Great Waters Oasis proudly lives up to its name and is a luxurious 2-story lakefront getaway located among the lush landscape of Great Waters at Reynolds Lake Oconee, an exclusive gated golf community surrounded by Georgia's second-largest lake, Lake Oconee. Nestled on a corner lot, this immaculate 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home boasts designer finishes, thoughtful amenities, and charm that stretches from the gardenia-perfumed front walkway to the screened back porch and private deck. Guests will appreciate the open floor plan with hardwood flooring, vaulted ceiling, and well-designed spaces. The living area is anchored by a stacked stone fireplace and features ample seating with two sofas and double swivel chairs. A flatscreen TV sits at the ready. A Netflix date wouldn't be complete without snacks and drinks, and the nearby kitchen offers endless possibilities with a new stainless steel French door refrigerator, microwave, and smooth-top oven. Open shelving provides plenty of storage, and the farmhouse sink and dishwasher make light work of dishes.
The dining area is awash in natural light and provides panoramic views and bench seating for 8 at the trestle table. Four barstools accommodate kids or mealtime overflow. In mild weather, the feast is likely to head outdoors to the screened porch, where the jalapeño margaritas may bite, but the bugs won't. On the open-air deck, there's even more tableside seating and a propane grill that will do justice to surf and turf from Pounders Meat & Seafood Market, a local favorite.
The only bedroom on the main level is the generously sized master suite. With gorgeous views, private deck access, king bed, two sitting chairs, and a flatscreen TV, it's an oasis unto itself! The ensuite bathroom exudes spa-level appeal with a double sink vanity, soaking tub, and a sizeable walk-in shower with dual heads. There's also a walk-in closet large enough for wardrobe and luggage. Should laundry services be needed during your stay, a new full-sized stacked washer and dryer are located in the hallway the connects that master suite to the kitchen. In addition, there is a powder room, and the hallway is accented with wall-mounted boat cleats for rain jackets and beach towels.
On the second level, overlooking the living area, is a landing with a reading nook and a 4-seater game table that waits for chess players of all levels. Three spacious bedrooms are separated by two jack-and-jill bathrooms, with the middle bedroom having access to both! The guest rooms are as thoughtfully outfitted as the rest of the home, each with its own unique features. Two of the three guest rooms come with queen beds, and the third bedroom will have guests shouting, “Dibs!” with its queen bed, daybed enclave, and entertainment area with two armchairs and a flatscreen TV. The additional square footage of this room is ideal for a family or perhaps even grandkids who want a space to call their own.
Though Great Waters Oasis makes it hard to venture beyond its cozy interior, there are 19,000 acres of freshwater adventure waiting just a short walk away to the shared dock. From there, set out for a day under the sun via boat, jet ski, kayak, paddleboard, or canoe. For more local life, there are plenty of places to explore right outside the gates. Harmony Crossing is replete with boutiques and plenty of dine-in and take-out meal options. Travel north on Highway 44 to stock up at Publix, enjoy breakfast at Café 44, or try one of the blends from PJ's Coffee of New Orleans. We also recommend visiting the historic districts of downtown Eatonton and downtown Greensboro. Both have mom-and-pop cafes, restaurants, and retail stores that are locally owned and operated. Be sure to check out the local events, festivals, and farmer's markets, too!

This was a great house for our family of 6. Plenty of space upstairs for kids to relax in their own space. We rented jet skis one day, and the shared dock was close and convenient. The location was convenient to everything we like to do during our time at Lake Oconee!

We enjoyed our family weekend at the beautiful White Water Oasis. The home was beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped. The dock area worked perfectly for our boat. I would highly recommend this home. Thank you to the homeowner and Cathy with St James for coordinating wonderful stay at White Water Oasis.

No hair dryer in Master Bath, Dishwasher very old and hard to start, and towels upstairs felt damp and smelled musty. Other than those concerns, the house was beautiful, clean and comfortable!

Beautiful property and perfect for us. Wedding was at Great Waters and we played the golf course there as well. Made our long weekend very special.

House is lovely! However, master bath flooring is slick marble and I fell and destroyed my knee. House is under supplied in basics like trash can liners, coffee filters and dish washer detergent. Will not rent again.

Taking into consideration that we got moved at the last minute into Great Waters Oasis, it worked out pretty well. It was farther to the water than we had hoped. We did have everything we needed though. The pictures online were a lot different than the actual home, especially the master bedroom. Maybe the pictures should be updated to give a more accurate description. The communication with St. James Vacation Homes was challenging and could have been a lot better.

Very clean, well supplied kitchen, so comfortable and welcoming! The layout was perfect for the 6 of us. We had a lot of fun and just loved the entire community! Made me seriously consider buying a house there! SO beautiful! Highly recommend!

St. James was excellent. We have rented luxury homes over the years. This house was very well equipped, impeccably maintained. Very clean and spacious. Lovely lawn. Dock is a shared dock, however, we had no conflict utilizing for our boat during our stay. Houses in this development were gorgeous and the grounds were beautiful at Reynolds Plantation. Lake Lanier does not compare to this upscale boating community.

This house is in a great location at Great Waters. The house is well appointed, very clean, and has lots of room. The kitchen could use a few more amenities such as some spices, coffee filters, aluminum foil and Pam spray for grilling, but it is an extremely comfortable home great for families or friends. Thanks for the hospitality. We will be back soon.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very pretty cove, quiet and lake access.
Enjoyed reading out on the screened porch (great in the summer), and was also able to enjoy breakfasts out on the porch dining table, before it got too hot.
Lots of space inside with a huge dining table, plenty of beds and very comfortable couch.
Aesthetic and very clean.
Thank you for having us! Hoping to come back soon!

We booked this as a last minute getaway for two adults and our teenage children. The home was gorgeous, clean and ready for our arrival. The location and neighborhood are beautiful. My sons loved the upstairs media area. It was an easy walk from the house to the lake and we enjoyed relaxing on the porch while grilling dinner. We are already planning our next trip with the grandparents and next time we will bring a boat.

Lake Property Review
The property was nice, however the management company and property owner were quite invasive of our private. Property owners have multiple cameras located on the interior and exterior of the home which seemed quite disturbing to my family and myself. Although, the property is nice, my family nor myself felt welcomed into the property.
I would not recommend this property to large families (5+ people) and we all a little creeped out by constant video monitoring from the property owner.
