The property was very cozy. The host was very helpful . It was the only place that let us come very early in the morning (3-5 am) and still willing to welcome us. They let us park in the yard inside the property and in the morning they let us park infront of the house so we could explore Lucca without paying for a parking. The center is in 5 mins walking distance and the area of the house was amazing.
I just didn’t understand why we paid 10€ more than the official price we were given in booking?

1. Great location about 10 minutes on foot to Old Town.
2. Very clean room.
3. Uncommonly comfortable bed with many pillows (love it!)
4. Beautiful and silent area.
5. Clean and comfortable toilet
6. Nice room decoration.
7. No problem to check in and check out.
1, WiFi doesn't work.
2. For longer stay, room should have wardrobe or stand for jacket, ect...

It was nice and clean. We was glad to have towels in the property. The heating was on all night. It was so warm and cozy inside. And thank you for a nice tea.
I wish it was a hairdryer on the bathroom.

Great value for money. In a great location with easy access to the city centre.

Parking on private property,,
close to city walls
Bathroom ensuite would have costed EUR 20,- extra, price difference would have been much cheaper on booking, missing bathroom was not clear during booking process,
Many mosquitos in room (net would have helped),
No fridge in room, although we were told there would be one,
Pillows were high and uncomfortable

close to town
shared not clean bathroom with signs of rust and fungus! No sound insulatio. No flyscreens. The free parking is a hoax.

Location
People having sex in the room next door, up all night, had to leave early and still expected to pay entire rate. It wasn't the hotels fault but honestly feel like the couple next door should have been asked to leave. This was well beyond 2am.

Good location and free parking in the area is possible. We did not expect too much from the room, therefore, the price was fair. The room was also clean.
The bed was rather uncomfortable.

The location was fantastic as it was in walking distance to the town centre and great restaurants while being away from the bustle of the city.
The hosts were lovely and accommodating giving us recommendations for restaurants.
The only problem was a bit tricky to find on the map.

The location was perfect. The town was like a fairy tale. The food was perfect and the transportation was convenient. I return to this destination for sure!
We find the house easily, as the location is perfect for people who were first time in Lucca, but we have to wonder if we were at the right place because there were no sing. Finally we asked a passenger and likely he ensured us that we were at the right place.
The garden seemed abandon. The bed was in fact, two single beds with two mattresses but without substrate, next to each other! But the most ridiculous thing was the headboard, which was simply leaning against the wall...There was no air condition and the fan was so old that at night it made so much noise as if you were sleeping next to the wing of the plane. The TV was missing and there wasn’t window net for the mosquitos . Possitive point: The location, in 15 minutes you were in the historic center of the town. The owner was polite and make us feel comfortable.

Amazing location, you can reach the city center by foot in 15 min. If you travel alone (like I did) there is a cat at the property to keep you company :)
The host is really nice and available

The location was basically the only good thing about this place
It was ridiculously hot, no air con which is fine as they provided a pretty good fan but the fan was plugged into the only working power outlet in the room which meant we had a choice of the room being the temperate of an oven or not being able to charge any of our devices. There were SO many mosquitos in the room me and my partner left with so many bites it was ridiculous. The Wi-Fi was bad, the beds were uncomfortable 2 cheap single beds pushed together, the partner kept falling down the middle. Finding the house was fine but then there were no signs, labels or previous instructions on what to do when we go there, we had to wonder around asking people for 20 minutes before we found anyone that knew what we were talking about. It seems like a new placesso maybe once they have things up and running properly it might be a nice place but from the experience we had we wouldn't stay again
