Very kind and caring management. They were really nice about our family emergency.

On our way to Saratoga, Wyoming, we ran into a family emergency. A member of our family was diagnosed with a very serious illness as a result of a very long trip to the ER. Even though the Sage has posted that they have a no refund policy, I called them to explain our extenuating circumstances, and that my husband and I had to stay in Rock Springs to support his mom, they were super kind about it and canceled my reservation.

Close to the hot springs

Very outdated room, stained carpet, old everything, not the photo I saw when I booked. No inside lock on the door! No bars/any security on ground level windows. No staff onsite (doors have a lock code to enter room). Two tiny beds, one of which was totally lopsided so much so you couldn’t sleep on it. Cannot believe I paid $95 for this. Tiniest room I’ve ever been in. Very noisy — next to two gas stations, another person in parking lot played music loud all night. Shower constantly running. Whole room smelled like damp bathroom/mildew. Awful.

The parking lot was lacking terribly with not enough spaces to accommodate guests.

There was no breakfast. Amenities were minimal.

A feeling of a presence of a manager in case something was needed would have been reassuring and most welcome.

The newly renovated rooms are beautiful and minimalistic, but highly functional

When we arrived, the outside was daunting. When we walked into the lobby, it was awful. We almost left. But when we checked the room, it was a shocking surprise!!! CLEAN, spacious, recently remodeled, and surprisingly comfortable.

The lobby was awful.

It's such a good location on the way to Hot Springs.It was so nice. And it was a kind and considerate place for customers. It was a very happy family trip.

My stay felt like a cozy small town passerby movie and I was the main character :)

The bed was super comfortable & the place felt so cozy in a cozy little town! Usually motels can get a bad rep because of the name “motel” but I was so pleased with how my stay felt. Clean & great location to the natural hot spring.

My wifi didn’t work but that’s okay because it kept me off my phone anyway

Good place to sleep.

Nice little spot to stop over on a long trip. Comfortable bed and really nice staff.

Wifi didn't work at all. Would not connect to devices so maybe need to not advertise free wifi.
