. Private 2 car garage with parking for 2 additional compact cars. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants, 1 block north of GC Pier and arcades. Unlike condos, no elevator waits or need to carry all your beach gear up and down, convenient storage in the secure garage. Master BR with king bed, wonderful ocean view, private bath with walk-in shower and balcony. Bedroom 2 has full over full bunk beds with ocean views. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with ocean views. Living room offers a queen sofa sleeper. A guest favorite is the New Golden Tee Golf Arcade Game and Infinity Game Table offering all the Classic Board Games without all the pieces. Perfect for beach breaks or for staying in some evenings. Dogs are permitted to walk on the beach during posted hours, a large grassy area across the street is available as well. Only a few minutes from a water park, miniature golf, Wal-Mart and Kroger. Murrell’s Inlet is a short drive away with a multitude of restaurants offering a large variety of fresh seafood as well as live music venues, jet-ski rental, para-sailing and boat rides. Various golf courses are but a short drive away. A less congested, more suburban feel than than the North Myrtle Beach area, but still a totally doable drive to the featured sights there like Broadway on the Beach and Barefoot Landing. About 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach airport.

We have already stayed at this property in the past, but this year we are happier to see the updates that the new owner have made. It feels really amazing to go to a clean, cozy place with nice decoration after a long trip, and it is super advantageous to have the beach FIVE steps away!! Not to mention how convenient is to have other attractions and shops nearby. The house is very well equipped, kitchen has everything you need, beds are very comfortable and when you want to rest you can just go out and relax on the balcony where you can perfectly appreciate the sunrise or at night to go out to see the moon reflected in the sea. We definitely recommend this property, communication with the owner was great. The best of all is that we were allowed to bring our furry friend with us. We are already planning our next vacation and we hope to be able to book once again at Seas the Day.

Stayed there 7/20/24- 7/27/24…6 adults and two toddlers! The unit is terrific….the beach is literally out your front door. Very clean and cozy and best location in Garden City. Host’s were extremely responsive. I’d stay again in a New York minute. Everything is in great working order and as advertised. Thanks Jacki’s for making our family vacation such a success

This is a nice property in a perfect location steps from the beach. Plenty of room/sleeping space for the family. More amenities than the Vrbo site lists (versatile coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, beach chairs/beach toys, rinsing area, etc.). Really everything you will need. Very happy!

What an amazing experience! Everything about the property and weekend was perfect. The house is beautiful, well stocked, and steps to the beach. We were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony, walk to the pier, enjoy live music and great food, and spend two days in the sun on the beach. All of our questions were answered quickly, we were able to check in early, and check out was so simple. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back!!

Great oceanfront location! Very clean townhouse, very comfortable beds! The communication with the owner was great! I would highly recommend staying here. It’s close to walk to Garden City Pier and area shops and boardwalk. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful place. 🌴☀️🌊

This was our first trip to Garden City. We did not realize that flooding is common. House sits a little higher than the road, so no issues with the property. Owner is dog friendly, which was great for us since we travel with our Great Dane. Plenty of room and amenities. We only used 2 bedrooms, but the master bed was very comfortable. There were issues with the linens not being delivered, some repairs needed, and a cockroach problem. The owner, Robin, was very communicative and worked on these issues immediately. This is a townhouse, so the walls are shared. We also came a few weeks after a hurricane came through, so issues were expected. Robin and her contractor are nice people who want to make sure your stay is comfortable. 2 balconies, feet from the beach, and walkable to activities and restaurants, hard to find in one location.

We stayed here recently and had an excellent vacation. The location was beautiful, had many great places to eat, and friendly locals. The beach was beautiful, and not too crowded. My favorite thing about this property was watching the sun come up on the deck with my coffee, and the all-around beach view. The owner was very responsive and kind. All in all, this was an exellent vacation and a beautiful property.

This was a perfect location for our family. The views from both sides of the condo were FANTASTIC and being close - but not IN - Myrtle Beach was ideal. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, would definitely stay here again.

A family group met up for a long weekend. There were seven of us. We were told there would be a set of towels for each person. We received a set of six instead of seven. light in master bedroom didnt work Living room fan light does not work Garage only has one light bulb working, not enough light. Toilet paper holder in master bath falling off the wall. Floor by slider in living room separating and popping up, needs repaired Description says iron and ironing board available. Unable to find, had to buy one Description “picture“ shows a bunkbed set and a full-size bed. Instead it has a bunkbed up and down, full size. The location was perfect for what we were looking for.

We had such a great experience staying at Amy’s beach home it’s beautiful and she had a game board that we played on in the evenings and was so much fun . The entire place is so clean and the beds were so cozy. We had everything we needed for a day at the beach from chairs to beach toys . Can’t wait to come again and make memories with my family

We had a fabulous and relaxing time at Amy’s place for our annual Mom’s retreat. The beach house was well equipped with all that we needed. Beds were very comfortable and decor was inviting. It was great to have 2.5 bath for so many ladies. Amy was quick to address any of our needs and to offer suggestions for local restaurants, etc. The location was perfect right at the beach and close to a lot of other amenities. Garden City beach is beautiful, family friendly, and not near as busy as Myrtle beach. We definitely will be returning. Thank you, Amy!

This was the perfect home for our family to enjoy our vacation getaway. It was steps to the sand, quiet neighborhood, and the home was well equipped. Convenient to excellent dining options in Murrels Inlet. Would strongly recommend to someone looking to relax and enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean.

We had a blast! This property is centrally located and an easy walk to anything you would want to do. We stayed here for our family reunion. There was plenty of room for both my family of 3 and my sisters family of 4. Our kids loved waking up early to watch the sunrise and watching the fireworks at night! The Golden Tee video game was the icing on the cake for my husband and brother in law!

The location is fantastic! The house is very clean and roomy. The views are spectacular!! The beds are comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. The only suggestion I have is that it needs more spoons, forks and knives for the table. There is plenty of parking. The beach is a few steps from the house. This is the best stocked rental that I have stayed at. Definately will stay here again if we go to the beach again. Thank you Amy for a wonderful stay!!! Amy is an awesom host!

Amy was great to work with. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, dishwasher. Grocery store near by made meal prep much easier! My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee watching the sunrise from the upper balcony while our teens enjoyed combing the beach for shells. Super comfortable beds and a fan in each room. We enjoyed many of the beautiful updates and our kids are already talking about making this a family tradition. Thanks Amy for a fantastic family home away from home!

My family and I were in town for a volleyball tournament and extended the stay for a small vacation. Amy’s place was the perfect get away- very conveniently located to everything we needed and away from the crowds we didn’t want. The drive to the convention center in Myrtle Beach was an easy 20 minutes away. We especially loved the easy access to the beach. We will definitely stay again!

Property location is ideal. We were able to watch the sunrise from our balcony every morning. October stay was perfect as weather is still warm and crowds are low. Amy was very easy to work with and informative. We would definitely book this property again.

The house itself could use a few updates as I Think we’re going to happen soon per the owner. I’m sure this is pretty common in rental property in the area. The best thing I would say is location as we could just step out to the beach as often as we liked.

I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this property and the host Amy! I would absolutely rent this condo from her again and any other property she host! She was truly amazing! The condo is BEAUTIFULLY decorated and the location is PERFECT, literally just walk out the garage to the beach! The views from the balconies are amazing and we spent hours sitting on them listening to the waves! We were so grateful the owners provided beach stuff for their guest so we did not have to pack more stuff in the car! The kitchen being fully stocked helped us a great deal and again made us have to pack less! Our expierence overall was beyond great and we will DEFINITELY be coming back!

This property is absolutely fantastic! We were literally steps away from the beach, which made it nice and convenient. The inside of the house is very charming, and well maintained. It is also nice that they are pet friendly, so our dogs could enjoy the family beach vacation as well. The manager is extremely nice, and very responsive and informative if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this property as we plan on visiting again and booking here.

You absolutely can’t beat the location of this property- just steps from the beach and very walkable to tons of restaurants and shops as well. The inside of the property itself could definitely use some upgrades and perhaps closer attention to cleaning between guests. We found a stray shoe in one of our bedrooms. All of our Beth towels also smelled heavily of cigarette smoke (even though the rest of the house did not at all). Just seemed like the place in general could use a good scrub - dirty areas on the walls and floor.

We really enjoyed our stay at this town home. It was so nice to have the private garage space and the location was excellent. It really was just steps from the beach so running back up to the room for things was very easy. We had five people and our dog and there was plenty of space in the unit for all of us. The kitchen supplies were well stocked and we appreciated that there was a Roku available! Being such a short distance from the pier (and ice cream shop!) was another bonus. Keep in mind this unit is old and pretty well “loved”. I do think it could benefit from some updates but overall we were very pleased with our stay!

We came on this trip for my husbands 40th birthday and everything was amazing! The location was super close to everything we wanted (golf,fish, beach & good food) and the host was even better. Robin went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. If we come back to the Myrtle beach area, we will stay there again for sure.
