Good value, clean and comfortable

Very clean, large room, with fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Also had a table and chairs

No carpet so the upstairs people were very obvious

May be okay for vacation but not for a solo woman business traveler.

Looked like a good hotel for families. Kids had a great common area with lawn toys and place to run -around. But this is not a good hotel for business travel and a woman traveling alone. Wifi was available but 90% of the time had no internet connection. There was no stop on the entrance door and the hotel phone in the room was not active, even for a emergency, luckily cell phone reception was great.

Fire hazard. Ended up having to rearrange furniture to be able to get to electrical outlets to plug in computer. When opening the unit door, it hit the desk. Had two choices open the door or sit at the desk . Not enough room to do both at the same time was not an option. The tub needed a good cleaning. I am 70+ solo woman business traveler. I didn't feel safe and moved to another hotel when I received a very abusive call from a front desk manager demanding that I leave because I was disturbing guest. I had no idea what she was talking about. The hotel manager was not available , all information on his business card was not valid. After housekeeping bypassed my room and the phone was made inactive, I left. When the fourth email address that the front desk staff person gave me finally worked the manger refunded my money and was able to provide me a corrected receipt.

I had a great time

Check in was easy and fast. The front desk clerk was very friendly and she was very helpful. The gentleman Mike was amazingly friendly, accommodating, helpful, and a all around great person. I enjoyed my stay so much for a family to do and I will be back again.

I liked the outside amenities

Our room was gross . Smelled so strong like mildew and mold I asked for a different room they could not accommodate us . My daughter who is 2 and has asthma had a tough time in there breathing

Superb

Area was perfect. The pool looked wonderful. I wish I had requested a first floor room, as the stairs are in the middle and our room was at the opposite end, but it wasn't terribly inconvenient. Our first night we couldn't get the room to cool down and couldn't figure out why, until my husband blocked the air from going behind the window curtain... then it was amazing! Went from sweating to 61 degrees! We really enjoyed ourselves there, especially for an impromptu weekend away!

The property has a lot of amenities and it’s all new and functional. Plenty for the kids to go about.

Breakfast was okay and good hours. Lobby was clean and polite staff.

Beds were noisy, pillows were awful, room stunk and upstairs was super loud.

Disappointed

The firepit area was nice.

The bathrooms were disgusting, the floor was dirty and always wet ( because the toilet was sweating, no matter how cold we kept the room). The amenities that are listed such as the shuttle and basketball court is not ready for use yet. The staff all seemed very new and inexperienced, as if they didn't know how to run a hotel. I requested for my room to be cleaned and it never happened, called the front desk and no one was ever at the desk, the TV only worked when it wanted too. The people above my room were so loud, I could hear every step, which means they probably need better insulation. The breakfast was not good (coffee and pancakes were decent). The air-conditioner skipped from 70 to 59 no in-between. Overall I won't go back, there are better places for the same price point.

Overall, the stay was not bad, but couldn't find my mum's jacket making us disappointed.

The facility is close to the beach, downtown.

Checking in at the front desk took very long time, and interesting story was my mom'd forgotten her jacket in her room, and when we called and tried to get it back, it took few days to reply and the jacket was not there as confirmed by receptionist. Please don't forget anythings in this facility.

location

staff at the check in didn’t seem to know and gave me a room when I opened the door the 2 beds were unmade then gave me another one 30 minutes later , and when I was on my room someone else opened my door they gave the same room to other people . It also was not too clean .

It was an awful stay, I would not recommend this place to anyone!

The property was not what was displayed online. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Stay away!

-Lack of communication between staff. -IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with management. -The complimentary breakfast is awful. -Room service was poor. -None of the staff was helpful. We changed rooms 3 times, there was menstrual blood on the towels in our room, the tv did not work during our entire stay, my card was charged a random amount without my knowledge. -The staff are unprofessional and this facility is just sad.

I had made the arrangements and I was embarrassed by the place. The website reviews were inaccurate.

Only one of the two reception areas were open. when we arrived in the parking lot, the reception building was dark and empty with a sign indicating how to get to another reception area.

The odor in the room was terrible. It smelled like chemicals covering up must. It hurt our noses and throats. We tried to change to a different room but were told their were no others. The rugs were old, the paint slapped on the walls and it was generally unpleasant.
