Good except for tv and noise from people using outside stairs next to our room in early morning.

Clean and firm bed. Good location.

Flat screen tv picture was not good. Sort of a “ghost picture.”

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

We stayed on the 2nd floor, so it was fairly quiet, clean, and convenient.

At times there was a high-pitched sound in the room and wifi was very slow.

We loved the dog friendly and excellent accomodations, and will definitely be back!

Loved the dog friendly rooms. Being located over the conference room is brilliant. The rooms were very clean, the location was quiet and quaint, and the fire pit was really cool next to the river. We loved it so much and would absolutely stay again when we’re out that way.

Super nice people, cute little town, comfortable accommodations

The front desk staff was so friendly! She gave us dining recommendations, directions, and tea and towels for the hot springs!

The bunk bed was a little squeaky, but comfortable!

Would definitely stay here again if I came through Saratoga!

The whole property has clearly been well maintained and cared for and updated. The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The check in process was so easy and the staff were helpful and friendly, even when busy.

The wifi was a little weak, but I was still able to stream a movie.

Perfect for a couple or families . We will stay there every time we are in that area .

Everything , asked for a room with a view and got the riverfront with a balcony . Quiet , cool outdoor area , great staff , very accommodating .

Everything was comfortable

They were about two hours late from checkin in we had to kill time, came back an hour and they still hadn't put new bed sheets, new pillows. We had to wait outside for them to clean...as soon as we go in to settle there was a family that came in through the door and were confused why her husband wasn't in the room...not sure what happened there.

For all appearances, it was clean. We liked that it was close to parking. The firepit is great.

(1 of 2) There has to be a better place for smokers. Without exception, every time we came through the "back" door, someone was standing their smoking. Couldn't avoid it, and I really don't like to breathe or smell like smoke. (2 of 2) We came in late in the evening to discover we had to conserve how much toilet paper we used because the roll was almost empty! We've never stayed where there isn't an extra roll provided for this exact situation. And, for two people, one more hand towel would have been great.

Peaceful setting, freshly renovated rooms!

I love motel style with the doors on the outside. Rooms were freshly renovated! Very clean. Excellent bedding. Great sitting area with gas fire pit in front of the river. very peaceful!

pet fee of $20 a pet is a bit steep

Perfect location!

I really enjoyed the nod towards green practices especially since the town is located next to the Platt River and a beautiful wilderness range. Huge fan of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers finally showing up instead of one use mini bottles. Loved the patio to sit and watch the river and multiple areas to relax. Didn't get to use the grill but will on a return trip.

The heater went off and on alot but might have to do with the slight gab I noticed at the threshold the next night so I put a towel there.

the view is amazing the staff was helpful what we needed to get away love the up grades in the rooms

the heat it was so hot in our room and couldn’t adjust it 2nd night was not so good we was offered to change rooms but we didn’t want to have to but the ppl above us ran the run way all the time and ran in there room

Our stay was great as we were only in the room to sleep.

Rooms were clean, and the staff was very pleasant. All the amenities were great. the only issue I had was with the toilet.

the toilet plunger did not seal and the tank was constantly filling itself, it was very loud. room 114
