Our ocean view condo located in what we lovingly call Juniper Beach 1BR, is located steps away from a staircase leading down to the pristine beach of Carlsbad, CA. This unit is a one bedroom, one bathroom vacation retreat that sleeps two adults. As soon as you walk in the door the elegant beachy decor welcomes you to your beach vacation. When you are ready grab a boogie board or go surf. You will be on the beach and enjoying the water within minutes. If you prefer to explore on land, this home is known for it's "walkability" located walking distance to excellent restaurants such as Vigilucci's, Park 101, and many shopping options located in the Village. After a fun filled day, head back to your vacation rental to retire to your private second floor deck to watch beautiful sunsets go down over the Pacific Ocean nightly.

Located along Carlsbad Boulevard known for its good beach break surf out front of the house and fun tidal pools for the kids to explore at low tide just south in the Terramar area.
Car is not required due to the great walkability of the location and easy access to car services such as Uber and Lyft.

We enjoyed our stay at your property in July. The rental was clean, well stocked and quiet. All inquiries were quickly responded to and check-in and out easy. The facility amenities were great including beach chairs, etc. It will definitely be a repeat.

The property is cute and had a nice location. Communication was great with the management and they were very responsive. The air conditioning and TV worked perfectly. There was a odor that we think came from the carpet and the overall cleanliness wasn't perfect with visible stains on the furniture. Walls and paint need corrections/cleaning and simple fixable things like rusted toilet paper holders should be replaced.

The place was cute and really met all of our needs. The bed was a little to small for my husband and I. My husband loved that he could walk across the street and surf and I liked getting my steps in when I walked to the shops.

It was so nice being so close to the ocean, just cross the street and down the stairs. Also, just a short drive or walk to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable in the back corner apartment. We loved being able to walk across the street to a very nice sandy beach. The surf fishing wasn't bad either.

Lovely little apartment right across the street from the beach. Kitchen pots and pans were sparse but had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: The space is cute and was very clean. Our check-in process was smooth and the instructions were well communicated. That was pretty much where the good communication stopped, however.
The place has a great view with super quick beach access across the street.
Cons: We only stayed two nights. The first night, I wanted to do laundry, and quickly realized it was a shared outdoor washer and dryer utilized by multiple units. The laundry was occupied most of the night by another guest, but I also couldn’t find the detergent they advised was provided. I messaged the host asking where the detergent was located and also to advise the stopper on the tub wasn’t working and the tub wasn’t draining properly. The stopper was not removable, so not much I could do. I never heard back from the host that night, and the next day while we were at the beach, I got a text message asking how our stay was going.
I replied back that I had messaged them on the app about the stopper and the detergent. They advised the detergent was under the kitchen sink, and asked if it was ok for someone to come in while we were gone to look at the tub. I said yes, and that was the last I heard from anyone the duration of the stay. When we arrived back from the beach and ready to shower, it was clear no one had ever come and that the issue was still happening. I texted them to ask, and let them know the AC was making loud gurgling noises, and even sent a video so they could hear. I never heard back.

Location was perfect ! Walking distance to the beach, Carlsbad Village, and close proximity to our family also, whom live in town. The apartment itself was the perfect space for two of us for our short stay. It was adorably quaint. And super clean, much cleaner than most hotels I have stayed in recently, so always appreciated !

From our initial reservation to check out the communication with our hosts was excellent. The longline description is on point with the unit. It was very clean and the location was the perfect distance from the beach, short drive to Leucadia and easy access to Carlsbad Village. We also found the users guide to the unit very helpful.

This apartment was perfect, well stocked with everything you need. Ocean views from the balcony, very quiet and peaceful. The perfect beach getaway for us. The only issue was we only stayed 8 days.

This one bedroom condo is perfect for two people with a wonderful view of the ocean. It was very easy to find and within walking distance of Carlsbad village. The condo was very clean and came with just the right amenities like coffee, big bath towels, access to laundry and more. The designated parking spot was a big plus as this beach area is very popular. The management team was on top of everything and access to the condo was easy. We have family that live in the area and hope to stay here again.

We checked in very late, and still easily followed the simple directions. The A/C was very nice and there was a big box fan for white noise. The unit was immaculate and just as advertised- luxurious and with a great view of the beach from the balcony and couch! Parking was convenient and it is a very walkable location. Despite being right on the beach road, it was very quiet!

Not our first time staying in a rental property on the Carlsbad coast, but definitely the best. Our AC was acting up (making lots of noise) the first day and it was fixed within hours! Truly appreciate the attention we received.
The cottage was super cute and very comfortable. Loved the patio with the ocean view. Tons of amenities in the room, and plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Having the laundry available was great too!!

The property is located right across the beach and provides a great experience of beach front living with all its conveniences and breath taking views of the ocean from the balcony. It is great value for money for two adults and highly recommended. We hope to repeat it in the near future!

Great Getaway-Great location
My daughter from USD and I stayed here while I visited. The place is charming and a cozy, bright, airy, clean haven! So clean, a comfortable bed, loved having the doors open while we watched a show, did a puzzle, studied, wrote, ate meals! LOVE, LOVE the darling deck with multiple seating options. The view is outstanding. Easy to walk into town. The beach across the street is the best! We were ok with the traffic/noise bc everything else makes it a non-factor! But just be aware if that’s not your thing. Will recommend for sure!

Great living space that has everything you should need for your stay. There are 2 common spaces to use that add additional space to relax. I would highly recommend this location and look forward to staying there again.
