About this house rental

Enjoy the serenity of three acres minutes from downtown Georgetown in quiet Golden Oaks neighborhood, home to scores of deer. The house offers plenty of room to spread out or relax on the back patio complete with three grills and a hot tub.

Enjoy use of full home including 3 bedrooms, two full baths, and a half bath, two living areas, and eat in kitchen with island. Work if needed in the office with desk, chair, and printer. Laundry room includes full-size front loader washer and dryer with sink.

The first living room includes large sectional and fireplace to spend time relaxing and catching up with your guests. The second living room includes another large sectional, additional side chair and large smart tv overlooking the patio. The large kitchen includes a table with seating for four and an island with two stools.

All three bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds and include linens and plenty of closet space to hang up your clothes. Primary bath includes large soaking tub and oversized shower. Towels are included with each bathroom.

Of the three acres, about two are fully fenced in, so bring your pets (with approval)!

We had a memorial service to attend for my sister-in-law and chose this property for our stay. Our adult children and two dogs were with us. We also had a need for space for a small gathering with extended family. This property was perfect! The host was so nice and responsive, and everything was in impeccable order. We all (including the dogs) loved the outdoor space. During what was already a stressful time for our family,the host made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here. The furniture was comfortable and there was so much room to accommodate all of us!

The house was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood. There really are deer everywhere! The backyard is huge, completely fenced in, and fantastic for dogs. We really enjoyed our stay.

Chris’ home was fantastic. Everything you would want or need for a getaway to Texas. A lovely jacuzzi. Great outdoor space. A griddle. A smoker. Plus every convenience a kitchen can have, he has it. He was very easy to communicate with. Checking was very simple and easy. If you’re considering staying here, you should. If I am ever back in Texas, this is my first choice of places to stay.

OMG!!!! Where do I start !!!! This Property is nice and family ready , me and my kid and the Dog all had plenty of space and had great time , nothing but great things for this property and the Host was amazing and communicated greatly , We will be stating again very soon !

This property was great to stay at for a long weekend. There were no issues with cleanliness, and the host was easygoing. If you are looking for a place that feels like you are out in the country, yet five minutes from every store you could ever need, then this is what you're looking for. Definitely would book here again.

The house was spacious and comfortable, and the backyard provided plenty of room for the kids to have two different sports activities going on at the same time without fear of crossing into each others field of play worked out great. Having deer and other wildlife pass through the yard was a treat for the kids and being close to Georgetown airport proved entertaining for the kids for the kids because we occasionally had airplanes coming and going over our heads and they enjoyed the entertainment that it provided.

Had a small baby shower here and it was the perfect place to have it! This house is not only beautiful but spacious too. The backyard was a hit for my family & friends for the baby shower activities. Loved staying here for the weekend.

We had a great stay at this property. The backyard is huge and boasts a grill, hot tub, and other amenities. We had everything we needed and more in the house itself. And walking around the neighborhood in the morning meant walking with deer - we saw dozens during our stay. What a great respite from city life!

Great property for our family to stay while in town for a birthday celebration. Too bad the hot temperatures kept us from enjoying the beautiful and relaxing property. My granddaughter loved watching the deer playing out front!

Very nice home, lots of comfortable couches in living areas. Master bathroom room "Exceptional" Home is very convenient to I35, as well as almost anywhere you want to go in G-Town. Overall a very pleasant 6 days. I would recommend this property.

We had a terrific weekend at this expansive but comfortable family home. We needed a place to stay near college graduation events, with room for the adult kids and a fully fenced yard for our two dogs. This property worked out perfectly! A nice big house with right number of bedrooms and living spaces. And a fenced 2 acre yard that our whippets absolutely loved racing around. Everything we needed and at a fair rental price. Thank you so much!

I obtained this home to use for the Thanksgiving holiday. The access/checkout was smooth and Chris, the property owner, was quick to respond to any of my questions. Chris made himself available for anything I needed during our stay. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed to a fall display which included beautiful pumpkins and mums at the front entry. The home was just as described, but even more. It was clean and comfortable. I was very pleased with kitchen and how it was well supplied with all cooking essentials. The size was larger than I had anticipated. It made cooking a Thanksgiving dinner a complete pleasure. The dining room seated 7 comfortably. All beds, pillows & linens were cozy. Every bathroom was aesthetic and well stocked with plenty of nice towels. The showers were excellent. My family enjoyed the large TV for the football games and everyone enjoyed the comfortable living room areas. The backyard patio was well supplied with furniture, view and BBQ equipment. We did not take advantage of the spa, however, it appeared to be a nice size. Overall, the house was inviting, accommodating and perfect for a family get together. We hope to book again in the near future and I would definitely recommend this home.

This house is tucked away in a wooded neighborhood with lots of land and trees. The home was perfect because we had a dog traveling with us. Very clean property and the owner was very attentive. Has everything you would need for a family weekend retreat. Georgetown is an adorable little community as well. We would love to stay again!

We were in Georgetown visiting colleges Southwestern and University of Texas. This house felt like it was in the country, but was actually quite close to anything we needed. Bed was comfy and the host was very responsive with any questions. Represented well in the online pictures. Would choose this place again if visiting Georgetown. Thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chris' place. It was clean and the hot tub was something we weren't looking for at the beginning, but very glad we had by the end! So much room to just relax and hang out, which is exactly what we had planned for. Great backyard for dogs. Two grill options and a large kitchen made for great entertaining and cooking areas even though it was just the 4 of us. Highly recommend.
