Excellent choice

Room and bathroom size, shower, easy access without card or key, check in online, complimentary snack and water bottles daily, heating, a few meters from lake shore, good communication with owner through app,

The bed sheets could have been more freshly washed (could detect a bit of dust due to mites allergy). Check out at 10 is very early. In any case is a great choice especially for the season that the nearby ferry station is operational.

We loved the property. There is so much to like about it, not sure I would be able to list everything but I will try. Its location is very exceptional- restaurants and lake ferry dock on its door step. Amenities- bright and clean with good facilities. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom excellent and clean. Plenty of towels. Clean bedding. Then the extras like the coffee machine, water, croissants, tea bags, milk in the fridge and chocolate cream yogurts were just delightful. Smart TV with Netflix ! Very quiet and peaceful sleep night , we wanted to stay another night but sadly was fully booked! It had everything we could need and we can not ask for more. The apartment was code locked which meant no spare keys to carry around ! Locked and secure from outside also so no one can walk in. Either side of the bed had a USB and USB C charging ports which was just a surprise- what’s a continence - clearly the owner had thought this through to the smallest of detail and we can not recommend enough. We would definitely return again!

Nice building with a very nice terrace. Spacious room. A few steps to everywhere. No breakfast but milk for coffee and snacks.

Tout, vraiment aucun point négatif, c'était parfait! Rénové avec des matériaux de grande qualité, beaucoup de petites attentions (croissant, machine a café/cappuccino, sucre, thé, lait...). Nous le conseillons a tout le monde !

Стильные номер, у нас был на троих, удобно что кровать для ребенка стояла в такой будто отдельной комнате без двери, это было удобно! Очень большая ванная комната, но нет особо места для чемодана (в нашем случае большого чемодана). Классная терраса, на которой мы завтракали в хорошую погоду. Кофе аппарат в номере, а также круассаны с йогуртом и соком, очень мило)

К отелю не относится, но городок совсем маленький, поздно просыпается, мест для завтрака с утра по-раньше особо нет. Зато есть оборудованный пляж. Для хорошей погоды отлично, но в плохую делать совсем нечего.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a cappuccino station! The bathroom is big, so is the shower. We loved the location, right in the center of the village (so you hear the bells in the morning).

Everything! The apartment is near the dock and close to some restaurants but still the vibe is relaxed. The room was spacious and there is also a nice terrace where you can relax. The town itself is not touristic but that makes it very chill.

Excellent stay

Communication with staff was first class. They were easy to reach and made sure everything went smoothly. The room was speceious, clean and had that little extra touch. Shower were superb! Felt leke a mini spa. Absolutely loved my stay and would visit again.

Wish I booked a longer stay

I loved my stay at Locanda Alberti. Myself being from New Zealand did not speak Italian but all staff that I spoke to spoke English which was great and we’re all very friendly and made myself feel welcomed. The room I had was very nice, clean and comfortable. They always left me snacks, bottled water, juice, milk , and even had a little coffee machine in the room. The property is in a great spot not fare from the lake at all and even had a restaurant below which served amazing food.

The room was lovely and the location was great. The hotel staff were very helpful with anything we needed.

It was all a self check in/ check out service. We arrived early so met one of the hotel staff to organise leaving our bags etc. The self check in lacked a personal touch to the overall stay. Unrelated to the hotel staff but we had a bad experience in the hotel restaurant. The food was average and flavourless and the waiting staff were incredibly rude. When we tried to voice that we were unhappy with the meal we were met with arrogant and dismissive behaviour. It slightly dampened the stay as we were looking forward to the meal as it came highly recommended.

The location was superb and Mandello de Lario was not as busy as some of the other towns which made for a relaxing time. Rodrigo was very personable and friendly. The food at the restraunt was absolutely fantastic!

Location. It is a bit of walking distance to translation. Maybe not suitable if you wish to explore night life in Rome. But if you wish to return to property before 11pm in the summer time then it should be fine.

Perfect place

Great location, next to the pier to take ferry to any part around the lake. Could not have been any more convenient. The room was clean, spacious and great bathroom. Roberto was very helpful in answering any questions. Would highly highly recommend this place!

Amazing quiet spot by Lake Como

Beautiful brand new rooms above a lovely restaurant. The shower was amazing, could have spent the whole night in there! Location was great, parking in the nearby streets and a few local eateries. Only steps away from the lake and a glimpse from the balcony.

I would have loved a thicker pillow but no other complaints!

it is really overwhelming when it comes to choosing a right place to stay in the lake como area, and we definitely got so lucky to stay here! Roberto is amazing, a true gem, helped us out with so many insight recommendations and just had such a cool vibe to him. the hotel is located in a quiet town very close to everything. honestly wish we could stay longer. the room was spacious and got cleaned every day, filled up with water and some snacks. on the ground floor there's a restaurant that is connected to the hotel, serving traditional food and drinks, it came in handy.
