Vue est splendide , l aspect chalet est agréable .
Seulement une seule toilette en bas , rien à m étage. Dans les chambres d en haut , il faut passer par une deuxième chambre pour revenir dans le hall . Pas pratique

Very quiet, very nice place to live and relax. Silence, nature and a really nice house.
Maybe a set of towels would be useful.

Immaculately clean. Well equipped and furnished. Very comfortable. Stunning views! Friendly welcome from the owner and lovely goats in a small paddock. The beer of the family friend was great too!
Could do with new kitchen utensils, but a very minor issue!

The property is located in a very calm location, with superb views. Yet driving 10-20 minutes brings you already to some very nice, typical Ardennes villages.
The property is also very spacious, and is made for 6 people (we were with 3). Overall it was very clean and has modern facilities.
To conclude, the owners are very guest friendly!

The location is wonderful; a rural, peaceful setting and when you wonder around the outside of the chalet you have endless beautiful views of nature. The house is adorable and very clean. The facilities are all well looked after and all cleaning equipment are present. Amenities were thoughtful, we enjoyed BBQing and the games cupboard was very thoughtful for families with children. The hosts greeted us very warmly and was selling beers on behalf of a brewer friend and we enthusiastically purchased more from them. We loved watching movies at night from the large selection of DVDs in their games cupboard. The bar feature was very cute, though it was not something we really made use of, I think for a group of adults staying it'd be very fun. The sunsets from the upstairs terrace are amazing, something I looked forward to nightly.
We arrived during very warm weather (26c in the day) and upstairs in the bedrooms there were almost a dozen flies buzzing around the closed windows. We later learned that the upstairs windows were regular hovering spots for them and we have no idea how they crept in but each night, even though upstairs was stifling hot, we had to close the windows and spent much time killing flies and mosquitos. The constant fly killing endured for the entire stay. We were told that this is part and parcel of staying in the countryside and that they have never heard of this complaint before, so we just bought a bug spray and dealt with it. Looking up in the skylight were also remnants of dead flies in the cobwebs. In total we killed around 70 flies. The showers in the upstairs bedrooms, are TINY. My strapping husband struggled to enjoy any time in there. The shower downstairs is larger so I advise a bigger person to use that one. From a parents perspective; we had a 16 month old and we worried the whole time about him going near the upstairs wall that surrounded the stairs as he seemed like he could easily fit in the gaps and fall through, so we followed him like a hawk and placed the bean bags by the top of stairs. Overall the sound insulation was not good so that once the baby had gone to bed we had to spend the entire evening whispering and tiptoeing, which wasn't very relaxing.
