We were in town for a Little League Regional Tournament. The tournament got extended due to weather and the host, Simone, graciously allowed us to stay an additional night so we wouldn’t have to find alternate accommodations on short notice. We will definitely stay at this property again if we return to the area.

My family and pet needed a place to stay for a month while our home was under renovations. The property was centrally located to work, restaurants and downtown High Point. The home was decorated beautifully and the beds were very comfortable. The Property manager was quick to respond to any request and always let us know when the maintenance person would arrive. Simone, Property manager was great to work with and the area was extremely quiet and well maintained. I would suggest taking out the insurances they offer because I never thought I would be the one falling down the stairs and fractured my toe. Had I taken the insurance, my medical bills would've been covered. (I think) the house was well equipped with everything you needed for the home even the seasoning for your food, not just salt and pepper. By having to stay a month, there was an extra fee for house keeping which I felt should've been in the cost up front that I didn't agree with. That was the only con I have about the whole process. Would love to stay again if something arises again. Thank you Vrbo/Simone.

Beautiful home in a nice area with friendly neighbors. Easy access to major roads and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Home is very well kept. Only disappointment was the fireplace is for looks only. Beds were incredibly comfortable and linens were top rate.
We have used VRBO 20+ times and this was one of the best hosts I’ve dealt with. Simone answers questions promptly and makes check-in and check-out simple. Would definitely book this home again!

We stayed during a volleyball competition so we were gone a lot of the time. When we were there we mainly showered and slept. Plenty of space for the whole family to stretch out and have their own space. Washer/dryer was a plus, dishes in cabinet worked great for our nightly cookies, and everything was as described. Neighborhood is packed in tight and tons of vehicles on the street but that wasn’t a bother to us as we only navigated it a couple of times per day. Overall a great stay and we would stay here again.

It was a well kept surprisingly large home for 2100sq ft. It had 4 large bed rooms with a well laid out kitchen and family room.it also had a nice loft area on second floor. The home was in a nice neighborhood of single family homes. It was located close to shopping and was located near major highways so travel to all major towns and airports wea easy.

This home was absolutely amazing! The decor, amenities, location were all top notch. It was very spacious and comfortable with a home away from home feel. Simone was a great host and very communicative. Hit the Book Now button! I promise you will not be disappointed!

We stayed here to visit HPU, family and prospective college students. The home was very spacious and lovely and we felt the location was in a nice, safe neighborhood and easy to find. The drive to HPU was about 10-15 min away, but it was an easy no traffic drive.
Simone was very accommodating and easy to work with, she responded quickly to any questions we had.
We enjoyed our stay even though it was short, and we would definitely stay here again!

Our group absolutely loved this property, it was comfy and clean. They only issue we had was the cleaning crew was there until 5:30 and we were supposed to check in at 4 but other than that, everything was great! Simone was quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Thanks so much for hosting us!

This home was gorgeous from the moment we stepped up to the doorway. It was an amazing space for our family of 6. It is beautifully decorated but still feels warm and cozy. The host has provided everything you need for a wonderful stay. From the kitchen that has all the gear you need to cook a great meal, games for entertainment, and even simple toiletries just in case you forgot something. It is close and convenient to several grocery stores and dozens of restaurants. The neighborhood the house is located in is quiet and peaceful and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. The host was very attentive and was quick to answer any questions I had. We had an amazing time just enjoying time as a family. I would definitely recommend this rental if you are in the area or just need a few days away.

We rented this beautiful property while in town visiting High Point. The property is in a very nice and quiet suburb and less than a 10 minute drive to campus. Very accessible to many restaurants, grocery stores and all of High Point’s attractions. The host was wonderful and communicated everything we needed to know. We would stay here again on our next visit.
