LOVED the view. Everything was clean and comfortable and opened right out onto the view. The building was a windbreak so mostly there was no wind hitting us when we went outside.
Poison oak was growing right at the doorstep, but that’s easily fixed. The blinds near the bed didn’t go down but the screen worked.

no food available, 3 best restaurants in town closed on Mon/Tue also! No onsite staff. The view over the ocean was Outstanding!
The bathroom had multiple problems including the sink being clogged, tube drain stopper did not work and caulking that appered to be applied by a young child. Refridgerator that had water and ice dispeners that did not work. No gutters on the building that we could see and we had to walk along the building on a narrow path and it was pouring rain dripping on us.

The view, price, everything was worth it
The guy living above the studio, Seen previous comments/reviews about him. He walks around all night and morning, Did not wave/ or even speak when crossing paths just stared. Also noticed him following me after my stay on the highway, when he noticed the phone recording he cut into the oncoming traffic lane and cut me off (all recorded). Creepy room that leads to an empty studio with open doors beside us that a homeless man was watching. Giant plunger in the only closet, Funky smell when passing between the couch and stove top headed towards the restroom. Spiders everywhere, Headboard, Windows, Bathroom, Sink, Microwave, everywhere basically. Get it cleaned and speak to the guy living upstairs about not being so weird & the place is cool

View was fantastic. Nice open space to relax in. Will come back for sure.
Wish there was a screen on door to let breeze in. Also a washer and dryer would have been nice.

Great views, lots of windows, property was right on the hillside next to beach. Close to town. This property had 4 or so units that all appeared to have great views.
Room appeared to have been cleaned at some point but then vacant for some time, there were a lot of spiders and cobwebs. The property used a separate site that their communications came through. I did not receive all the information regarding the unit, how to find it, which one it was..etc. The customer service phone was very helpful and able to help me but I would have preferred not to have had to call!

Great location with unobstructed view of battle rock. It is nice that the front area is protected from the wind and you can see down the beach for miles. Great food options locally in walking distance as well. We will be staying here again. Hopefully to watch and feel the winter waves
I did not like that the local bakery opens go gawd awful late. It should be the first to open for us early risers

It started when we arrived and the key pad beeped red everytime we entered anything.. we had to call to get a key... The lock its self is a joke it just spins. The place was NO WHERE near CLEAN!! Dead bugs, crumbs on the chairs, gritty floor, something on the table in the living room, something thick on the glass door ,a glove was left behind, booties in the window. The stove top requires specific cookware so some of your pans will not work, the " worker" next door as no shades so he's living the apartment, there's beer cans , empty underwear bags trash all over that place that you walk by. ( They are under construction ) so the worker is occupying two apartments with his friends and VERY thin walls. We heard them at all hours of the night. The walkway is narrow no railing and a steep drop off, the bathtub has tape over the control part of the jetted tub . No curtains on the glass door just a room divider to move all the time the WI-fi kept cutting in and out so it's impossible to watch TV
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Not clean not worth the price item left from who knows no storage area can't reach hangers in 'closet'

The view was incredible and the VaCasa local support was outstanding.
Very difficult to operate lock system,
not enough towels supplied, tv didn't work, needed a good dusting, floors were not clean.

view, bed, tv, tub
Seems put together hastily, things are crooked like toilet paper roll holder and towel bars etc. half-ass done. old utensils I would never use and large spiders and webs were in cabinets.

Excellent location
Half of the lighting did not work. When the switches were flipped nothing happened. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work, so no ice. There was a pile of junk outside the bathroom window. There were cobwebs in the corner of the ceiling. The gentleman who lives next door smokes cannabis and the smell drifts into the apartment. The bed linens are cheap.

We like that the location was perfect for walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. The view was amazing from our studio , whether from inside or outside.
We didn't like that they were working near us on what looked like would soon be a new home, so the noise was a factor.
